If I could leave no stars I would. We will never be ordering from this Pizza Hut again and I encourage others to take their business elsewhere. I ordered online, arrived when it said it would be ready, then waited another 30minutes for my order. The store was crazy. Full of people complaining about orders and massive delays. I finally received my order, only to arrive home and find out it was incorrect. I called the store to tell them I received an incorrect pizza and asked them to start making the correct pizza so I could come back and pick it up and wouldn't have to wait longer. They told me I had to come back and show them the order before they'd start cooking anything else. I asked to speak to the manager because I was not interested in waiting any longer than I already had (let alone driving back to the store again) they put me on hold. I remained on hold for 17 minutes until I walked back into the store. I asked for a refund since the order was wrong and it all was cold now. They said they couldn't refund my order because it was placed online and they couldn't get it back on my card. They offered me a credit. HARD NO. The worker put me on the phone with the general manager, Melody. She was ZERO help and showed very little interest in making this situation better. Said I'd need to bring in documentation from my bank that I was charged for the pizza. If they made the pizza, clearly I paid for it. That is insane! I had to wait AGAIN for them to remake my pizza. I lived in Shepherdsville for many years and Ive been to Pizza Hut countless times over all those years. I never had an issue and the people are always friendly . They started it nice and a good little delivery system at a good carry out window we could just pull your car right up in there and they would hand you your pizzas so I really enjoyed this Pizza Hut it's unfortunate it's got some negative reviews on here I had it probably about a month ago and I didn't have any issues then either so I mean it Pizza Hut number one chain Pizza in America it's not my favorite pizza in the world but it's not terrible I give it 3 out of 5 stars read more

Horrible. I have had multiple and I mean multiple orders from this place. There is ALWAYS something wrong with every order I get. From missing items to not not delivering there on time (This is more than 15 minutes.) to not having the delivery guy's phone number. Yes, they blamed the manager for not putting the delivery guy's number in the system. read more

The WORST Pizza Hut we've ever been to! Since moving to Mt. Washington we've ordered online from this location twice and will never again. BOTH times when we ordered, we were told that our order was made wrong when we arrived for pick up. We ordered a medium cheese and a medium pepperoni pizza and 16 wings. How could you mess up one of the most common and popular pizza orders?! Obviously the training at this location is seriously LACKING. So, as they remake a pizza the rest of our order is cooling under a heating lamp, and we have to wait an additional 30 minutes. The staff was unsympathetic to THEIR mistake and rude. The people that work here are really some dumb motherfuckers. We order a sausage pizza.. and they sent a whole fucking pizza WITHOUT CHEEZE AND WITH ONLY SAUCE AND SAUSAGE. But get this, we call them back so they can bring us a new one. They are so rude it isn't even funny. On multiple occasions I have had issues with this Pizza Hut from the manager hanging up on me multiple times to the employees having an attitude on the phone when I call in to place an order.
