It is a great sandwich on its own but toasted made it amazing. All the greases merged together to make a buttery taste of heaven. We never made it out of the parking lot. I called in a simple order of a large meatzze pizza, thin crust and add mushrooms. I also added 8 wings. I went through the drive up window and paid the $24.25. I drove home and ate the wings while another person started eating the pizza. When I finished the wings I took a couple of pieces of pizza and started to eat. I realized immediately this was not the pizza that I ordered and paid for. I called back and spoke with the manager and explained the situation of getting the wrong pizza. I explained that part of the pizza had been eaten but I would be happy to bring the remaining slices back to confirm there was a mistake. The manager proceed to tell me that since part of the pizza had been eaten that he would only replace it with a medium size pizza. I did not like his attitude but agreed and returned to pick the medium pizza that I paid for a large. The manager immediately said that he had hoped to get more of the large listake pizza back with an attitude. That set me off as I paid for a large meatzze and that was not what I got. So being polite went out the window! I told him that his attitude sucked and this was poor customer service. He told me no swearing and that if the owner was there he would have probably asked me to leave. So not swearing anymore but still being hot under the collar I told the manager that I would pay for the new pizza since close half of their mistake pizza had been eaten. He still had attitude and charged me for what should have been the correct price for their mistake pizza. I paid it but took both pizzas since I paid for them. The owner, Jeff Rigsby needs to be aware of how his business is being managed while he is no there in person. The biggest loser in this matter was me as I paid for a large meatzze pizza and ended up getting a medium. The manager's reason was he is working with a new staff. New staff or not a good business does not treat customers this way. I paid for the fuel to go back and pick up the second pizza. So, Mr Jeff Rigsby, I can promise you that I will be reaching out to meet with you in person. Ended up spending nearly $35.00 for poor customer service and buying a second pizza that I did not want to purchase. Based on this experience I can assure you that I will not be ordering any food from them in the future.
