I've been a loyal customer for years. Yesterday I redeemed my points with Buffalo wings which were truly awesome. Unfortunately the pizza I paid for was very substandard. I always get a hand tossed Super Supreme. This one was missing a lot (only had a few pepperoni, a few sausages, loads of olives (too many), a few pieces of bell pepper, and a sprinkling of mushrooms. It was mossing the seasoned pork, ham, onions, and beef. Every bite tasted of bitter olives. The crust was super dense and not airy as normally done. Why did they scrimp on the toppings???? A $6 frozen pizza would have tasted better and had more meat. I guess I need to look elsewhere for pizza. I ate a few pieces because I was starving, but the rest is going in green waste ​ read more

I'm going to start off by saying that the manager of this place did refund me for these boneless wings. That is why this is a 2 star review and not a 1. I highly commend the customer service. Now let's get to talking about the food. I ordered these boneless wings and as you can see only 3 of them got seasoned, and that's an overstatement. There was virtually no Buffalo seasoning on them at all. Pizza Hut should seriously consider retraining the cook that made these wings. read more

Ordered the Big New Yorker, because I kept seeing it advertised. Order claimed double pepperoni. Double pepperoni my behind. Pizza looked like it was old and additional slices of pepperoni were added on and run through the oven a second time. The restaurant was practically empty, so they could've made a fresh pizza instead of recycling an old one. Very disappointed, but also reminds me why their parking lot is usually empty. I ordered online for curbside pickup hoping it would be ready. Got there after the app said it was ready. Waited outside for almost 10 minutes with no luck. I go inside and waited a little longer while the guy was taking a phone order. I asked I was there for my order and says it was almost ready and still on the oven, waited another 10 minutes. I absolutely loved their Chicken Alfredo with the twisty pasta and thick sauce. I ordered it the other day for delivery and was greatly disappointed. They have changed the entire recipe with different pasta and sauce. Very disappointed I ordered an couple of pizzas online took them an hour to to bring me cold pizza. The delivery driver gave the most disgusting look when I gave him exact change and was reaching in my pocket to give him a twenty for a tip. the boxes were not even warm. I took the food back to get a refund and I'm glade I did cause just seeing behind the counter was the most disgusting food prep I've ever seen. Will never order from here again. DELIVERY PERSONNEL ARE SCAMMERS! Ordered online pizza, 6 pack of beer and wings. Delivery driver called me to tell me they had 3 of the beers I wanted in my 6 pack. So I got a different beer. I ordered curbside from them. I called to check in when I got there just like the website asked. I was placed on hold. I decided to just go in. My husband is sick so that is why we decided on curbside. I told the gal behind the counter that I was there to pick up my pizza. I went back to my car to wait. I waited 15 mins and then I called to ask what was taking so long. The same girl said that they were busy. I saw 4 people come in and out with their food. I went back in there to ask where my food was. The girl just laughed and told her manager, Maria, to come and talk to me. Maria was very rude and disgusting towards me. the wings were pretty dang good. However, the star of the show, the stuffed crust pizza, was absolutely CARDBOARD! I am so disappointed. I used to love PIzza Hut! they had the most amazing fresh pizzas back in the day. During this crazy time of Covid, I'm glad this Pizza Hut is taking precautions to make sure their customers are kept safe. I'm grateful that they're enforcing the mask rule when so many other local businesses are choosing to ignore the current health guidelines. Whenever I come in to pick up an order, the staff at the register is always friendly and they do their best to get my order to me quickly, even when they're very busy or having to deal with entitled Karens. The staff here really go above and beyond here! My wife and I ordered a pizza for collection. When we got there the pizza was ready, however they got the order a little wrong and put olives on it. We handed it back and then they cooked up a new pizza for us within minutes. Not only that, the manager was really apologetic and gave us a $25 coupon to use on our next visit! Went in today with my family and dined in. Customer service was amazing! We waited a little longer than they told us we'd have to wait for our food but the manager came to the table and apologized SEVERAL times and gave us complimentary breadsticks and a 2-liter for the wait. She explained she was training a new crew so things were slower than usual which we TOTALLY understood. I gave 4 stars because the pizza had WAY to much sauce, and I've been in several times and they only have 1 highchair. So it's not really ideal for dining in if you have more than one little one. read more

