Drive by to find managers car totally covered in delivery bags from Pizza Hut and Door Dash plus trash boxes. How filthy. A car with bird poop, insects, whatever filth is out on the road will later hold our pizzas/food, Door Dash included. We will feed our Children out of these bags. The manager poked her head out and told me to move on when she saw me taking pictures. Why can't people see your standards on how you will handle their food?? Why is it a big secret? Because its DIRTY and unsanitary. I went in to try to speak with the manager... this is MY Pizza Hut and I want to be able to eat here ... to be told SHE was the manager it was none of my business and order or leave. Like I would EVER order food from someone like her. What someone does in front of you is only going to be much worse behind your back. Ordered a pepperoni lovers pizza. There wasn't very much pepperoni on it. Another instance of getting ripped off by another pizza shop.

Not impressed. Placed an order through their app and attempted to pay through Apple Pay. App came back with an error message but then got a pop up from my card saying the charge went through. Sure enough, I checked and charge was pending on my card. Immediately called the store, no order went through. When I spoke to the manager, he acted like I was trying to do something shady; which I was not. No apology and then no offer to take my order over the phone. Guess they weren't interested in taking my money at all. Oh well, placed an order at Dominos and had a hot, delicious pizza within minutes! Won't be returning to this Pizza Hut. read more

Late and Cold Had to wait 15 minutes past the promised time on the app. The screen inside said the ready the ready time was 5:01 PM and I walked in at 5:10. The ready pizzas say ready instead of a time. Had to wait 15 mInutes to get my pizzas, 5:25 and both were lukewarm at best and I live 5 minutes away. The pizza was hard just before the crust begins. This location has had way more than normal levels of problems than other pizza places. I don't like writing Bad reviews but just had to this time. read more

We have been credited back on 3 other occasions because this location seemingly always forgets our full order. It's just a pizza and wings. We stopped ordering from here after the third time. However, for my daughters birthday she wanted Pizza Hut. Order arrives with a terrible looking pizza and nearly half the wings missing. We weren't even mad- we knew what we were getting ourselves into by now. I just want to warn others that waiting 45 minutes to gamble on whether your order comes or not isn't worth it. The folks there try very hard. Pizza Hut isn't my first choice for pizza in general with all the high end pizza around but it's cheap and it's decent. Ordering online seems to be struggle when ordering different toppings and half and half and things like that. They seem to get it wrong often. I have gone to calling it in for that reason. But when they do get it wrong, they own up to it and make it right. Got to appreciate a business that does that nowadays - especially from a chain. read more

They really do seem to do a great job at this particular store and care about customer service. My orders here have always been prepared perfectly and were tasty. There was one time where they forgot to bring breadsticks with our order, we called them and they sent someone out within 15-20 min and apologized for the problem. read more

Not happy about this one. We ordered three pizzas along with some garlic knots and some Cinnabon's. The garlic knots and Cinnabon's were amazing, which is more than I can say for the pizza. I had a friend over, and we were as hungry as dogs, so classically, we ate up. But what we didn't expect was our own downfall. My friend said he bit into a raw piece of chicken, and nearly threw up on the floor. My hardwood floors! Anyways, after that, he picked up another piece, only to find a long black curly hair on it. He lost his appetite immediately. I myself had an incident. I bit into a piece of chicken, and experienced the equivalence of trying to eat a farm animal. It was crunchy and tasted extremely gamey. I was mid sentence when it hit me and I gagged, almost losing the contents of my stomach onto my once again hardwood floors. We gave up after that, and even tried to feed it to the cat. Our cat would not go near it, probably because he sensed something deeply wrong with the pizza. As I've said before, the garlic knots and Cinnabon's were delicious, and the service and delivery was impeccable, as always. But the chicken. Just the chicken. Ordered 2 pizza for carry out, picked them up and got home and realized I was given the wrong pizza. Called up there to get it corrected, went a picked it up and brought it home. The box looks like it had been thrown in the trash and placed back in the warmer. Called up there to ask if it had been thrown away and was told as soon as the pizza "was found" it was placed back in the warmer. Absolutely ridiculous! In 3 words, under cooked wings. When I ordered my wings as 'medium' I was referring to how spicy they were. Unfortunately I got them more 'medium-rare'. Needless to say, eating under cooked chicken can have consequences the next day. Never again. read more

We're do I begin... I ordered 2 small pizzas and one thing of cinnamon sticks. It was around 22$ in total. The order was actually awful. The sauce wasn't right and they hardly put any toppings on the pizza. The driver showed up and didn't even realize what he was doing, he drove in very erratic. He walked up to my door and couldn't even hand me the receipt and damn near fell asleep on my step. I don't know if he was on drugs or what was going doing but I called the manger and let her know. She tried to tell me it was because the weather was bad and making him like that. (Given it was raining at the time, I give her that) but I am just shocked. She ended up giving me a 15$ in credit but didn't sound like she cared much or gave it much effort about the situation, you could tell she wanted to get off the phone quick. I just wanted to make sure the kid was gonna he alright and wasn't going to accidentally hurt someone driving back and to let her know. read more

We ordered pizzas by phone and when we arrived to pick them up they had been sold to someone else with the same first name. The staff acknowledged the mistake can cut $5 off of our bill to make up for the mistake, which I appreciated. We waited about 15 minutes while they cooked our order. The pizza was good; I'll be back for more. Will probably give first and last name next time to avoid the same issue. read more

Today was one of the worst pizzas I have had from this location. We ordered a large hand tossed pizza and an order of bread sticks. The pizza was imos thin with a thick piece of crust at the end. It was so thin and greasy that is seriously fell apart when u held it up. The bread sticks were good however the dipping sauce was ice cold. Not a big deal to microwave it but if we did not have access to a microwave it would not have been enjoyable. I'm giving it 3 stars because previous visits have not been this bad. read more

I am giving this Pizza Hut and it's employees a 5-Star rating today because I have recently had my two best pizza experiences back to back from the same establishment. I found this location online, honestly I didn't even know it existed and I had driven past it 100 times. (My fault for not noticing) My first experience was when ordering lunch for a sales meeting. I called in my order and it was ready in 15 minutes (fast). When I went to pick it up, I was greeted by Aaron. I believe he is the manager. He honestly could not have been more nice. He was very cordial and did something that I have never had any other pizza place do-ever! He opened up every one of the five pizza boxes to make sure that they were made to my liking. They were perfect. My second experience came just a few days later. I ordered a couple of pizzas from here and had them delivered to my home. They were delivered 10 minutes early and the driver (Justin) was as nice a young man as you could ever want to represent your business. To them both: Great job guys and you will be seeing me real soon. BTW the food was superb on both occasions. read more

Yeah, don't waste your money here. Place is very old and outdated and it shows with the staff and quality of service. The food is just as bad. Wait times are usually about an hour for carryout in the evenings, and that is just some bad food. You are better off going next door to Donatellis and getting some real pizza that is made with real ingredients, and not just some frozen crap. read more
