We came in dockside w our boat- a security kid was standing his post right near the closed pool and bar area. He checked all of our IDs and bc our daughter was under 21, he had to place 2 large permanent marker "Xs" on her hands. As he did this, he stated, "Pool is for adults only, but the pool is closed." What?? Why the big Xs and ID check if we're just going up for dinner... and the place is empty? The food was decent. Drinks were good but expensive especially for the lack of alcohol in them. We didn't want to pay for bottled water either- no free waters there like every other restaurant. Waitress was great although she was the only one helping the outside patrons (inside was empty). We encouraged her that she was doing a good job since we could tell she was running. All in all, we may stop here again since we are down in the area frequently, but there are better options we will choose 1st. (And as we left, we saw the security kid sitting up top at the bar in the restaurant ... so glad my daughter "gets" to have these big black Xs on her hands for 2 days now. Just not necessary.)

I asked for a cup of water and they told me they do not have cups of water, only bottles for $2 each. You are literally a restaurant. How do you not have cups of water? How are you cooking and washing dishes without clean water? On top of the very expensive (and quite frankly, unreasonable) prices, we were surprised with a 20% gratuity (for a party of 2) that they said was standard for everyone. They also added a separate card charge on top of this. This wasn't stated anywhere until we got the check. This should not be their choice. I believe they require this charge because they know they will not get that based on the service. Wish I would've gone to the gas station instead of paying $95 for a two person dinner. Seriously. Freezer meals would have been better tasting and more enjoyable and I wouldn't have had to feel as though I was bothering the staff with my presence. Also, the steps to get into the pool were extremely slick and unsafe. I will absolutely not be back.

My daughter and I shared the pulled pork nachos and they were awesome! The beans were really good. Let me just say the deep fried potato salad --YUM. It was soooo good. My son got the kid's cheeseburger meal and really liked it and the hand cut curly fries. The only person who didn't really care for their food was my dad, who got the brisket sandwich. The brisket was cut really thick and didn't have a whole lot of flavor. He's not the kind to complain though, so he didn't send it back. I think we will come again and definitely enjoy the pork and try the ribs (they had run out). We also want to try the slaw (they were out of that as well.)
