The crust, the sauce, the toppings. And ALWAYS baked to perfection, with just the right browning of their provolone cheese (I believe they shred it right there in their kitchen). We almost always do carry out, and it never fails to be a grand experience too. They're always on time, and the people never fail to be friendly and courteous; both on the phone when ordering and when pick up is made. There are several other pizza establishments in Sidney, but I have never tried them. I've found the very best, so why would I bother? (NO offense intended )

The tuna was coated both sides with a thick layer of wasabi and completely overpowered. She tried to scrape it off. The salad was ok but lacking any feta (again, a Greek salad). Service was painfully slow even though it was not busy. (3/4 of the tables were open.) Given that, the bill was over $100, I would certainly expect more for that price.
