They should shut this place down their pizza/service/workers aren't what you would think Pizza Hut would represent at all. I tried to give them another shot but still the same results. The food is always greasy they have not put sauce on my pizza 3 times now. The food taste old. NEVER again. I will definitely find another franchise to spend with. read more

Their staff is excellent! Sweetest people ever! I'm visiting out of state & some kids were selling chocolate. A staff member decided to buy their entire box & even gave me one free. The food was great, the wait was fine & I will most definitely be coming here again. But they didn't give napkins or extra sauce she said she would provide. read more

This Pizza Hut is everything you'd expect of one. Pricier side of pizza but usually has some good deals. The pizza we got this trip was lower quality than usual, but in general they have well-made food. The cinnamon sticks are much below par, and it's rather disappointing as it used to be my favorite part of Pizza Hut! The $10 dinner box is a good deal, feeds 3 people fairly well. I will go again, but only if I'm really wanting pizza and I'm quite hungry. read more

I thought I'd give Pizza Hut a try. I have an order from them in a couple of years. I saw the advertisement for the Detroit pizza and decided I'd give it a try. It was terrible!! It was way too heavy and thick on the crust the toppings or little small pepperonis and the sauce had a bizarre kind of weird flavor. I could not finish it fed some to the dog and threw the rest out. This was a one of a kind experience. I have had Pizza Hut since I was a kid, usually pretty consistent nothing to write home about but good enough when You need something quick and you're not in the range of Anything else. I chose pickup and when I walked in the place was a wreck, everyone was complaining about the time it took. One guy had been waiting an hour and low and behold his order was sitting on the counter unbeknownst to the counter person.The employees were kind of in a daze and pizzas were literally coming out of the oven and stacking up 10 deep. I got my order, it was wrong and I didn't even bother with addressing it because god only knows how long I would've had to wait and from the looks of it anymore bad news for the employees might've been a snapping point. Pizza Hut is usually last on my list when it comes to ordering pizza, but I saw a special online I couldn't pass up. I chose carry out and it was ready as expected which was wonderful. Upon my arrival, I noticed a TV screen when I walked in. My name was up there and it said ready. When it was my turn to pay, I asked for a garlic sauce and this is where my experience took a turn for the worse. The cashier told one of the men in the back (I think was a manager) "You know I don't know how to do this" . The man was multi tasking many things and from this point forward the cashier was so rude to him in front of many customers. She had no intention of hiding her frustration. After he helped her, she made comments about how she doesn't want to answer the phone, doesn't want to deal with any more customers. When she finally took my money, she tore off the bottom part of my receipt and handed it to me. She then asked for the next customer, took his money, handed him his pizza. Then she asked for the person behind him to step forward, she took her money and handed her pizza. She never addressed me, never even acknowledged my waiting. My pizza was awesome, cooked exactly to my order, but it hurt my heart seeing the man treated so poorly, when he was busting his tail trying to teach her. I also wonder what was on the bottom of my receipt because she didn't tear anybody else's receipt in half. read more

Waited an hour the first time to receive cold pizza. Tried calling several times and no one answered. Finally, I called the customer service number. The manager in charge was very nice when I spoke with her. She gave me a credit on my next order. Second order was another hour wait time. After over an hour and forty five minutes. I gave up on pizza hut. I ordered from Dominos and they arrive in under thirty minutes. This was my first and second time ever trying pizza hut and I will not make the mistake a third time. read more

We received a carry out order that looked like the pizza had been thrown in the box with no care. We actually had to put it back on order to see if any slices were missing. We also ordered BBQ chicken wings that Had leaked sauce everywhere and the box was soggy. We called the shift manager and sent her pictures of the items. We were told we would be able to pick up a replacement order of the pizza and wings whenever we wanted at no cost. Well, Today I called to get that and was told that we would not be allowed to get the wings. I told them I was told I could and they insisted we were never told we could get the wings. I told them to just fix me the pizza. That is the last time we will ever order from them again. Customer service must not mean anything to that store. Ordered my meal @ 7:00 pm online---website stated that my food would be here in 30 minutes. An hour later the food was delivered, with part of the order missing. Called the store---only to be put on hold. No one answered my call, just left me on hold. I called back for 20 minutes, and finally got a person. After explaining what was missing from my order---I was told that they were out of the drinks I ordered, yet no one bothered to call or inform me. They charged me for the product---and just didn't bring it---like I wouldn't notice that I was charged for something I didn't get! When I asked if I could get someone to deliver the rest of my order---drinks, and all of the dipping sauces I was charged for, but didn't get---and asked how long it would be? I was told, "I'm short on drivers", with no answer as to how long it would take. I paid nearly $50.00 for this meal---and was treated like it didn't matter. I work just as hard for money as the employees there work, and I don't expect to be cheated by my local Pizza Hut. I will never, ever order from them again---but, I'm sure they couldn't care less, which is a pretty sad commentary on the value they put on their customers. Incidentally, I've never reviewed a restaurant on Yelp---the fact that I felt compelled to do so in this case speaks volumes about my experience. Should have stuck with Papa John's---they're always on time, and always bring the complete meal. I thought I'd branch out a little with Pizza Hut---my unfortunate mistake! read more
