We love Pizza Hut super supreme pizza!! And I love the creamy Italian dressing!! We were traveling back home from St Pete and stopped in on Friday afternoon. The young lady (I think Sheila) that waited on us was wonderful and a people person. Something you don't normally see at Pizza Hut. She took excellent care of us. The team working that day looked to work well together and looked professional. The salad bar was being repaired so salads were premade. She offered me a second one!!! Great service!!! We today ordered personal pan pizzas which were cooked well. And looked fresh. The restaurant has gone through a renovation and look bright and nice. Very clean!! Wish ours in Panama City would do this. Keep up the great service in Perry!! You're doing a wonderful job!! When in Perry, give them a try! Enjoy!! read more

A lot about fast food is timing. The wings at Pizza Hut are good . I like the naked and the barbecue. It's a lot of calories but so good. read more

Pizza delivered over a hour late. Driver said it was the "new pizza maker" Well congrats to the New Guy. Although terribly late. Pizza was well made although slightly cool. So it goes . Suggest pick up rather than delivery. read more

We stopped in for the lunch buffet. The sign said "Wait to be seated", so we did. A woman behind the counter told us to have a seat anywhere. She then came by our table and asked us to move to the other side of the restaurant! The pizza was cold and tasted odd. The restroom was dirty. The staff behind the counter were having loud personal conversations. We will not be back. read more

Horrible Pizza Hut, pizza did not taste well & restrooms were filthy. I ended up sick that evening & would not come back here. In fact, we traveled back through Perry today on our way home & refuse to even stop for lunch in that town because of the bad pizza. Driving an extra 2+ hours to eat somewhere else. read more

So we ordered at 7, online, with an estimate of 7:37 delivery. Come 8 o'clock, no sign of the pizza - so we called. It had been made and was sitting in the store for the last half hour..getting cold. We were told they could remake it, but it'd be another 45 mins (at least) and that they didn't have the drivers to deliver anything promptly. Worse, the lady on the phone was borderline rude- she clearly did not want to hear any complaints and hung up on us after a very faint-hearted "sorry". Backstory - the last 3 times we've ordered from this PH, the driver has gotten lost on the way to our place, so I had already called in after placing that order at 7pm to double check that they had driving directions to our place. The phone rang 6 times before I hung up, called back, rang 5 more times then someone answered and told me "the driver will have your number so if there's a problem he'll call" and basically wouldn't take down the info I was trying to give her. Horrible customer service, cold food, incorrect orders when it is delivered. Sadly, it being a small town and all - choices are limited...but there's always Dominios. read more

My boyfriend and I visited this Pizza Hut today to have lunch and it has been by far the worst service and experience I have ever had. My boyfriend wanted their lunch buffet and I wanted the menu. I ordered the 6 pc traditional wings dry rub Cajun style with a side of buffalo sauce. As we sat down and I waited for my order, my boyfriend fixed his plate. I waited 40 minutes for my wings to come out and we ended up just getting up and paying before I received my wings. At the counter the cashier told us the wings would be out in just a little, but we ended up having to wait 15 more minutes. All together, I waited over an hour just for a 6 pc order of wings. Never once did our server come by while we were seated to let me know of the status of my order either. No one was apologetic for the wait. Maybe they should look into hiring people experienced in customer satisfaction. I will never visit this excuse of an establishment again. At the same time though, I shouldn't expect too much from a place set in a back woods/undeveloped town. read more
