The last time here, same dishes, was not a very good experience. This one was great. The sausage in the Ziti was plentiful and tasty. The meatballs weren't much but the spaghetti was good. I've probably been to this Fazoli's 50 times over the last 10 years or so. Dining inside I've never had an issue. Always prompt and courteous customer service. The endless breadsticks make it worth dining in. Although over the last few years you have to ask for the breadsticks as opposed to them just walking by and refilling you. The food itself is as good as you are going to find for fast food chain style Italian restaurant. I'm a big fan of the pizza personally. And they have absolutely the best tasting bread sticks. The biggest knock on this location is the drive thru is consistently slow. And even if you are the only one in line it seems like they will tell you to pull up past the window to wait. read more

Tony and I had a nice sit down lunch in our new surroundings. We don't go to Fazoli very often, probably less than one time per year. Tony chose Iced tea and Pizza Baked Spaghetti Dinner with side salad with ranch, myself I chose the pick two with Lasagna and Ravioli wit meat sauces both included their great garlic breadsticks. We shared the food and there was so much of it. We were stuffed and it was really good. Price wasn't bad, around $15 with taxes. Would definitely go there again....recommend to all!!! read more

Fazoli's is a fast food Italian restaurant. It's chain establishment so they have them all over the world. I am not a huge fan of Fazoli's but it's a cheap Italian Eatery. My wife always grew up really liking fazzolis because you can get a lot of food for a cheap amount of price I mean you can go in there and get a spaghetti meal with a slice of pizza and a coke for around 8 bucks so I mean it's a decent price to be honest however I don't really quite enjoy it. This one in particular has normal fast food feel to it there's nothing really special it wasn't dirty it wasn't clean nothing out of the ordinary. I would much rather spend the extra 10 bucks per person and go to Olive Garden or Rocky's on the river. So I don't really recommend Fazoli's unless you just kind of want some greezy fast food Italian restaurant. read more

We've been to this Fazolie's several times. My son loves it. Me, not a big fan of Fazolie's, but we had a good visit and the food was good. Prompt service when you walk up and order. We both ordered the Fettuccine Alfredo which is 6 bucks...... Drink was 2 bucks so it was less then 20 even when Uncle Sam joined us as we paid......lol The soda machine is the new style (see pics) that literally offers 100's of drink flavors and combinations. We experimented and came up with a pretty good flavor we each liked. Fun Fun!! I think Fazolie's is trying hard at up scaling a bit. They had silverware utensils to eat with, no plastic ware. When our food came to our table Alexis asked if we would like fresh graded cheese. So naturally, we said yes. Alexis said we can have as much as we want so the pasta was pretty good with all the extra graded cheese. Cudos to Alexis!!!! Oh, she brought out several bread sticks for the both of us too. Each time she brought some out they were fresh and hot. I'll just end this review with..... mmmmmmm, fresh, warm bread sticks!! read more

Food and service are always great. Mins ago I ran into a young girl attending the window. This girl was rude from the minute I pulled up. So when they forgot my drink, and said it wasn't ordered. No big deal. I was rudely told I could not order at the window and usually i would jus go back through the line. How ever with her attitude I told her I'd be getting my drink here. She shut the door and let me sit there several mins before another car came around. She then acknowledged me again and said I could pay at the window. I don't think the management knew of the situation until I was re-addressed. However, i hope they find better help here. Probably the rudest and worse customer service I have ever experienced here. In the big picture this is a great place. They must be hard up like the rest of the country for people to work and they settle for such a person. read more

Came here as a request from my 8 year son. He loves pasta and loves here you don't wait super long, like you would in a traditional restaurant. The food is fast and just ok. It's a good value for a budget meal. This store was clean and service was friendly. read more

Visited Hillview location on Sunday March 20th around 8pm. Food was excellent, portions were big, had just enough sauce to top it all off. Restaurant was clean, staff was amazing!! We went in at the end of the night. I remember how frustrating that can be to see customers come in right as you are cleaning up. We were waited on immediately and our food was out in less than three minutes. The food was delicious and even though it was the end of the night, the breadsticks were very fresh making it an even better visit. The manager at this particular Fazolis is always the nicest and you can tell that with his employees putting in team effort to get the job done. The spaghetti tastes as though it were mass prepared in a rush, with overcooked noodles and a meat sauce that overwhelms you with an abhorrent flavor which robs the spaghetti of any flavor it might possess. The bread is overdone with garlic salt, but at least it's free and can help you remove the taste of the sauce from your mouth. And thankfully, the refills are free. The tea isn't that bad at all. As for the staff they are very friendly and willing to help. They sadly just can't help the flavor of their food. I'll not be back. read more

This is an okay option for when I don't want to cook & want to keep my kids away from "fast food". The food is not anything special but I think it is fine for the price. The manager is very customer service oriented. You order your food at the counter and they bring it out to you, so it is a little more of a dinning experience than fast food. Kid's night is Tuesday; this gives our family of 4 a great value. Kids eat for $.99. When you dine in you get all you can eat bread sticks which my hubby enjoys. They have kids booklets and crayons to help keep the kiddos occupied and I love the multi-option drink fountain. read more

The table was sticky feeling. (rinse that rag out !)I just put a napkin down because they seemed busy but only about six table soo... The food was good and served in a timely fashion. The manager who brought the food was a bit rude when I ask if we could have more breadsticks he replied"When I get time" which I thought was inappropriate since fazolis main attraction is unlimited breadstick! He did, however, bring some more over in a short time.It's not my issue that they were understaffed or whatever was going on.No apology was received.Normally I have no complaints other than one server whos hair is so greasy you don't want to eat anything she touches.We lucked out today!Hygiene should be made a priority!It cost 18.00 bucks for two of us to eat so I expect clean employees with a smile!We were there 12/22/2017 @ 2:30 pm read more
