What made the situation worse was the customer service. Instead of simply apologizing for the mistake, the employee told me to take my food and stand to the side until all the other customers finished billing so I could get my refund. No apology, no acknowledgment of the inconvenience -- just a rude and dismissive attitude. And then there was the food. The vegetarian bowl had barely one spoonful of rice and 1 spoonful of fajitas . Seriously, one spoonful. For the price being charged, the portion was shockingly small. The quality wasn't impressive either. Overcharging customers, extremely small portions, and rude customer service -- this is not acceptable. I shouldn't have to carefully inspect my receipt to make sure I wasn't incorrectly charged, and when a mistake happens, the least a customer should expect is a sincere apology and respectful treatment.
