If you're from MN and have ever been to the former Keg and Case, Brewhalla is a replica. Same build, same idea of a food hall, etc. I loved it here! Since Keg and Case went out of business, being here brought back all the feels. It seems like every state is getting a food hall of some sort. What sets Brewhalla a part is that it's also a hotel. Yes, you heard right. The hotel is level 3 and above while the food hall is level 1 and 2. I can't speak towards the hotel specifically, yet I do know it's pet friendly which is always a win in my book. Built in 2023, Brewhalla is relatively new which means the facility is very clean and sterile. The bathrooms are huge and near each bathroom is a nice water filter stand to fill water bottles along with complimentary cups and even dog bowls for the furry friends. Seating is massive with lots of options from small tables to high tops to long picnic benches and couches. Personally, I would recommend working here if you are a remote employee. With lots of natural light due to the large windows, you can sit in or out. It's not super packed at least on the weekdays, and feels very zen. There are various indoor plants sprinkled around the building along with twinkle lights. The vibe is both edgy and modern. There most unique shop in the hall sells miniature items. You have to see it to believe it. Another unique component is the classroom labeled Unglued which offers various art classes such as stain glass making and print making. Make sure you look online at all the food options and stores prior to arriving. There's wood fired pizza, oysters, ice cream, bars, and even a dog station with toys and treats. If Valhalla had better hops, fewer axes, and a solid pinball arcade, it would look a lot like Brewhalla Hotel. This Fargo gem (tied to Drekker Brewing) is less "hotel" and more "glorified adult playground with beds upstairs." Every room is themed around one of Drekker's beers--think murals, wild labels, and enough personality that your standard beige chain-hotel room starts looking like a beige cry for help. Cool themes? Check. You're basically sleeping inside a can of something hoppy and slightly unhinged. The craft beer situation is ridiculous in the best way. Walk downstairs (or just wander the complex) and you're swimming in Drekker's lineup--sours, IPAs, whatever experimental wizardry they're pouring that day. Free taster at check-in seals the deal: most hotels give you a stale cookie; these people hand you actual beer. Priorities, people. The hangout areas are spacious and actually usable. No awkward lobby chairs that look like they were designed by someone who hates sitting. Instead you've got open floors, cozy nooks, outdoor spots, and enough breathing room that you can properly settle in with a pint without feeling like you're in a waiting room. Add a fleet of pinball machines scattered around (dozens, according to the devotees), and suddenly "just one more game" becomes a legitimate evening plan. Flippers, beer, good vibes--the holy trinity. Food options keep the party going. The on-site market/hall throws down real variety--pizza, burgers, noodles, bakery stuff, raw bar bits, coffee, the works--so you never have to leave the compound if you don't want to. It's the rare hotel where "room service" is just walking downstairs and not being disappointed. Witty verdict: Brewhalla doesn't do "quiet luxury." It does "loud, beer-soaked, pinball-clacking joy with a roof over your head." If your idea of a perfect stay involves themes that slap, taps that never quit, space to actually hang, and zero risk of boredom, this place is basically cheating. The Brewhalla is one of the coolest venues I've been too in a while. From the event space, to the food spots, to the casual sitting spots inside -- was such a dope location!! I wished we had something like this in Minnesota where I'm from. I was here specifically for an event that was being hosted by OneDigital, and loved the set up, ease of access, parking (plenty and free!), and just overall vibe. The food options seemed endless and the cute little shops made it fun to walk around in between the event as well. This is an AMAZING hangout social, work, read, chill type of place!! It's a market venue with food, drinks, souvenirs, awesome music playing throughout. We visited Fargo for a day and this place popped up as a good place to grab local beer and shop, we actually debated staying at the hotel also because the vibe was really cool, but wanted a bit more flexibility as they do have set check in hours due to it correlating with the bar hours. This is such a fun place! We first stopped on the Drekker side and I got the Blue Raz Smol. Delicious! I wish I got a growler before we left town. A friend I was with got the Orange Juliana slush and it was also tasty without being too sweet. They had a ton of drink options; even varying slightly from the options they had at the other places around the hall. My husband likes IPAs and he enjoyed his. The design of this place overall is so cool. They really incorporate the Drekker branding in every inch of the place-- even the bathroom signs. There's plenty of seating, there's other shopping and drink options for non beer drinkers including a wine bar with a great selection and the food options looked great, which included pizza, hot dogs/burgers and ramen. For food, we just got a few snacks from the ramen place. The pork boa buns were fluffy and hot, the pork was rich and slaw on top was super interesting. I loved the tots we got. I can't remember what was all on it but the spicy from the sauce balanced the sweet of the sweet potato so well. We didn't interact with many staff but everyone we did was kind and helpful. The nightly rates for the hotel might be the spendiest of anywhere in Fargo. Given my interests, decided to take the splurge. Probably a one and done. The rooms are large and in charge. Living room, full kitchen, separate bedroom, laundry room. Very spacious. Industrial type feel with concrete floors and corrugated iron. Tricky to get into the room. They give you confusing instructions and there is no staff. Slept great. No train noise as they warn you about. For me, just not worth the extra money. read more