It's been awhile since I've eaten here and if I remember correctly, it took a long time for our food to be ready. This time around it was a complete 180. The customer service was outstanding and they even offered/helped me figure out what I was in the mood for. I'm not a big pizza eater but they convinced me to order the ESPN special (1 large/1 topping pizza, an order of bread sticks, an order of wings and a 2 liter) for only $19.99. What a deal! My order came out within 15min. The pizza was hand tossed and they came out to perfection. Kudos to the chef. The wings I was not too impressed with. They had little sauce but they were good. The place was very quiet considering it was a Friday and the floors could have been a little cleaner. If it was for the cleanliness I would have gave this review 5 stars. I like Pizza Hut and since I was visiting and there wasnt too many things I saw in the area, I chose here. As soon as we walked in, we wanted to walk out because if the smell of ass that was saturating their building. But maybe it was the cheese. idk. We ordered a large pepperoni with that bacon in the crust. One great thing about Pizza Hut is their crust. That crust is sooooo buttery and good. Naw not here. This pizza was like a store frozen pizza, a generic brand at that. The crust was so flat. We also ordered the pasta, which is usually cool. But of course, nope not here. That mess was so dry. Horrible horrible pizza and service . My husband called today at around noon to order pizza while I was out running errands. A new employee named Angela took his order , she got our address wrong and was just dumb. We get the pizza and it's totally undercooked just disgusting . So I call back and Anthony the manager answers my call and he was nice said it would be about 20 minutes for a replacement. An hour later still no pizza. So it's been 2 hours now and we are starving. I call back again and Angela answers and she has absolutely no customer service skills . I asked for Anthony and she goes "Huh" so we ended up canceling our order and just made food here. Last night I ordered pizza for the family from Pizza Hut. The ten dollar pizza's are back this deal is great for when someone does not have alot of money. Upon ordering through the phone my call was answered quickly which was great because its such a drag when they have you waiting. The service was fast and friendly. The girl was very helpful at assisting me with my order. I was shocked when the girl told me that I could pick up my oder in 25 minutes. I guess this is because I am used to waiting at least over half an hour to pick up my oder. I odered the combination pizza for the family, and for me the pepporoni, pineapple, and bacon pizza which I absolutely recommend. By the end of the night all the pizza boxes were empty which means that it was a delicious meal. read more

This place should get zero stars. This place is a PIG STY! The employees here are rude and very SLOW. We had a large group come in and we arrived late. We have 5 people in front us before when we arrived. It took 30 min just for the broad to take our order!!! Before she attempted that she looked at us and said "just a minute". I watched her walk to the back and overheard her say "this sucks that we have to wait on this large group". Then she got our order wrong after I told her 3 TIMES. I have worked here before, and I quit because it was disgusting. The employees here dont give a shit! Nasty! When I first started working there, I thought the dish dry rack had a yellow plastic coating, then I realized it was grease. There was some broken tile in front of the dishsink that was seeping stank waste water through. So I am telling the manager, she dont give two shits. The building maintenance guy came in and I told him about it. He told me if he replaced that tile he would have to do the whole building so he wasnt going to do it. The dishwasher guy had fingernail fungus. Seriously I would never eat here. They take poor care of their salad bar, no gloves while restocking, putting soggy old see through cucumbers and white carrots on the bar. I felt like throwing up after she helped us and scoffed when i asked if i could use the restroom. She had bad skin to go with her equally bad attitude. I give this pizza hut 1 star. I went here during lunch time with my daughter. There was no one inside, that should have told me something. The only reason we even went here is because I wanted a pizza buffet. The Pizza Hut in Selma has/had one so I figured I would see if this one did. It didn't and apparently they just recently removed the salad bar as well. I walked up to the counter and waited, employees were walking around in the back and would glance up and see me and just keep walking, finally someone came and asked if I was picking up an order. I said, "no, I'd like to make an order." She then said "what do you want"...um, A table, and a menu, duh...but I ended up ordering a default peperoni pizza at the counter and seating myself. The "waitress" never offered to get us drinks. I ordered a pizza and she brought it out to us in a box...no napkins, plate, silverware. My daughter and I sat there and ate the pizza OUT OF THE BOX, OBVIOUSLY NO LEAVING. The waitress never returned to say anything like, "Oh, can I bring you some plates/drinks?" The pizza was your standard Pizza Hut pizza, greasy and nasty. I definitely WON'T be going back to this Pizza Hut! read more
