The service was good, the food was exceptional, and the atmosphere was perfect. But I judge a restaurant the same way I judge a hotel, by the bathroom. The seat was clean. The seat was dry. There was plenty of toilet paper. The latch on the door worked perfectly. At that point, I realized I had found a five-star bathroom. So I sat there a little longer to enjoy the peace and quiet and because apparently this was the only place in town where nobody needed anything from me. While contemplating life, I noticed writing on the wall, that said, "If you want the job done right, call Martha." I thought, Well, Martha sounds confident. So I thought I'd give her a call. Turns out it wasn't Martha. It was Bob's Plumbing. So I gave this place 4 stars, they need to occasionally confirm the numbers on the stall walls. And honestly, after the bathroom inspection, I'd trust Bob with the plumbing. read more

Horrible service, we have ordered online and called in our order numerous times now. Each time we have gone to pick up our order it's never made. Today we place an order online @7:22PM, went to pick up @7:50PM order was never made. Manager or girl who was working the register at the time never acknowledged us after a team came in, finally a boy from the back came to help us. We asked for a refund, manager told us to go on the app and get it through there. There is not a spot on the app to do so. I ordered a pizza with extra cheese. The pizza didn't have enough cheese to cover it. It would have been an embarrassment for a regular pizza but one with extra cheese. Completely unacceptable. They should have been embarrassed especially charging $28 dollars. Never going back. A definite negative review. read more

Still the same taste as when I was a kid, which is a good thing. Everything was fresh, and I don't mean "fresh for a buffet." I mean it was all fresh. Service is awful. I expect it in a big city. The cashier and "waitress" were just annoyed we walked in. Pretty new place, which was nice. Wish there was blue cheese but not a deal breaker. Expensive, even in 2024 where everything costs more, but this price is just over the top. But where else can you still get a full pizza buffet that is even kind of good. Pizza Inn is a buffet-style pizza restaurant and puts out great pizza. The service is great, likewise. We paid about $50 for 2 adults and 3 kids, which is reasonable. We would recommend them. read more

This store has been ran locally since the 90's, you just don't find a buffet style restaurant of this quality anymore. For the price of a combo meal at a fast food joint you get the best salad bar in town, variety of pizzas, and they take request, pasta, variety of dessert and drink, which they also have the best sweet tea in town too. Just a step up from frozen pizza. Even though you see the pizzas coming out fresh and hot it's still not that satisfying. The pizzas are poor quality toppings are flavorless. Pepperoni was really greasy. The salad bar would have been the best thing if they would refill things when they are empty. The employees passed by empty items for 20 minutes. read more

These days I feel like good customer service is rare. ESPECIALLY in folks that are probably only earning minimum wage. I get it but it's still hard to get used to. This is not so at the Pizza Inn in Snyder. I couldn't believe how friendly and helpful the staff was when I went in to get a to-go order I had to review it. An excellent pizza buffet and salad bar. Our waitress was by frequently to refill our drinks. When my wife went back for more pizza the owner asked her if there was something in particular she would like, she told him hamburger/mushroom/onion. Snyder is a stopover point for the family while on trips and we've gotten to know most eating places in Snyder. Can't remember last time I ate at a pizza inn. Pizza hut and dominos and little Caesars but a long time since I hit a pizza inn, wherever it was. Tried the "Inn" here and brought back memories of great crust, lots of cheese and overall superior product over the other guy's pizza. Tried the taco pizza and standard pepperoni...excellent.
