My sister and I had to check into a hotel after our older sister, unexpectedly passed at 50 years old. It's been a devastating time for us, and when our order said it was dropped off, but it wasn't, we called store 03823. Nicholas, went above and beyond to correct this situation. He personally took the time to investigate, and take the steps to enusre we had our food handed to us personally. Nicholas had great compassion and acted accordingly to make the situation right. This is my review for Pizza Hut all around,,, my experience at this location was well and the people were nice, my thing is why did Pizza Hut change their recipes on the breadsticks?? I tried several locations and they all taste the same like garbage and when I say garbage I mean like a mediocre place that don't do well with pizzas and breadsticks!!! Your marinara sauce taste so sweet now, that tastes so different,,, also, how do you guys expect five breadsticks to be eaten with one marinara sauce,,, yeah I act so cheap now it's ridiculous, why can't we get two marinara sauces with breadsticks?? Worst customer service I've ever received. I was given the wrong order sometime within the last year, and I called them to correct it or see if I can exchange it. I was told I can just get a credit for another pizza. I asked for some kind of confirmation code. They said I don't need anything to just use my phone number. I called back now months later knowing there was the chance it wouldn't still be there because it had been a while, so I was fully prepared to just pay for my "free pizza". When I asked the guy on the phone if i had it, he said to hold on the phone which took about 10 minutes and then I was greeted with an aggressive tone, as if he was scolding me, who kept repeating how I don't have a call history and how I can't get my pizza - then put me on hold AGAIN before even letting me respond. Then when he finally came back I tried to explain how there wouldn't be a call history because I ordered it online and called the restaurant after I was home to find the mistake. He then started yelling at me saying how I'm not getting a free pizza. I'm frustrated because it's not even about the pizza, I can buy a pizza, it was about how someone told me the wrong information and made a mistake, and he needs to correct the problem with his staff so it doesn't happen again. I was prepared to pay if I needed to, but i had to hang up the phone because I could barely get a word in, on top of his overly rude demeanor. No more orders for Wadsworth location for us. We ordered personal pan pizzas and one of them has so much cheese, it is not even edible! I like extra cheese but this is like half a package on one small personal pizza. I called and Diamond said she will compensate me for that one pizza ($6.00) and they can't redeliver today. She will not have an edible pizza delivered as she said they have other deliveries. I told her I know as a minimum they would need to credit me for an inedible pizza they delivered but that I still had no dinner after paying $28 for our family meal and she can't do anything else? She said the most they could do is compensate our entire purchase BUT that would mean they would have to come back and pick up the whole meal. Note, I didn't even want my whole $28 dollar family meal credited but there are better ways to deal with customers. Anyway, I called Corporate and they made it right. See pics attached. I ordered a Large Pan Pizza , Drinks and Cinnabon Mini Rolls I placed my order at 1245 online and received a text from Pizza Hut @ 1:03Pizza was out for delivery then received call from location at 152 over 60 mins since order posted stated unable to receive Mountain Dew Red or Orange Crush they stated they do not carry these drinks but not indicated online website I advised to send 3 Reg Mountain Dew and Reg. Dr..Pepper I received a Diet Dr. Pepper not reg I do not drink diet also my Cinnabon Mini Rolls were overcooked..burned and I ordered 2 extra icing dips and did not receive dips or cheese packets or peppers packs. TERRIBLE EXPERIENCE! Waited TWO HOURS only to find that our order was CANCELLED and we were NEVER NOTIFIED. When I called, the store wouldn't answer and I was redirected to customer service. Customer service got a hold of the store and transferred me. The MANAGER told me their oven was down and that she'd already called me telling me this. I NEVER received a call from ANY phone number the entire time we were waiting! I would have been perfectly fine if she had just admitted there had been a mistake and I would have left it alone (life happens). She went on to insist that we had already spoken and that she was at no fault in any way. I told her she must have spoken with someone else, because I had not received a single phone call, and she told me I was wrong and that we had definitely spoken. When I told her that it was impossible, she simply said there was nothing she could do. I'm not one to complain when it comes to trivial matters, but this was simply baffling! I hate to even give one star after the lack of service I received at this location. I ordered 2 pizzas around 6:15 and was told they would arrive by 7:11. At 7:30, we still had no pizzas and when I called I was connected to a call center and was advised that the driver was en route to our house. At 7:46, I called back and actually spoke with out driver who said she was still at the store and she would be at our house in 20 minutes. She did arrive in 10 minutes, however, the pizzas were so burnt and dry that we couldn't even eat them! It was like they had been sitting around for hours under heat lamps. After about 10 attempts to call, my husband took the nasty pizzas up to the store and was greeted with zero customer service. You want to credit my phone so I get a free pizza on my next visit?????