My friends and I stopped by Brewhalla for the first time this weekend and we had such a fun time!! I love big open markets like this with different food and retail stalls. The beer from Drekker was absolutely fantastic! They had a ton of fruity flavors including a PB&J sour that my friends liked called "the spread". They also have a large fridge with a ton of their 4-packs to take home! The food spots are varied but all very tasty! They had an oyster and wine bar, a sandwich and cheese shop, Blackbird pizza, Asian noodle and soup spot, gelato shop, and probably one I'm forgetting. We all LOVED our choices but a special shout out to Noods & Buns for some of the tastiest spicy ramen! The retail shops were super fun to browse! There was a plant booth that looked super cute, a spot with earrings and vinyl stickers and other fun things, specialty grocer, and more. Brewhalla is definitely worth visiting! 5-star Market, 1-star Hotel. Very torn as I write this as the shopping area is awesome! Was really looking forward to writing a five star review, however since the two are technically one business I can only award 2 stars overall. So for those who are unaware Brewhalla serves as a melting pot or "Brew-Hall" encompassing 4 floors featuring many businesses including, Drekker Brewing as well as many local eateries, craft stores, pet stores, custom goods, pinball machines, and reservable event venues; with the top two floors being for the hotel. Upon entering you'll quickly discover how pet friendly the location is, with multiple people and store owners having pets with them. However DO NOT be misled. Pets ARE ONLY ALLOWED in the building itself, and NOT in the hotel. That's right folks, despite the pet friendly atmosphere, the hotel will not allow you to stay with them unless you have a service animal. After attempting to book a room from the night I was turned away for having a dog. With the desk clerk even stating "just tell me he's a service animal" UNBELIEVABLE. To add insult to injury, as I was exiting, (tail between my legs) I encountered another guest in the stairway approaching the hotel... I saw he had a dog so I let him know my experience... his reply "oh, yeah, just tell them you have a service animal and they will allow you to stay." WOW-I refuse to stoop to that level, talk about bad karma. I've mentioned this story to multiple people in the market, all of whom were shocked to learn the pet policy of the hotel. Honestly not sure what they're trying to accomplish by banning pets in the hotel. The industrial design makes it near impossible for the pet to damage anything, and conflicts the entire atmosphere built by making the market area pet friendly...why allow them in one and not the other? Especially since the reviews of the hotel are already terrible due to the noise of the nearby train. PRO Tip: Definitely visit Brewhalla and all the businesses inside, however if you have a pet don't bother with the hotel. Stay elsewhere (I recommend Hotel Donaldson. They allow pets, are in prime downtown location and not far from Brewhalla) Really hoping this review inspires a re-evaluation of the pet policy for the hotel. Would definitely stay next year when I make my annual Fargo visit. read more

Stayed at Brewhala the night before a flight home. The hotel was awesome, clean and spacious. One thing: the hotel is right next to the train, so if you get a room on the train track side, it can get loud. However, the staff anticipated this and provided earplugs AND a sound machine in the room. I thought that was above and beyond. We spent the evening at Drekker brewing, which had a wonderful variety of beers. We even got a complimentary 6 ounce pour upon check in. We will be back! read more

The store unglued was my favorite- super nice ladies and just artys which is up my alley! Pro tip- there is a hotel inside! WHAT AN AMAZING IDEA! I have no idea the prices. Imagine leaving your hotel room and heading to the main floor having a market at your disposal? Drinks, pinball, can buy souvenirs, have Nichole's pastries, etc... GENIUS! 5 stars for the location. Terrific, hipster place. A paradise for beer lovers with a few really cool shops. While they have food, the place is better suited for light eating and beer. There is gelato, a little bakery, decent espresso. I ended going with the ramen shop. It looked great but the food is plain terrible. Cold ramen soup. Very well presented but the flavors were not great and then it was cold. Same with the bao sandwiches. Flavor ok but again cold. The meat in mine, steak, was very dry. That it's not where you want to eat in Brewhalla. One note. While there food choices, it's all light fare. The place is screaming for a couple great formal restaurants. I love Luna, but their location there just does a few sandwiches and tapas like dishes, crazy good cheese, seafood platters, raw oysters, but the dishes from the restaurant are not there. That is the one thing missing. Why isn't Luna there with their full menu? That will be a crazy awesome location for them. So this begs the question. I'm not a beer drinker, so will this be a good place to go for food? Not really if what you want is an amazing plate of food. That is missing I really hope they rethink their offerings. I love this place. It's my favorite place in Fargo. Drekker is connected to Brewhalla. You can open a tab at either the Drekker bar or the brewery and order more at either place. The food options and markets are different enough. You have a seafood and wine bar, ice cream, dumplings, pizza, and burgers. I opted for Unicorn Park burgers. I got the kimchi burger and Best Fries. They were amazing. I'd highly recommend Unicorn Park. Unglued was my favorite shop here. It had lots of items from local artists. Other shops included ceramics, plants, and low waste shop. read more

