We recently ordered Pizza Hut as Take-in here in Perris. I've avoided Pizza Hut in the past with improving my diet, but was presently surprised they offer "Skinny Pizzas". We had the grilled chicken, onions, peppers, tomato pizza with thin crust. It was surprisingly filling. So yes you can eat somewhat healthy which was surprising. I called in on a flyer deal took 17 minutes for a manager to get on the phone to tell me what the person who answered the phone should have know they don't take two coupons in one transaction. So I go to pick my order in the 15-20 they stated the pizzas should be ready and they haven't even made any of the 3 pizzas so I sat in the drive for another 25 mins drive around to let others get the same speak that there pizza isn't ready even though they came when it was supposed to be ready. Unbelievable order a big box pizza with chicken wings . I live 3 miles away from the Pizza Hut they told me my pizza would arrive within 40 minutes ? Pizza and the driver arrive 1 hour and 30 minutes later pizza is cold as hell. Driver laugh's in my face because i don't want to leave a tip on top of the delivery fee of $4 and to Pizza hut's bullshit delivery fee. If you actually gave that delivery fee to your driver's they might just give a shit about there job's and your pizza would be delivered on time. I call the store manager to get some type of reimbursement or store credit and all she can offer is that they send a driver back out to pick up the pizza and have another pizza delivered . This Pizza Hut is literally the worst location on earth. Place a order in and 2 hours later I call to cancel it (a hour after it was supposed to be delivered). I had to call 20 times before someone answered by the name of Joseph he placed me on hold for over 5 minuets so I hung up and called back another 7 times till someone else answered I then told that male employee that I wanted to cancel my order because it had already been 2 hours. He didn't even care to explain why it was taking long or what was going on the order hadn't even been taken out yet. Extremely dissatisfied with the service. We have ordered pizza delivery from this location three times. Each time it was a different excuse as to why our pizza would not be delivered!!! Not only that, all three times we were waiting for hours for our pizza to be delivered and it wasn't until we called that we were told there would be no delivery. The very last time we ordered we talked with the manager Stephanie J as to why our pizza would not be delivered. Stephanie J states the driver felt threatened by two men that came out of their car in front of their house. Silly I know, especially because I live in a relatively good neighborhood in a gated community. The two other times we also received ridiculous excuses about why our order would not be delivered. Stephanie J seemed nonchalant and uninterested about the whole situation. Her resolution to the problem was to take the tax off the pizza and for us to pick it up, which defeats the whole purpose. All in all we ended up calling the Corporate Office, which is in another state. We received two free pizzas and a more thorough apology. We will never again do business with this location! She told me that I had to pay an extra $2 because I wanted more than 3 toppings and another $2 if I wanted pineapple. Put in an online order around 8 pm, it said it would be a 1.5 hour wait and my family and I were totally okay since we assumed it would be a busy Friday night for pizza delivering. I paid online and was notified that my order would be delivered at 9:35 pm. My family and I waited until 10 pm when I finally decided to call and check on our order, I called 7 times and they did not pick up at all. I decided to call one more time to cancel my order after waiting for 2 hours but they would not pick up. Luckily I live 2.5 miles away so I drove down there and told them to cancel my order, this is when they notified me that they had already cancelled it because they don't deliver to my area. First of all, we've had Pizza Hut deliver here many times before and second, it would have been a GREAT time saver had we been notified that it was cancelled. This has never happened to us and we still can't believe that such an unorganized business exists, I wish I would have checked out the yelp reviews of this location before I ordered. This is very very disappointing. I literally ordered my pizza at 7:48pm online and was told that it would be delivered by 8:48. We got a call at 8:49pm from a girl saying that the card was declined which we couldn't understand because there was no reason why it should've been since there's money on there but nevertheless, we got offered to pay cash which we said that was fine. The girl in the phone said that it would be delivered right away. WELL, 1 hour later passed and still no pizza so we called back on the number that they called us with and an employee answered the phone and explained to him what had happened and he said that our order had been cancelled. I asked what the supervisors name was and he states that his name was Ryan. I asked to speak to the sup Ryan and the employee stated that he was cooking with another employee because everyone else was on break. I told the employee that I really want to speak to him and how could the sup not come to the phone, that this is very poor customer service. He went on saying that he can put the order again and that the supervisor Ryan was not going to give me a discount which was not was I was trying to do. So the employee said that he was going to put me on hold. 20 mins later, another employee, female, answers and asks if I this was going to be delivery or carry out. I then started to tell her the story and she stated that Ryan was on his way out and the employee that had answers the phone had left. I asked what the supervisors name was and she stated that it was Valerie. I asked to speak to her. Once she came on the phone, she was very nice and apologetic for what the idiot that had answered the phone had said to me and she indicated that she can go ahead and place the order with a 20% discount. I told her that I was very afraid to because of the fact that I could have my pizza spit on or rolled on the floor and then placed in a box to have delivered to me. I told her thank you but no. This is very upsetting because my family was hungry and we literally had to go out at 10:50pm to get food when we were nice and warm and together watching movies. I wish that I didn't have to give them a star but I have to just to post my review. Corporate, i hope you read this because this kind of issue needs to be strongly addressed.
