My experience has most often been good at the Fate location. It had been several months since I used them, so I ordered a giant sub yesterday, with turkey & provolone, which is normally excellent. Will never go to this location again. Other locations are great but this one has employees that could care less and are rude. Don't expect to get what you actually order unless you watch them like a hawk because I've tried 3 times now at this location and each time has serious issues, particularly with one girl who appears to be the manager. All three times she blamed their mistakes on me by saying that I said chicken not steak, or that I ordered a different number sandwich or that I didn't say correctly what I wanted on it. Ordered BBQ chips...got Cheetos. Ordered a Roast Beef sandwich. it was excessively SLATHERED with mayo and yellow mustard, even though I ordered spicy mustard. Bread was wet. I work at the Pet Supplies Plus next door and placed a DoorDash order for my lunch break. I had left my wallet at home, so it was my only alternative. When I came to pick it up, I realized I put down the wrong location. I was about to leave, but they offered to make my sandwich anyway, free of charge. Usually this place is really good to me, but this evening I can't help but wonder if they were all under some sort of pressure. I ordered with the meat slicer, asked for a regular and a mini California club supreme with the meat heated. (since I'm pregnant, the meat needs to be hot) the guy dressing up the sandwiches asked what I would like on the mini, I said tomatoes and mayo. They then close the sandwich up. I asked didn't the supreme come with roast beef and turkey? He said yes. Then continues wrapping the sandwich. I told him I ordered a California club supreme, can you add the avocado and roast beef as well. He starts to act like he didn't understand. (Not his fault, the meat cutter never cut any roast beef, just turkey) so I expressed that I ordered the supreme and would like the roast beef. The young man at the register tells me "we don't have a California club supreme" I correct him, I say well you have a club supreme and California just means you add avocado to it. They still haven't added the roast beef!! He wraps up my regular sandwich with no roast beef, and no avocado!! I say again, both sandwiches are the same, a Cali club supreme. They did however add the roast beef to the mini. I'm still trying to figure out the confusion. I want two sandwiches, a number 9 with avocado and heated meat. I wouldn't had left a review if they would've just made the order right. But considering that everything was explained and everyone said they were on the same page how did you still NOT make all the sandwiches correct! read more

I've always enjoyed Jersey Mikes in may different locations all over the nation. I was stoked knowing that there would be one 1 mile away from the house. Unfortunately I wished it was a different team running this place. Went in today with 2 wraps (1 30% of the wrap was cut off. 2. the second wrap had a streak of grill grease all over it. The person who was helping me MAYA is what she said her name was didn't see a big deal ... I've asked for a replacement and only wast to given. 1 replacement with an attitude that it's not her fault and the grill grease is a normal thing.... I wished I had photos I wished I didn't walk in during that time when Maya was working. Please do us all a huge favor and remove her from making sandwiches I believe her and her coworker who doesn't know anything about this situation and decided to her run her lip as well. Poor customer service and you gotta do better when making people food. I'm sure just like every other bad review here nothing will change and I should have just stayed home and made it myself. read more

My Mom is 91 and on Hospice and won't eat, Except for Jersey Mike subs at Fate store. She can't have spicy so they take it off and give her extra salami. They know she will choke on lettuce and make sure it's not on there. Dalton and his son are amazing human beings. They really care about their patrons and strive to do the right thing. I went in a few days ago and had an order in store and a pickup also, they were so busy but the kids in there were working so hard and efficiently. They all seemed happy to be doing their jobs and working great as a team. They were hustling for sure and keeping everything clean and fresh too. Great food here. Meat and cheese and all the fixings are fresh. The team here is always on top of their game. The inside is clean and organized. They provided Can drinks at no extra charge when the drink machine broke. The restrooms are clean and the work area is always clean. You see them cleaning the meat cutter all the time. I've only ever been to this Jersey Mike's so don't have another to compare it to but I've enjoyed it! The food is good, I've enjoyed the hot subs and the service has always been friendly. I give a 4 star because of over doing it a bit with the lettuce on the sandwiches making it harder to eat my sub! read more

Absolutely 100% recommend this establishment. I was in line with my teenage daughter that has severe mental health issues and a lady in front of us in line was so busy talking on her phone that she did not hear the employee ask for her order 3 times. So naturally she looked to me and asked what our order was. When I went to order she says "excuse me I was here first." My daughter told her "The lady asked for your order but you were on your phone". The girl looks at her and told her to quit being a "B**ch". My kid starts crying and so everyone is looking at us and they took out order with my kid crying the whole time asking me "am I really that bad mama?" Let's just say it was a whole situation. (This girl never apologized and stayed on her phone the whole time through it all btw) The staff completely stayed calm the whole time and took our order. The manager apologized to us personally and made us feel very welcome. He even talked to my daughter and was so nice and his kind words helped calm her down. He gave us a few food coupons and comped our meal and told us we were welcome there anytime. They were all so professional and they turned a horrible experience into a lesson of human kindness for our family. I left there wanting to throw my sandwich at the nasty lil thot that made my baby cry but I am so glad I didn't because that sandwich tasted AMAZING!!!! read more
