I order my food without buns, and they put it in a dish on a bed of lettuce. I think adding the lettuce, even when the sandwich doesn't usually come with it, is a nice touch. The couple of issues I have are that 1. the dining room isn't as clean as I would like. I think the staff should make cleaning tables more if a priority (although some people eat like pigs and don't even attempt to clean up after themselves), and 2. there's no WiFi available.
