I don't understand why this Pizza Hut has gotten bad reviews. I personally LOVE this location. My food is always HOT,FRESH and what I ordered compared to other locations I have visited in the past. The service is always great I am always greeted on my way in and on my way out. The ambiance is a clean Pizza Hut in a decent area. If I want a quick lunch they always have a in app lunch special which is a good perk. If you need dinner they are also a great place to order from in walking in or ordering in the app. All and all a great experience an I will come to this location anytime I want a good pizza or wings. read more

I have spent hundreds of dollars here in the past. But... probably not again. On Tuesday the employee Shaunte saw me as just a door Dasher and not a former customer. I waited for the order I was supposed to deliver and when I asked her again where it was she said she needed to see that I was assigned as the dashers I showed her my phone and she kept yelling at me telling me that's not how the system works and then when I asked her why she was yelling she told me to get out of her store. It made me feel awful it was very embarrassing and I won't be back as long as there is a chance of seeing this ver mean spirited woman again. read more

Having a one star is generous, I ordered online and it said it would be ready in 25 minutes and when I showed up they said it would take 30 more minutes so I waited and when I went back they said 50 to 70 minutes. And that's not the first or tenth time this has happened there seriously needs to be a management change and more workers in the back because I saw less than six workers on a Friday night. read more

After my husband stood in line for a long time, THEN did they tell him they were out of pasta. No email notice nor a simple phone call. Giving them 2 stars because the pizza is good, BUT they apparently decide to change their delivery route to no longer include my area. Well, I'm assuming anyway. Called to order delivery, call center can't find my address in their database. They transfer me to the store and he can't find it either. Puts me on hold to then come back and tell me they don't deliver to me. I tell him that they have before with no issues, so he puts me on hold to get a manager. I am put on hold for a couple of minutes to then be hung up on. Even the pizza place that was farther away than them delivered here (before they closed), but now they don't. Also, I live 7-8 minutes away from the store...really?!?!?! Update-ordered dinner for my family because there are no other pizza places anywhere nearby until Little Caesar's recovers from the flood. I'm told it will be 45-50 minute wait. Fine. Turns out it took them over an hour to make 3 medium pizzas and an order of cheese sticks. The place was packed and all the employees there looked like chaos. Finally get my pizza, go home. Find out first they barely cut the cheese sticks and pizzas and they gave me the wrong pizza order. It's already late, my family is hungry and I'm not waiting another hour for the right medium pizza. I can't wait for Little Caesar's to open back up. read more

Placed an online order for delivery. After ordering I received an email stating it would be 90 minutes before it would be here. Two hours later still not delivered. Called store. Fella who answered said he didn't see me in his system so it must be on it's way. Asked if I'd like to speak with a manager. I said yes. She said driver tried to deliver but no one was here and the phone number did not work. Absolutely false. Been outside the entire time under shed piddling and never had a visitor. She then asked me if I'd like to come pick it up? I chuckled, said no but I'd leave a good review. Here it is. I really think 1 star is being generous! Placed order online and it did say it would be an hour to 90 minutes for delivery... I was okay with that since it was my choice. Here's where the story unfolds...I asked to be notified by text when it was on the way. After 50 minutes I received that text so I went downstairs at the hotel to wait. 30 minutes later...no pizza. I called and got through to the store and they said you can't go by those texts because they go out automatically! So I left my movie and family to go wait on something that was false... I was told during that call that my pizza had just left and should be here. I waited ANOTHER 30 minutes and you guessed it...still no pizza! I tried calling back and got put in a vicious circle of getting the call center 3 times...I know the store saw my number and didn't answer so it would go to the call center. After 2 hours and being lied to...I told the 3rd person at the center to cancel my order that I no longer want it or any Pizza Hut again. Worst Pizza Hut I've ever done business with. The driver couldn't find my house. The manager couldn't reach the driver over the phone, so when he got back to the zachary location the manager told him not to worry about it. They didn't call me to let me know or anything. I had to call and demand they deliver my order that I paid for. Then the manager had the rudest attitude with me over the phone. I would give this location negative 5 stars over all. read more

This pizza hut is a complete disappointment. The only reason why I have even entertained their ignorance and complete lack of professionalism is to order the free personal pan that my son earns at school monthly. Well realizing that we were three pizzas behind I tried to call and order his pizza this weekend on both Saturday and Sunday, but I always had to wait on hold too long. Today I tried ordering, thinking I could pick it up and have it waiting on my son when he gets home from school, but all of a sudden upon placing the order, I was told that I need to bring the child in to pick up the pizza. So I said, when did they start requiring that, I've never had to do that before. Then I had to listen to the associate repeat what I said to someone else, only to respond with "it's Pizza Hut policy. I then asked to speak to the manager, so as I listened to the associate say, "she wanna speak to you," I wait a minute and then they put the recording on, which I had been listening to all weekend. I finally decided to hang up after 11 minutes and write this review. While I was waiting on hold, I reviewed my coupon and it actually states that the student should accompany a parent or guardian to get the pizza. So that is great, this could have been easily resolved, but now they have indefinitely lost my business and I will be sure to spread the word to everyone I encounter. Since living here one year, I have only ordered a meal twice from here, in which they either were out of necessities like seasoning or cheese packets, they screwed up the order, or they were so unprofessional, that had I known what was happening inside the restaurant before I ordered online, I never would have ordered. While the food is good, we are all excited about them having a gluten free pizza crust option so that our daughter that has Celiac and can't eat anything with wheat, barley, rye, or malt in it could participate in pizza night at our house. That is, we WERE excited till we went and picked up our order today......the gluten free pizza had just come out the oven, the young man picked up the pizza cutter and cut the pizza and put it back with the other cutter, then when our regular pizza came out, he pick up the same cutter and cut our pizza and back the cutter went. No big deal, right??? Well, for us it is a big deal because of cross contamination. The cutter had been used prior to her pizza since we could see bits and pieces on the cutter before he even cut her pizza. For people on a GF fad diet, no big deal, but for people who, for medical reasons, can not eat gluten, it is a big deal. Literally the slowest place ever. I've been waiting for over TWO hours for a large cheese pizza to be delivered. Yes, I am still waiting & I live about 5 minutes away.
