Awesome beers made local! Great site with indoor and patio seating. Love the location in Magnolia. Can't wait o go back!

Great space in Magnolia to grab some of the best IPAs (and beer, generally) in the greater north Houston area. While most of the seating is outside, there is plenty of seating in the shade. It's family friendly and there's plenty of space for kids to have fun while the adults enjoy adult beverages (there's wine as well as beer). We'll be back.

Cool outdoor spot with a live music stage, plenty of picnic tables, heaters for colder days, a food truck on site, and solid pours. Nice to check this spot out for the first time!

Great beers, great service, chill vibes. The little Rose is great. Nice, shaded outdoor area with live music. They also had a deal on a 6 pack to go for $3. Can't go wrong with that!

The service was immediately great. Friendly staff! We showed up when they were doing Jukebox Bingo. Cool idea and concept. Food truck was yummy too! Southern Vacation - BBQ style food. Not sure if the food trucks rotate or same one all the time but either way it was very good. We got pulled pork Mac and cheese. I got a flight of beer and my husband got a pint of Mein Schatz. Closest thing they had to a blonde beer. I enjoyed my flight of beer. Loving the atmosphere and outdoor seating area. We would definitely come back if in the area again and bring our pups!

This place is UNBELIEVABLE !!!! The beer is SUPER TASTY and the vibe there is one of a kind. A small brewery I've been dying to try for several years and this past week I finally went there and though they just opened up the bartender was super friendly and shared many things with me about the history of the brewery and the individual beers. I love the new release "Little Rose" as well as the other new releases. I look forward to going back on a weekend when there's live music or bingo which I believe it's on Fridays & Sundays. She also recommended a FANTASTIC GEM for me to EAT on my lunch break called BLUE IGUANA which was AMAZING & inexpensive. What a great day of good brew and amazing Mexican food.

Cuz Jonathon from San Antonio and I before we went to an Astros game!

Wish I could have stayed longer but enjoyed the Black IPA. So good. Love the chilled ambiance. I will return for sure.

My boyfriend and I made the drive up from Houston to Lone Pint Brewery for our favorite beer the Yellow Rose. We wanted to check this place out and try more beers we may not have available in Houston. I loved this place, and will definitely be back. The staff was super helpful on beer selection and they had live music that was great and interactive with the crowd. We were the first ones there which was nice. Perfect for day where you want to be outdoors as this is all outdoor seating so keep that in mind if the weather sucks. We will definitely be back once it's not so freezing cold outside. Highly recommend it if you are in town or passing through!

Small, but people are super nice. We met the brewer at Bernhardt Winery and he gave us a card to come by. We are glad we did. Good selection to choose from, a food truck, and live music.

Lone Pint Brewery makes the best IPA in Texas.. No questions, no competition there's not a single Texas IPA that comes even close to their Yellow Rose SMASH IPA. Its been that way for years now. The brewery is very cool and essentially just open back yard. Covid is still an issue so the open air and space really go a long way to make ya feel comfortable. I highly recommend a trip out here if you are near Magnolia.

Awesome out of the way brewery. Be aware that they don't have many, if at all, light options, but that is ok with me. Also, the parking is a concern. They have a lot right next door that belongs to chicken express. You can park using a chicken express receipt as a parking pass, but still a concern. The beer selection is unique and well maintained.

Jabber Wockee IPA - really good stuff!

I really liked this little spot outside. It was nice to enjoy a beer surrounded by trees. Lots of options. Service was great.

Fun outdoor local vibe. You can bring your furry friend!! Expensive food truck on site, but the food was good.

The expansive outdoor area is lined with covered picnic tables--perfect for kicking back and enjoying some fresh air. On weekends, the courtyard comes alive with families and friends gathering to soak up the sunshine while sipping local brews or enjoying a bite to eat. During our visit, multiple food trucks and vendor booths were on-site, offering everything from homemade banana bread to cigars. While I don't typically drink a lot of beer, their black IPA was a standout--rich and dark like a stout, but finished with the crisp bitterness of an IPA. A really interesting flavor profile. NBL does an excellent job creating a warm, welcoming atmosphere that feels like a true community hub. That alone is worth raising a glass. Cheers.

I was even offered a couple free samples, even though the sign says no samples on the weekend lol. There were 3 food trucks so we had good food options. Shout out to Saucy on the Fly. I've had…read morethis place on my radar for awhile as I am a huge fan of visiting breweries everywhere I go. Come to find out days before our trip that Southern Star has decided to shut down at the end of June. Sad to see one of Texas' oldest breweries closing down. I had to get here before they did because their beers are great. It's right off 45 and easy to find tucked away off a side road. The grounds are beautiful as well as the building itself. The inside taproom isn't large but the building itself is so I'm wondering they have more hangout spaces. They also have a nice deck where a lot of people were hanging out. Customer service was great. Most everyone in our crew got a flight so we could try a few things. Prices here are excellent and won't break the bank. That's what I love most about breweries. I went with the Strawberry Blonde, Southern Brunch (citrus shandy), Texas Lager, and Pit Stop (cherry cider). I really enjoyed them all especially the Southern Brunch. My friends ordered some apps for the table such as fried pickles, fried mushrooms and waffle fries. They came out piping hot and were all tasty. I saw some pizzas leaving the kitchen and they looked excellent. They also had deals on whole cases of beer for 20 bucks. Killer deal that my friend took advantage of. Sad to see this place is closing. Great breweries are a dying breed from what I have read. If these places weren't so far I would support them more. I wish everyone in the company well and hopefully see them come back in the future.

Southern Space was down a tree lined road kind of in the woods in a very nice space. I didn't get to see what the outside area was like (If there was one) but I did see they had a large front porch to hang out at. We got here around 8 or 9 pm and I ordered my usual flight. The place was happening; country music was playing which is not to my taste but at least it wasn't quiet. My flight consisted of a Bombshell Blonde, a Bombshell Hefeweizen, Bombshell Smash IPA, and a Valkyrie (DIPA). Why isn't this place just called Bombshell brewing? Anyway. The beers were all decent but nothing that wow'd me. If I had to pick a favorite, it would probably have been the Hefe. They had a kitchen onsite serving up burgers, pizzas and all the fried apps that places usually do. Unfortunately, we had already eaten so I can't really report on that.

I first thought it was wallpaper made to look like Life magazine pages, but some pages seemed to be peeling. I don't mind reading hemorrhoid ads from the 60's while drinking my beer per se, just an observation. The furniture was mismatched like estate sale items picked up from people who wanted to think they were high class in the 1960's. You could probably still smell Lucky Stripes every time you sat on the seat cushions. There was no music playing and there were only 6 or 7 (don't you dare do that 6-7 thing with your hands while reading this!) other people inside. So, I had to listen to this pretentious group talking about opera, the child welfare system and other topics while their noses were up and pinkies were out. There was an older guy on the opposite end of the room that seemed to be loudly mocking them. He thanked me for coming as I was leaving.... was he the owner? LOL. I ordered my standard flight from a very nice lady that seemed to be new. I got 2 IPA's (Mongoose Slayer and Striker IPA) that were solid, a Black Venom stout that was ok and a Belgian Quad (Medusa) that I wasn't fond of. There are no food options, but I assume there are food trucks from time to time. The outdoor area has a few games and tables and a more normal atmosphere. If they had some music to drown out Lilith and Frasier, I'd go back and give them a try.
