I've left a good review in the past for this location but today was such a let down with the lack of care from the staff. I give my name for the pick up order and I'm told that they accidentally gave my order to the wrong person. All the lady can tell me is I'll need to give them 15 more minutes to make another order. I get it, mistakes happen, but not even a simple "we apologize, we'll try and make it quickly." Worst wing stop, the attitudes with the employees is horrible. Tonight while standing in line 35 minutes before they close, waiting patiently for the person in front to pick up their to go order. Once it was my turn the lady looked at me and said they were closed and they wouldn't take my order. Weather isn't bad in fact roads are fine. Wing stop needs to do better here. Well saw the 2.3 rating and have eaten at Wing Stop before. The staff is not very friendly. Several of the tables needed attention but most were clean. The restaurant was overall clean. The women's restroom needed toilet paper and they had no interest in getting it filled. Only two other families inside beside us. The food was just okay. Wife's wings were cool. Fries were hot. I have a feeling it is hot or miss eating here. Lots of people doing Grubhub and such here. I bet there were some disappointments. I have ups and downs with this wingstop. But today crosses the line with me, I cannot understand the concept of paying 24 dollars for sucky food. Poor decision on my part but I've been a loyal customer to this wingstop for awhile. On my order I received the driest fries, barely any seasoning, and on another order of fires I asked for extra done ( crispy) I got the same thing as my other fry, & my wings.... Oh boy my wing.... I am so beyond dissatisfied with this Greenville restaurant. I ordered 30 wings, large fries and veggie sticks. I Iive 15+ miles from this restaurant. So when I got home, missing large fries and dressing for the veggie sticks plus the wings had very little sauce on them. I called and talked to the manager. She was rather rude and said,"You can come get your fries, but dressing does not go with it, but I will give you 1". Mind you, they have a crew pack that is exactly what I got, and it has 3 dressings with it, plus I was charged individually instead of as the pack. Won't go back to this location for a long while. To be honest, I am shocked at the poor reviews for this location. My husband and I eat Wingstop frequently and have never had an issue with this location. We order online and pick up in the restaurant. Our orders have always been accurate and the wings and fries delicious. Typically we order some combination of hot, BBQ, lemon pepper, mango habanero, and/or Cajun wings (extra crispy) and fries. Wingstop at Wesley street hands down the best in town, accuracy, speed, customer service, very clean and is sanitized frequently you can actually see them sanitizing. Everyone wears masks correctly and the best part you can see the kitchen, what better than watching the people doing your food and doing it correctly. Give you options of being inside as long as you wear a mask or if it's more convenient they can bring it out to you they will only ask for your vehicles model and color. It never fails, every time I come here it takes forever to get an order, and half the time the wings are over cooked. So today I actually went online and ordered, gave them a 45 minute lead time, and it still wasn't ready when I got there. In fact, they lost my order. So, their solution was to put my order in line with about 8 other orders in front of me and tell me it would be another 20 minutes. I said never mind just cancel the order. Well this is my second time at this wing stop. First time was good. My food took a minute but when I got it it was fresh out. But this time was the worst no people in the front they are seating in a table just on there phone. Just two people in the restaurant. The guy an african american was on the phone talking explicit sexual activity. The whole time he was using profanity and he didn't care who heard him. Worst service ever, ordered online so there couldn't have been any way to mess that up, wrong...We ordered a Crispy Family tenders pack with 4 different flavors of tenders. When I went to pick it up they gave me half the wings and half the fries. This ended being the meeting point for some family members and I that decided to come to Greenville for lunch and to hang out. This Wingstop location served up very fresh and tasty wings, and the service was pretty good as well. The wings took about 20 minutes to come out after ordering, but we ordered a large batch. My biggest complaints are that the restaurant area was not clean. Tables were dirty, the self serve station was a sticky mess and overall just not pleasing to walk into. Also, the thing that made this kind of a weird experience was one of the employees had his young son (maybe 2 years old) sitting in a high chair in the front table of the restaurant. It wasn't a bother, but he was clearly very not stimulated and that kind of made me sad. My mom felt the need to check on him because he was out there alone for our whole meal, and he told her he was all done and wanted out of the high chair. Me and my boyfriend love Wingstop we use to go all the time when we live in California. But we don't go as much here in Texas... not cause we chose to but because they are ALWAYS closed when we try to go.. we usually go around 7:30- SOMETIMES 10... there is always some reason why they are closed either "no oil" or out of something else or "we are cleaning".... it's ridiculous. Just like tonight My boyfriend and I were trying to go there for dinner with some friends and they were closed and there were 3-4 Employees just standing there talking and looking at us. They could have came to us and told us why they were closed and asked for us to come back.. obviously there wasn't a manager there or something... As a manager in the food service this is NOT good for business and corporate policies. Also, it's a hit or miss with employee service. Some times when we go there are really mannered and respectful employees and then other times the employees are rude and pushy and don't make good eye contact with the guests.
