The pizza tastes great... when they bother to cook it. The staff is extremely rude most of the time, my pizza has been late by over an hour on more than one occation, and I've actually received a pizza that was totally uncooked in the center. I've also received the wrong pizza on multiple occasions. I called to complain about my uncooked pizza and all I got was an annoyed "Sorry to hear that...?" The available deals and discounts that the store participates in are extremely limited to top it all off. I honestly recommend domino's instead, or a Pizza Hut in another town. read more

Can I NOT give any stars at all??? They are horrible! I did an online order and within ten minutes they cancelled my order without telling me why, when I called in to see why it was cancelled. The young idiot on the phone that spoke with was the same guy who called and left me a message only THREE MINUTES BEFORE. I can tell that you have the same voice with the same name! Then acted like he knew nothing about it...then asked me if I wanted to put in another order. I DON'T THINK I'LL EVER ORDER THERE AGAIN! Maybe they are too unintelligent to make sure an online order goes through...never had that problem anywhere else. They need to get training: with technology and with customer service!!! So, I called back demanding why they cancelled my order. I had to ask THREE times why...they said they had to have verification that through phone, because their drivers have been getting robbed. I really love Pizza Hut pizza, but this store is hit and miss. This last year has been miss, miss, miss,miss. I'm done with them!!! I ordered two pan pizzas. I paid for extra cheese, pepperoni, and sent my son for them....WHOA! The pizza looked liked something from Little Cesar's. Cheese NOT evenly spread, more sauce than cheese, it looked awful. Sauce wasn't even spread around properly. This was the crappiest looking pizza w/ slightly burned edges. It was late, and we live WAY across town (15 min exactly) so the next day I wrote them online. I indicated I wanted a call back, well, Rhonda the manager, who also took my order, contacted me. She seemed unpleasant. Hello, I put out $23 bucks for bad food, she had no room, she should have been apologetic. I took pics of the pizza on my phone to show them next time I went in to redeem the free pizza I knew I was going to get after I complained, and told her of this. Rhonda was annoyed and said "we showed the pizza," ...well yeah Rhonda, but did you not see the crappy pizza you were putting out? My 19 yr old son isn't paying attention to this, however, you should be. This place is always empty, and now I know why. Domino's just came out with a new pan pizza....oooh....sooo good! Rhonda, if you don't do something about those pizza makers, and your crappy attitude, that location is gonna get shut down. Good luck to you. Worst customer service I experienced in last few years. One hour after ordering and 35 minutes after waiting at the restaurant was told to wait for another 10 minutes. Complained to the corporate office, received a call from store manager next day saying their oven was full. No apologies by any employee. read more

If I could give a -1 star I would. This place has the worst service. I kept giving them the benefit of doubt but this was the last time I'll be ordering from them. Yesterday I had placed an order thru their app around 6:30 pm. I received a text that said my order is out for delivery around 6:50 pm. My place is 15-20 minutes away from the store with traffic. So I waited until 7:30 pm and it still didn't come. I waited until 7:54 pm to call them and they told me that the driver had just left 5 mins ago. The pizza didn't get here until around 8:30 pm. When it did get here they gave me a free 2 liter, which is nice but it made no sense because they told me the driver left 5 mins ago and he said they gave that to him to give me for free. So when it did get here it was cold and not good. This isn't the first time this has happened there. This probably the 2nd or 3rd time but enough is enough. This Pizza Hut needs new management because if they keep this up they will lose more customers. They have officially lost me, never ever will I order or eat from this store again. read more

Ordered pizza from Pizza Hut in Merced at 8:04pm. Here it is 9:45pmand it still isn't here. I have called twice. The first time at 9:10, and they lied saying it was out for delivery. The second time I called they said the pizza was still there and we were next to be delivered. WTF. They said they would remake my pizza and get it out in 15 minutes and they would give me a 20% discount on my order. I asked for the manager and I told her this wasn't right, that i have been waiting over an hour and a half. She promised a fresh order....I asked for the corporate number and she gave it to me. Then she said give me 30 minutes. So 15 minutes just became 30, and here it is 2 hours since ordering, and it still isn't here. I swear if my order is cold, incorrect, or missing something I will not hesitate to call and demand a full refund. Tomorrow I am calling the corporate number and letting them know how dissatisfied I actually am. read more

This is the worst experience that I have eve had!!!! First When I ordered my pizza on the phone the guy that answered the phone didn't even know what he was doing. Then when we had to wait for an hour for the food to come. The worst part is that when the pizza arrived it was freezing cold and tasted stale like it was sitting out for a while. Absolutely disgusting. In hope for some redemption I called to store to see if they could do something about it and then the guy gave us some extreme attitude on the phone saying that it was our fault.
