There were only 2 customers before us and we ended up waiting for an hour even after following up on our two pizzas that are already on their specialty menu. Place was a mess, flys on food, long wait time, receipt paper broken, didn't have my order ready and had to make it when I got there (35+ minutes already waited). Mid Pizza is awful. I've tried 3 different locations for me-n-ed's and had bad experiences at all 3 across the Central Valley. I have come to the conclusion that me-n-ed's is just terrible. I don't see why this store has such low stars but this past Saturday they were on their A game. My cousin's daughtet had s dance recital and afterwards we celebrated at Me n ed's and as we all walked in we were greeted imediately which was nice. Looking around and the store was super clean and looked nice. We had a group of about 15 or so and anyhow food arrived and it was great. Everything was amazing and the tables had napkin dispensers which is great. Unlike Tulare again why no napkin dispensers? Food was good as always, and so was the service. We get food from here all the time. We decided to sit in this time. We ate out pizza as normal, nothing really was happening. We were sitting in a booth and my dad had noticed a bug. It was a roach. Pretty good size and the workers did nothing about it. All they said was "would you like to which booths" um hell no. Stopped by to grab dinner for my family on the way home. My husband gave me his card to use to get dinner. I did not realize I could not use it (had his name on it) because my ID didn't match. The lady was already rude to begin with and unwelcoming but to loudly let the whole restaurant know that she couldn't take my card and that it "wasn't even mine" while twirling it in her hand was insane. My husband and I use each others cards all the time. I understand checking IDs. I don't get her being rude and loud so everyone could hear. I get why no one recommends coming here. A simple "we can not let you use this if the ID name doesn't match the card" would have been completely acceptable. I get the business is being cautious. She is the reason I will not be back. I don't know her name but she should absolutely not being interacting with customers. Went to Pizza Hut, used the same card and had my food within 15 mins. read more

After a long year we got to go to the pizza parlor for pizza and beer. We got our usual pizza (pepperoni, ham, pineapple, & mushroom) and it was delicious! Fresh, hot, crust was light and crisp. Something I appreciated after all the delivery pizza the past year. Staff was friendly, and helpful. Over all a great dinner. Eating in the restaurant makes it so much better. Food has been pretty good, I don't care for rude old lady at the counter. She likes to mumble under her breath for little things like adding to the order after she gives a total. She seems to get upset about Apple Pay not sure why lol. I did like being put on hold when I headed to the restaurant and when I arrived I was still on hold. I walked in and saw the old lady sitting there laughing as the phone is ringing from me on hold. That really made me laugh. Me n Ed's has been my favorite pizza for 15+ years since I was a kid. We moved to the area and were so happy to have it here close by. unfortunately the staff is rude. guy with long hair is about as rude and off putting as someone could be. we won't be returning. We'd rather drive to Hanford for another pizza place than potentially have to deal with that guy again. Pizza was burnt a couple times, but it was usually 2/3 pieces so most was still fairly edible. Got the pizza home and it was some kind of thick crust monstrosity. Nothing like I remembered! The crust was doughy, undercooked and LOTS of it. It's my first time here and the worst customer service....I ordered at 1:50 ... my food came at 2:45... I ordered medium pizza and wings... I ask for ranch for my wings the said it's extra..... food wasn't even that great... never again We went to the Lemoore store. The other review was posted to the wrong store. It has been deleted. My husband had put our order in at 1:50pm. He ordered the appetizer platter and pizza. It took almost an hour to get our food. He checked on our order the first time and they said they were just about to put it in the oven. When he went to check on it again after some time had passed,they asked if our order was to go or in store and then they said it's going in the oven now. When we finally received our order, the appetizer platter did not have the sauces included that was on the menu and when he asked for the sauces they are not included. Pizza was ok. Service from the manager was absolutely terrible. She did not want to break a $20 bill in change for the arcade even after we spent $200 on pizzas. When we Asked another employee to break it he was going to until the manager overheard and said not to break the $20. The only way we got around that is by buying another drink to get some change back and even then she was glaring at us hating that we found a way around her BS. This person is not fit to be a manager, not even an employee. I came in for dine in service and immediately noticed a sign requesting to refrain from saying profanities to the staff. Should of walked out after reading that. After my experience there the sign made total sense. There's an older lady working the cash register and she's extremely rude. I was skeptical ordering because of the reviews but I was very pleasantly surprised. I did a custom three topping pizza. I did garlic alfredo sauce with mushrooms, broccoli and spinach. I also had a single pepperoni sticking out from underneath my pizza. Personally it was not a deal breaker but still something to mention. The crust is unlike anything I've had before. There are layers inside like a croissant. Not bad at all. I also got potato wedges. They were pretty good as well. The food did take a bit longer than I would expect but overall I am happy with it. So far, at 66 minutes waiting for delivery. For some reason, my boyfriend LOVES Me-N-Ed's pizza but I do not like it at all. He asked to order so we ordered for delivery. The guy says 45 minutes....we are going on 66. Who knows when we will get our pizzas. They will probably be cold which sucks because the delivery guy WILL NOT be getting a tip. I really hate this place.
