placed an order via app & it says what pizza hut always says ready in 15mins. my husband got there to get it & they were just then starting the pizza claiming the order just got placed when my app said 6mins. now my food is ready according to the app & my husband is STILL waiting it's been almost 30mins. poor time management. read more

I love Pizza Hut but this place is just plain nasty! Flies are everywhere. You can't eat with out them all around the food, drinks and windows. Very nasty. Then they can cook a crust worth crap . Soggy because of too much sauce. The toppings just slide off with the first bite. read more

We came in to get breakfast on a Sunday morning. 3 of the employees females were in the back giggling and messing around .. 2 where up front we had to ask 3 times if we could place an order the two girls that were up front standing at the drive Thur just chatting no one was in drive Thur no one was inside the store aside from us were ignoring us. They were just standing there so then I was like excuse me can we make an order please then the girl who was told to help us didn't now how to make the order so the other girl ended up having to come help us anyways. Very good pizza, ordered the buttery garlic within and crispy 3 topping large pizza. Was delish! Not skimpy with the toppings! Lots of flavor and cooked perfect!! Used drive through and was taken care of quickly and politely. read more

I have ordered pizza here for a year now and never a problem. Well tonight I called in my order and told him I had a credit on there from last friday. He typed in my order and didn't see a credit so I couldn't get it. Well last Friday my pizzas was soggy. I called them right away and the guy said I could come right up there amd I told him I live a Lil to fare for that. So he said the next time I order he would replace both them. I have traveled all over the world and have had Pizza Hut pizza in many different states as well as countries. Was traveling from Terrell and called in an order, arrived a little early just after they had opened for the day. The only car in the parking lot besides the two employees was mine in the drive through. Paid for my pizza for my kids and the guy (was the manager) told me I could not sit in the drive through waiting for my pizza. I told him that I would gladly move if someone come up behind me that I did not live in Quinlan and had no where to go for the next ten minuets and he left. Moments later he sent his employee over to tell me that I would have to move. Needless to say I requested my money back and left driving to Royce City to get the pizza that I had ordered. Ordered online a pizza that we picked up thru the window, brought it home to eat & the pizza was absolutely horrible. It was cold, dry & very difficult to choke down which was so dried out that there wasn't any flavor. We went in to order another pizza the next week & tried to tell the young man at the front the problem we had with the last pizza we had bought thru ordering online. The young man at the front register was awful & told my husband that he was a liar about the pizza, but we ordered another on this day & blew off the attitude of the young man. We went in to order the following week after that & the same young man turned on his heels when he saw us & refused to wait on us. We don't know what this guy's position is at Pizza Hut, but we've now decided to take our business elsewhere. Too bad, cause we've done business at the Pizza Hut since it 1st opened several years ago. Really didn't even intend to give them one star. read more
