However, tonight superseded all of the times that we have ordered, I somehow missed clicking a small check box while I was ordering, clearly, I was distracted, however, drove 40 minutes to get here at 8:45. I'll need to find out that I did not complete my order that I started 45 minutes ago. Ty happened to be walking into close the place down, I wasn't aware but Ty is the son of the owners. He went above and beyond to offer me the option to still make the pizza even though they had already stopped taking orders five minutes before I ever arrived. He agreed to make my two large thin crust, pizzas, as the other, very kind friendly employees left at approximately 9:15 poor Ty was in the back finishing up my two large pizzas. It is superior customer service and I certainly don't expect any special treatment, but was absolutely beside myself that he was willing to go to the extra mile stay late make my pizzas so my Chicago belly could sleep at peace this evening. I know it sounds silly however I have been literally dreaming of this pizza for the last two weeks so I was distraught when I found out that I did not complete the order and it was completely my fault. To be surprised with the kind gesture of making sure that customers walk out this door happy made a world of difference to me. It is because of people like Thai and the deliciousness of Nancy's Pizza, that our family will forever be customers here! Every time we have friends over or a gathering or any event we order from Nancy's and everybody raves about it. I am very appreciative of the stellar customer service, the quality of food and the experience that we have every single time! It is consistent. It is delicious and they deserve 10 stars! There is a bar area as well as a dining room. A couple larger groups were there as well as a few tables with 2 customers. We were shown to our table quickly and placed our order right away since we knew what we wanted. Order places for the Special salad with house dressing and the Supreme pizza. Our salad arrived and it was better than I remembered. Ham, pepperoni, cheese-what's not to love! Next up, the Supreme Pizza! Super thin cracker crust with loads of toppings.
