Got to talking to the waiter and he mentioned they buy their meat locally and you could tell it was a good piece battered and fried. I got 2 sunny side eggs with it to soak up the plate and I do have to say this was the best CFS that I have had in a long time. I also got a Menudo to go as I was eating, but they forgot to put the order in and in the rush, the top lid cracked and it leaked out on way home. This was a bummer, since I was hoping to have it the next day before work. Besides this mess, I really recommend this place.
