Their pizza buffet is, simply put, amazing! I walk into the restaurant, and the servers and employees greet me with a smile! Some personal favorites of mine are the spinach pizza (the thin crust at the buffet, phenomenal), the pepperoni pizza, the chicken bacon ranch at the buffet, the delicious cinnamon sticks, and their amazing homemade ranch to dip your pizza in, or to eat a salad at their amazing salad bar. We placed an order online, go to pick it up. Order was not complete and hour later!! I parked the car and walk inside... terrible service by everyone working. I walk to the car - they promise food is brought out to me in 15 minutes, I waited 20 minutes, walk back inside and ask for a Manager... Terrible attitude, no apologies and he claims there's three employees call off today... I explain that's not my problem... he states "thanks for your expert advice", hands me a cold Loaded Dipper and walks away. read more

Who cuts pizza like this? This pizza was less than equivalent to a frozen tombstone. The crust was hard- not crunchy, hard. The cheese was not nice and gooey, and the pizza came cold. We didn't call and complain because it was already close to midnight be the time we got the pizza and we just wanted to eat and sleep. Wouldn't recommend. Stick with Pizza Hut. read more

Stopped here on the way home to Iowa from Texas... was supposed to be a quick stop, but the calzone and spaghetti took forever. We only live a few minutes from the restaurant, will order delivery when busy. I know I could go and pick it up. But sometimes you just don't want to leave the house. So the problem is we will get a email saying pizza has left, then it will arrive 30 to 40 minutes later. Soggy and Luke warm. We are done with them. I wanted to love this place the driver was so nice. I mean the pizza is probably the best part. I love the variety they have on toppings. The sides need work. I got their boneless wings with hot buffalo sauce and nashville hot sauce plus requested 2 side sauces in both flavors. Only received 1 the nashville hot sauce. Why do the boneless look dry? How can a wet sauce look dry? I also tried their loaded dippers these were also ok. I just find it crazy if I'm paying up to $37+ tip for the driver, the food better be damn good. The food was really great but the service was terrible. My guest and I waited for 35 minutes to be seated when there was three booths and a table clean and empty. The lady ELISABETH who served us was rude. There was one worker who was playing on his phone. Tips for this place: Napkin holders at the table. The last two times we have had to call because we didn't get our order. Today they said our order was delivered and it was not handed to me. Received no call. No one delivered to me they must have delivered somewhere else. I WILL NEVER order delivery from mazzios again. And when you call you get someone in a call center which is ridiculous. Pizza is descent, nothing great. They have a pretty good lunch buffet which is very inexpensive and do a good job of keeping food available. Cinnamon sticks are fantastic, 5 stars for them. Not the best pizza or pizza buffet I've had, but probably the best choice in Lebanon. read more

Delicious buffet. Very nice wait staff. Good pizza on buffet including spinach pizza! That was a nice surprise. The salad was good with romaine lettuce cut up small which I like. We have lived in Lebanon for over 20 years and then going to Mazzio's on and off that entire time. I have never been disappointed in their service or food. my favorite meal on their menu is the Greek pasta it is excellent and hits the spot every time we have also used their services for catering and the portions are wonderful the delivery drivers are always polite and the ranch dressing is amazing. read more

Placed an online order, was given a 20 minute wait. I came through the drive thru 24 minutes after I pleased the order and I paid. Was told it'd be another 5 minutes, to pull forward and they'd bring it out when it's done. I went in 10 minutes later to find out what's going on. The girl said very rudely "ma'am it's only been 30 minutes. You're gunna have to wait!" I explained to her everything and she laughed at me. Smiled and laughed in my face. I said it's not funny and she walked away. She came back and said we can give you a discount. I said I already paid with my card. She walks away and comes back and says we can offer a dessert pizza. I asked how long that would take. She said another 15-20 minutes. I said no thank you I just want my stuff so I can leave. 10 minutes later they brought me my items and I left. Was horribly disappointed in the customer service I received. I filed a complaint on the website. I had management call me the next day saying they're very sorry that they've had complaints about the customer service lately and they're going to retrain. They put a $30 credit on my account but I'm not sure if we will ever use it. read more
