Ordered one carry out large pizza and cheese bread. Was told it would be 15 min we show up 20 min later and it isn't ready. Proceed to wait an additional 30 min to find out that they never ordered the cheese bread. Was told it would be 10 min and proceeded to wait another 40 minutes. Extremely disappointed read more

This place is terrible. I've gone here for years. The people working there are great. I give them a 5 out of 5. However, the business decisions that have been made, have made this particular Pizza Hut, a travesty. They closed the salad bar during Covid...fine. When they opened it back up, they removed almost half of the salad ingredients, and doubled up on the rest. No olives, no shredded carrots, no blue cheese dressing. Not even crackers or pudding. What in the world are they thinking? It looks more like the inside of a trash can in the kitchen than a salad bar. The pizza, which used to be acceptable for an emergency, is now a greasy mess, with half the cheese and toppings that used to be on the pizza. My question to the owners: Who hurt you? OH, and let me say...single ply toilet paper? Seriously? This stuff feels like tree bark! Advice: Go up the street to the axe throwing place, and get a Hunt Brothers pizza. Or even Caseys. read more

Ok, this place used to be ok. Reasonable and predictable food, good service, and plenty fast. Now, Ali am told that there will never again be a buffet or salad bar in this location. If that is the case, I will spend my money elsewhere. I do not use the pizza buffet, but I refuse to spend money in a business that overreacts to fake pandemics. GFY! read more

Service was extremely slow. We had to ask for plates & silverware & napkins! The waitstaff never checked to see if we needed refills or anything. I was very disappointed. read more

Dryest Pizza I have ever eaten. We were the only ones in the place, yet when the waitress brought out our Pizza the crust was so dry it cracked apart. I know its a small town, but take some pride in your pizza. Even the salad bar was minimal. Not impressed. read more

The pizza is good , I always call and pre- order so it ready when I get there . The salad bar is usually good and fresh . I have to say that Michelle is very good at her job and makes everything run smoothly . She's the best . I enjoy coming in and eating and visiting with her as she takes care of everything , she's always busy but takes time to talk to people also , which I respect . read more

We vacation about once a month at TRUMAN lake we go to Warsaw a lot for this so that we haven't eaten pizza at Pizza Hut anywhere for several years but decided to get one tonight coming off lake we really didn't wanna cook we ordered a super supreme they had them on deal for 12 bucks. Thin crust. It was one of the most delicious pizzas we have ever had every bite on the Pizza had the same amount of ingredients as the bite before very well-made no grease fresh ingredients very friendly service on the phone and in the store we will definitely be back. Pizza was fair but watching straight into kitchen and no one has washed their hands to make pizza. Not a glove in sight. See them picking up dirty plates, opening doors, and then back to making a new pizza. read more

Wouldn't make a pizza 50 minutes before closing time, and didn't have any pizzas remaining. Why advertise closing at 10pm if you stop serving customers at 9pm? What a joke and a waste of time. read more
