My grandparents ordered some food from here, and the workers neglected to read the order and provide the correct items they wanted and PAID FOR. the delivery driver delivered what the workers handed them. My grandmother called the store and the girl who answered was incredibly rude and hung up on my grandmother multiple times and proceeded to call her a karen. Not returning. Think twice before coming here, the workers are full of attitude and rude. read more

Where do I start? The Italian Sub. Turns out it's turkey cuts (krogers or H‑E‑B probably), scattering of wilted nasty greens, mayo, canned cut black olives. Thankfully I bought the half sandwich so I only wasted $6.99. I would not suggest ordering subs from here. The spaghetti and pizzas are mostly OK. Love the specialty pizzas. Ordered take out pizza and wings. Realized on way home the wings had hot sauce, not the lemon pepper we ordered. Went back, manager apologized and gave me new wings. Got home and realized he had thrown in extra wings and a slice of cheesecake. Everyone makes an occasional mistake, the manager went out of his way to make it right. We've been loyal customers for quite a long time. Ordering once a week, and only having a few minor hiccups. Last week this changed. Carla is the only reason we will never order from this place again. She was rude, condescending and was extremely unprofessional. We ordered 3 pizzas, and two came correctly but my kids' pizza was not even close. There's no way that they would eat a Godfather instead of a pepperoni pizza. After explaining the situation to Carla she couldn't care less that my kids pizza was wrong. I asked to speak with a manager, because I knew from her rude behavior that nothing was going to be resolved. Her reply? In a snotty immature tone "I AM the manager." Eventually, she agreed to remake my whole order, so my husband and I waited for fresh hot pizza to show up so we could all eat together. 30 minutes later the delivery driver showed up with only a pepperoni pizza. I called back up to the store, and Carla said she remade my kids pizza but wasn't going to remake the other 2 pizzas (which were both now cold) Apparently she wanted my husband and me to eat our pizzas while my kids waited for theirs to show up, or for us to eat cold pizza. Neither of those are acceptable. She told me "I refunded your damn pizza" and tried to hang up on me. We visited at lunch for the pizza buffet. Not a great experience. Buffet is $11.99 not including drink. I had to ask for fresh pizza as our group of seven was offered pizza that had been there a while. I asked for any thin crust pizza, no that would be additional. I asked for something without meat for the vegetarian in our group. It was like pulling teeth to get this simple request. Iced tea was a challenge? Drinks were served in three rounds after asking several times. There was ONE other table in the restaurant, so not busy. Pizza was good tasting and salad bar had a good variety of toppings. The salad dressings were not labeled, so had to guess. Overall, for a tab over $100, I'd definitely go elsewhere next time. My 85 year old dad ate one piece of lettuce, 1/4 piece of pizza ( his teeth cannot chew thick crust) for $12. Buffet also offered pasta, which was good. The pasta was mixed with chicken, so again not for the vegetarian. We asked to have some WITHOUT chicken. Nope, not possible. We should have asked more questions then we would have just ordered from the menu and not the buffet. We wanted to love it, but never again. read more

We have tried ordering over the phone and didn't have a great results of this time I tried it online. There's actually a place on there that you can say light cook. And this is what we get? This is not just regular cooked, this is why overcooked! Same problem we had last time. We will not be back! Called the restaurant and she told me that when the receipt prints out in the back for the cook it's in very small print and they can't read it so that's why they overcooked it. Seriously? My husband & I usually order delivery every other Friday or so. Usually everything is correct and we are happy with our order. Last night we were not. Our pizza was thin crust, I always have hand toss because to me the crust is the most important part of the pizza. We usually order moz cheese sticks and calamari. Sticks were right. We dined in at the buffet about 2 months ago. First time. It was good but not great. Why? Only one real reason. They need to figure out why EVERY pizza has an overcooked crust. I just saw an old review from 2 yrs ago with a picture. Looked just like the crust in the buffet pizzas we had. WAY overdone. I thought possibly that's just how it was when you ordered off the buffet. Maybe. IDK why I thought that. I should have known it was probably every pizza. Must be something going with their preparation causing these pizzas to have overcooked crust. Fire too high? Adjustment needed on time cooked? To me that just ruins the pizza! I hope they do something to try and correct this issue. I'd LOVE to go back. The salad desserts were wonderful. The pizza was too (toppings) except for the overcooked crust! ONLY issue we had l. The staff were extremely nice and accommodating. All we had to do was ask for any pizza we wanted and they would make one and put it on the buffet. Being our first visit they even gave us an order of free garlic knots to try even though they usually aren't for the buffet because people don't usually want them because they are so filling.
