I ordered online with a pickup time of 5:35. When I arrived, the cashier took my money, then told me there were 2 orders ahead of me, and it would be another 30 minutes. The food is usually ok. The waiting for an hour is not good. People are lined up by the door, so I'm not the only one. This is a small restaurant with a buffet and seven booths and one table. read more

Worst service ever. Walked in, had to ring the service bell twice to get someone to say, "be there in a minute" I ordered a pizza with half cheese. It came with cheese all over. We told the guy who brought it to our table that it was wrong. He asked which side needed to be fixed. We assumed they were remaking the pizza After half an hour, we ask the manager and they were not remaking, and told me that I did not order half without cheese. And she could make me another, without cheese, but I'd have to pay for it. We left with my half sitting on the table. Very rude. Argued with me that I did not say "without cheese". I wish we had a recording of the conversations. The one where I ordered, and the one of her addressing our complaint. Too much seating crammed into too small a space leads to banged knees and sore backsides if you're average height or taller. Limited selection on the small buffet and they don't get in any big hurry about replacing the pizzas when they're gone. read more

They definitely serve food here. Very clean restaurant and great staff doing things right. If this restaurant was the titanic the stuffed crust is the life boats. Pizza is mid buffet doesn't look bad if you were born in Haiti. Would not come back. Definitely ate food here. read more

My complaint isn't with the pizza but the price. I know food cost has gone up but, these price hikes are crazy. Wednesday night they used to do a $5 med pepperoni pizza, now it's $10....food cost has not doubled. $31 for a large 2 topping and a small cheese bread is $10 higher in a few months. So I'm sad to say, good folks, good pizza, but I'll keep my money more well spent. read more

Solid pizza at a good price. I'd come here again for that. They have different types of crust you can have, which is awesome. Their garlic breadsticks aren't anything to write home about, and are a bit dry. Once they cool off, they harden up too. The biggest pain was that the location on Yelp isn't accurate. It's located next to Dairy Queen, not up the road like the Yelp map says. Also, the flies wouldn't leave us alone while we were eating. Ugh. read more

Service: Great! Employees were friendly and had great attitudes. Food Quality: poor. The salad mix placed on the salad bar was obviously going bad, yet was placed anyway. They had to be asked to replace it with fresh salad - "that IS fresh". When shown that it was clearly not fresh, they removed it but didn't replace it. This makes me concerned that they either don't recognize food that's clearly going bad, or don't care. Cleanliness: mediocre. Called from Florida too place a order of family size spaghetti with Meranera sauce and 4 extra meatballs. With a 2 liter of 7 up . They got the order wrong .There was no marinara sauce and the bread was hard .I called them to tell them that the order was wrong.They were very busy so I said could they pick the fixed order up the next afternoon and they wouldn't give them there food. I'm very unhappy with the service. The food is usually decent IF you can get them to sell it to you. They never answer their phone - usually you get a recording that tells you to press zero, but when you do that, it just hangs up on you. You can try to go online and order, but you better do it before 7:00 PM - they have somehow configured their store to not accept online orders after 7:00 PM. That's SEVEN. S-E-V-E-N in the PM. Some of the best pizza I've had in all my travels. My co workers and I will usually make a slight 1-2hr detour if we can make the buffet here. It's small but the quality is what's really important. Service is slightly above average. Price is very good. We travel to Missouri from LA or MS about 10 times per year and try to eat at this location whenever possible. On a side note I've spent months in NYC & Chicago trying pizza 5 days a week. It's not often we go longer than 6 days without getting pizza on a regular job(usually 2-3 times per week) so we're no strangers to the glorious crust, cheese and toppings. This place has the best.