An impressive design and full of interesting little shops and eateries and even a brewery. Sandwiches, burgers, pizza, gelato to eat. A gardener with small apartment-sized plants. A fishmonger with fantastic looking cuts of tuna and more. I stopped in at Drekker for just one before heading on - lots of sours on their menu for those who like such things. Every city needs one of these venues! This place was great for all ages. They have a brewery, food, shops, craft area, hotel and more. We went and shopped around. Then tried food at the wood fired pizza place and had gelato. There are multiple bars where to order drinks. Great selection of beer. For those that don't like beer they have a seltzer and slushees made with the seltzer. Lots of places to lounge around and be social. They have pinball machines and games to borrow. I always enjoy coming to these open markets when we travel. It's a great way to experience the local flavor! My husband had a beer from Drekker and said it was great. I opted for the wine bar and loved my dry rose that the server suggested! So much so that I took a picture to pick up another bottle-love a good Italian wine! And my meal was an "adult" grilled cheese(two different cheeses)that was WOW-very decadent rich and the bread was buttery & toasted perfectly! Neat concept for a fun time out. The building is large and although there appears to be plenty of parking, we had to park in overflow construction space next door on a Tuesday evening. I was told on weekends and days with events the parking spots can be hard to find. Brewhalla is the home Of Drekker brewing but has expanded to have a full first floor market place with many small vendor shops and food market stalls. We only briefly walked through as it was nearing shop closing time but you could easily spend a few hours exploring the stalls and grabbing lunch or dinner. Onto the second floor where the beer hall is located. The space is extremely large with a huge variety of seating options. A long one and is a long bar with all the drunker beers on tap. Prices were amazingly reasonable with many being around six dollars for a 16 ounce craft beer pour. Our party grabbed our beers and headed towards the opposite side of the building, where there was a door to a second story patio. There were also stairs on the patio that led down to a ground level seating area that appeared to have fire pits and additional seating. The second floor patio had a number of picnic table style seating, and the only downside I would say it was that while we were there, a train ran immediately behind the building, which caused us to have to stop our conversation until it passed. Overall a huge space with a variety of things to explore and a good selection of craft beers on tap. read more

This is a pretty neat conglomerate of stores/restaurants. From a plant shop to ice cream...quite a bit of variation. When we checked it out, there was a tattoo special event. To browse and do a loop won't take too long, but there is food and drinks to sit down and relax. Plenty of parking outside in the lot or in the dirt. read more

This is primarily Drekker Brewing, with addition of a lot more seating space, 3 restaurants, and a number of small novelty shops. It does make for a great place to go to have drinks and/or dinner with friends or coworkers. They'll almost never run out of space. There's also a hotel built above it, but I wouldn't recommend staying there because of high price and mediocre location within Fargo. The beer is great, and there are 4 service stations in Brewhalla, so you should be able to order from somewhere nearby without having to wait in too long of a line. read more

This was my first time visiting Brewhalla and I was amazed. The space is huge and the vendor list extensive. There are restaurants covering burgers, sammies, lobster rolls, and bomb, beautiful wood fired pizza, a raw bar, pastries, gelato, and more. The shops are great as well and we picked up some doggie cookies for our doggo, some pastries for ourselves, and some hot honey for our at home pizza adventures. There are bars from Drekker on both the ground floor and the second floor. We got a bunch of tasters so that we could try many of the beers that they have ranging from the lagers to their big thicc sours. Saved by the Buoyancy of Citrus: A Mexican Lager with Lime that is the perfect drink for a hot summer day. I could imagine knocking these back on the patio. Gorilla Named Zahra: An Imperial Stout that the team brewed up with Sojourn Fermentory while they were in town for Foolers' Ball. They added Milk Sugar, aged in Stranahan's Whiskey barrels for 18 months and conditioned on Toasted Coconut and Caramelized Pineapple. Just a hint of tropicalness from the pineapple, but mostly barrel, coconut, and the deep malt profile come through. Hell Bent: A classic Brown Ale. I have nothing more to say as this was a perfect representation of the style and mixed in with all the sours it was a reprieve of the delicious insanity. Smol - Mango Guava: A Session Fruited Sour that's not as thick as the Chonks. It has Mango and Guava that goes well with the tart and refreshing base. Chonk Spumoni: A thicc sour stuffed with cherry, pistachios, and chocolate ice cream. Wow!!!!! We cannot say enough amazing things about this place. Someone said " it's like being on a cruise ship" I agree. It has it all. We were in town for a wedding. It was so fun coming back to the hotel each night. Halloween party one night. Woke up to a special market festival on Sunday. One morning seen kids and dogs in Halloween costumes. We are foodies so we enjoyed all of the unique offerings by different restaurants. And the Brewery is by far my favorite ever. They have something for everyone. Even beer ice cream that is shockingly delicious. Sooo much detail and thought has went into Brewhalla. The hotel has a cool industrial vibe. The beds and pillows are soooooo comfortable. I want to take them home with us. The rooms are very quiet even when it's busy and loud downstairs. We did not stay on the train side though. Very family and age friendly. We have been here twice. We are from NC. The people of Fargo in general are sooo nice and welcoming. We had a wonderful stay. Hope we have reason to stay at Brewhalla again. read more
