Ordered two pizzas order of wings order of cheese, sticks, chicken Parm sandwich and an order of Cinnabon rolls. The Cinnabon rolls were the only thing edible in it. That's because they come premade the chicken Parm sandwich was covered in lettuce which is not in the description nor in any of the photos on the app . The pizza was out of cardboard ask for sauce and extra cheese and I swear they think it means the opposite cause there was no sauce and no cheese pepperonis tasted like they were stale. The cheese sticks had no cheese on them. The wings tasted undercooked, and there was no sauce on them either Probably would never order from those Pizza Hut again. read more

Was traveling with my family on 2 August 2024 and we decided to stop at the Liberty, KY Pizza Hut for dinner at around 6:30 PM. The restaurant was about 30% full of customers (not overly busy). There was a sign at the door saying, "wait to be seated". Several minutes went by and finally after employees had walked past us several times, one finally came to seat us, we asked to sit in a booth and she pointed and told us to go ahead and sit in the 4th booth. About five minutes later a "waitress" took our order for drinks. A few minutes later another couple was seated next to us and immediately gave their drink order. Their drinks came within the next 2-3 minutes. About 10 minutes passed and our waitress tapped my arm and apologized for not bringing our drinks, said she was trying to do too many things at once and had forgotten and finally took our meal order. I ordered a cheese bread appetizer and a large tavern-style pizza. Almost another 10 minutes later I went to the counter, where she was standing and asked if we could get our drinks, she told me that she was trying to do too many things at once and had forgotten again. She did bring our drinks then. The cheese bread appetizer arrived and was very good. About 20 minutes later (7:15PM) our waitress brought the tavern-style pizza to our table. She didn't say anything to us, just put it on the table and walked away. The pizza was missing a piece and one of the pieces appeared to have a bite taken out of it. I went to the counter and asked the waitress what had happened to that pizza. She said she noticed that it appeared to be missing a piece and had asked the guy cutting it what had happened. According to her he had problems cutting it into the tavern-style pizza squares as advertised. She insisted that there was not a piece missing. I disagree, there was definitely a piece missing as the missing piece would have had crust that would have completed the outer crust ring on the pizza. The other piece in question was the irregular shaped piece that was not a straight cut square as it would have been from the cutting, it appeared to have a bite taken from it. The waitress insisted that the entire pizza was there and nothing was wrong with it. They could not tell me what had actually happened to the missing piece or the "irregularly" cut piece. Since I was getting nowhere with answers to my questions, I said I wanted a box and my bill we were leaving. I could tell that many of the customers in the restaurant were already paying close attention to what the waitress and I were saying and that if I continued trying to get answers it seemed likely to me that going there was going to be an ugly argument. My family and I left. We put the pizza box in the back of my truck and my family refused to eat it feeling we had not been told the truth about why it was served the way it was. I realized after I left that the cashier had not given me a receipt and that I should have paid for the drinks and cheese bread and told them that I refuse to accept the pizza. I feel that serving a pizza like that to customers, especially in a sit down restaurant did not meet Pizza Hut or my standards. read more

I know I know it's pizza hut. The one in Chardon is always fast friendly and more importantly they have never and i mean never messed up my order. I am single so I order a lot of the time. I gave this place a few visits before leaving a review to see if maybe it was just an off day when I ordered but nope. This place is awful. On the most recent order the weren't sauced (wing sauce cup was thrown into one of the containers) and the salad didn't come with any dressing or a cup of it. The salad was just a tub of shredded iceberg lettuce, no cheese, and some boneless wings thrown on top. When I've ordered pizza from here, it's always a mystery what and in what condition will show up in the box. If that's the type of mystery you like in your life, then by all mean, order from this store. I've gotten super large crusts, super small crusts, uncut portions of the pizza, badly cut pizzas (half really large slices, the other half all really small) no sauces on them, (put in a small cup in the box instead) too many toppings, to few toppings, not spaced out......it's really a toss up on what they'll do that day. On the plus side, if they do some how manage to get things right, it's tasty food, considering it's a chain pizza. Also, I've never had an issue with any of the pasta dishes I've ordered but I think that's because it's made off site and just needs run through the oven. If you're starving and this is the only place open, eat here. If not, check out one of the other smaller local places around the square. read more

Okay service. Decent cleanliness. It's still Pizza Hut, so the food isn't awful but isn't great. Always decent in a pinch for a meal. Pizza was a 3/5, wings were a 3.5/5. Refills were timely. All in all, about an average meal experience. Will eat again just based on lack of choices in Liberty. read more
