I ordered the veggie thin crust and breadsticks and told it was to be deliver in an hour. I received the pizza in 2 hours and it was cold and Un-cooked. Also, the breadsticks were cold. I called Amy, the store manager, the next day and was told that I would receive a free veggie thing crust pizza when I came back into town a few days later. We mentioned that we would be ordering pizza later at night around 2am. I called at 2am and the individual working said there was no note for us and that we would not be receiving a replacement pizza. After speaking with the young man for a few minutes he said "I'm going to hang up now" and he hung up with no resolution. As far as delivery pizza goes, this is some of my favorite stuff. As far as service goes, it's some of the worst! They have great crust and they are open late. But if you order late at night, you could be waiting for up to 2 hours (I have). Twice, I picked up my order and when they said it was ready and handed it to me, only half of my order was there. Ordered some of the egg rolls and a pizza. Grease dripped off the pizza, and the cheese would fall off the crust. Further, the egg rolls were burnt. So, difficult to say I'd order again. read more

The breakfast pizza is wonderful, but very expensive. The delivery takes about an hour on the Fargo side, so make sure you order with plenty of time from when you want your food. Their regular pizza isn't my favorite, but will get the job done. read more

This is the best tasting pizza in Fargo-Moorhead, however, I just recently ordered their pizza for the first time in four years because the last time I ordered from them, on Super Bowl Sunday, I was totally pissed when I discovered their prices are not static, they actually GOUGE YOU on special event days. We paid almost 50 DOLLARS for two large pizzas that day. If you need any more evidence that the owner is a cheap jerk, take note -- they don't even have a website. If you place your order after midnight, it either doesn't show up, or it's burnt to a crisp. My order was so burnt, I was going to throw half of it away, luckily I found an NDSU football player hungry enough to eat it. Never ordering Pizza Patrol ever again. read more

If i could give Pizza Patrol more than 5 stars I would. Pizza Patrol is the best pizza place in all of the United States. The Crust is what makes the pizza, its so buttery! Also they put the perfect amount of the worlds best sauce (not spicy) and then melt the cheese to perfection. If i could eat Pizza Patrol everyday for the rest of my life I would. I wished they would open one of these in the twin cities area! We used to order at 3-4 am, (wonder why) it is so addicting. I ordered and paid for a large but only got a medium. The crust was size large but the toppings only filled about half of it. there was at least 2 inches of plain crust all the way around the pizza. I hadn't ordered from there for a while but had always been impressed with the quality before. I don't know if they are trying to cut costs or what but don't cheat your customers. I don't normally order from Pizza Patrol and I've never had a problem with the food it's always with the service. One time I ordered a regular crust breakfast pizza and they brought me a pepperoni with green peppers. They argued with me when I told them they got it wrong. Finally they said they would send one out. An hour and half later, still no pizza. I called the store they said they were almost there. The delivery guy was there within five minutes. Funny thing is, they were so dysfunctional that night fifteen minutes I received my pizza another delivery driver brought me another pizza. Most recently I ordered from them and was even more disappointed this time. I received the incorrect order so I called the store and they said they would send something out. An hour and a half later still nothing so I called again. Manager said they were on their way. I called a half hour later and someone else picked up and it turned out no one had been sent to my house. So I asked the manager to just refund the amount for what they forgot and she agreed. I called the next day to make sure they were refunding me and no one had any knowledge and a TON of complaints came in that weekend. read more

Love the pizza here ... No need worrying about late night hunger as it is open till 5 am! College deal pizza delivery at $14.30. Medium-high priced compared to other pizzerias around fargo/moorhead. But is definitely worth the taste. It feels you up pretty good. The pan crust especially. One of my favorite munchies cures :) read more

normally i have nothing bad to say about pizza patrol. however tonight is completely different! waited over and hour before calling to check on our food that was supposed to take 40 minutes. they looked up my order and had it under the wrong address. also had the order wrong and the realized the order wasn't even placed. they literally had every excuse in the book, ending with "its halloween weekend, the busiest weekend of the year. your food will be there in 15 minutes and you have to pay for all of it" and hung up the phone.
