From the moment we sat down, it was clear nobody was paying attention to our table. It took a long time before anyone even came over to acknowledge us. When we finally ordered, the food took forever to arrive. Once it was dropped off, that was the last we saw of anyone. Nobody came back to ask how the meal was, nobody offered anything, nobody checked on us at all.
At the end of the meal we wanted to order dessert. We sat there for about 20 minutes trying to get someone's attention, and not a single person came to our table. There was no way to order and no way to even ask a question. When we finally got someone, we were told the kitchen had already closed. Nobody warned us it was closing, nobody gave us a last chance to order, nobody said a word. We were simply ignored until it was too late.
This is not a case of one slow moment on a busy night. It was a complete lack of attention from start to finish. An evening we had been looking forward to was ruined entirely by how we were treated. Whatever the food is like, it does not matter when the staff cannot be bothered to come to your table.
