I went for the two dollar Tuesday. Took 20 min to get the food. Wings were awful. Taste and consistency of the sauce. Pizza was fine. The cashier was nice. Too long of a wait for $12 disgusting wings. read more

This location continues to disappoint. Orders are consistently late, staff is inattentive, and management seems unorganized. Tonight I received the wrong order and had to knock repeatedly while being ignored. They're often out of basic items. I won't be returning. The pizza was delivered really quick, although we were quoted 52 minutes. They got the crust type wrong, but wasn't that big of a deal compared to the condition of the cheesy bread sticks. They looked like something that was either severely over cooked or has been reheated a handful of times. They were petrified and dry as hell. For $32 I expect edible breadsticks for the kids. My BF loves Pizza Hut so we always order here and for the most part they always forget something or get my order wrong yet I never complain but this time i was so angry I order online for delivery and since i always sign up for text notifications I got a notification when it left ......40 min later still no pizzaaa so I called the store the gentleman that answered said they left a while ago they should be there anytime so I waited another 30 min by this time I was f**** mad (excuse my language)so I called and told them I was tired of waiting and needed a refund ... oh yeah not to mention before they answer they hung up 3 times. Ordered large pizza for pickup. It was ready when I got to the window, paid & took home. Don't know what happened, they must have been running out of dough and stretched it to make it fit, because it was the thinnest crust I've ever seen. It was supposed to be the "hand tossed". Also it looked barely cooked, the color of the crust was very pale. Every piece we picked up was so soggy, the ingredients were just falling off the limp slices. I ordered online, guess if we order again I will phone it in and ask them to cook it thoroughly. Usually don't have problems but didn't think about it being Saturday night, they were probably busier than when I usually order. read more

Buffet If you are going to do a buffet have the pizza out and ready. The selection is so limited. If you want a supreme or a decent pepperoni pizza you have to request it. By the time the pizza is out everyone else wants it also, and my lunch is hour is gone. If it wasn't for the salad my money would have been for the tea. Extremely disappointed with the experience we had here .... 3 large pizzas, 2 dipper box pizzas, and a box of pizza rolls - all 3 large pizzas and rolls were under cooked (not edible) and none of them had the flavor crust as requested. My family of 10 got to fight over the two dipper boxes (@ least those were ok) This Pizza Hut location seems to be a hit or miss - more often a miss $69 carry out and most of the dinner was tossed. Tried calling to talk someone but when we did, I asked for a manager and was told they were busy could a message be taken, I stated maybe they could help me- when letting them know most of our food was not cooked thoroughly, it was suggested that we drop it in the oven to finish it off, thank you but really?? We've been getting take out a lot recently due to our house being remodeled with. No oven available at the moment- and even so we PAID you too cook and prepare it!!! Had a large pizza and cinnamon sticks delivered. Pizza was cold, toppings were not distributed anywhere close to even, and the slices were all different sizes. We didn't get any Parmesan cheese or red pepper flake packets. The cinnamon sticks were also cold, and lacked cinnamon flavor. I won't be ordering from there anytime soon. read more

Wish I could rate -1. Ordered a pizza got delivered and the bottom of the box was actually cold like it had been outside. Opened it and the pizza was all dried up like it had sat around for a very long time and we had ordered extra sauce. we refused and were given a credit. This is the 2nd time the same thing has happened. Last time we were given a credit we tried to use it when we ordered on line and it wouldn't work. Pizza was ok, I'm not a fan of bread so I the wings were my thing, I had enough sauce for a second batch. They were still warm after driving the 4-5 miles back to work, I know you are saying that was not very far, but I like my food warm enough not to go back in the microwave once I make it to my destination. I found back roads to lead me to the back of this Pizza Hut, that made the trip worth while, I visited the drive thru on this visit so can't tell you much other than the manager took my order over the phone, It was ready upon arrival, and she was very happy to be working the drive thru cause it showed in her voice and action. This establishment has a drive thru the person who took my order at the drive thru was very unprofessional. He asked me to move up if another vehicle drove up behind me, there was one other vehicle i moved up as asked. He brought my food out and proceeded to yell at me in-front of my wife and child that i should have parked in the parking lot that i was hindering the drive thru. he never at any point asked me to move further up like other drive thru places in the area do. read more

Worst Pizza Hut I've ever had delivered. The pizza was seriously skimp on the toppings. Except for one. They managed to put not one, but two roaches on my pepperoni pizza. If there is a topping worse than pineapple it's roaches. To top off the disaster that was my pizza by the time it got to my house it was cold. I had to microwave a freshly ordered pizza. You Would think those two things would be enough to wrap this up but we're not even close to done yet. After the girl had left my house I realized I had forgotten to write a tip into the receipt. Was it a douche move? Yes, but accidents happen. Anyway, she wrote herself a tip for half of the orders value which overdrew my account. I called them to get the issue resolve and the manager is one of the rudest people alive. Not only was she extremely disrespectful in her speech she hung up on me as opposed to dealing with the theft that had occurred on her watch.
