I recently ordered three pizzas and was given 50 mins to pick up, no problem it was a Friday night I get it. I get there at a full hour and after I paid the kid at the counter tells me they haven't even put it in the oven yet. I ask why and he tells me "because they are dumb and don't know how to make a pulled pork pizza" an hour later. I say to him well the wait will be worth it cause the pizza will be good and he tells me "depends what you ordered, I only eat a couple of them". before it all I tried to write in a tip and he told me not too cause the owners just take the tips and don't give them to the workers. Top it off the BBQ Pork pizza was so over cooked it was hard and the Johns Garlic one wasn't fully cooked and had shifted to the side of the box. Terrible experience. These guys are terrible at their delivery times. If they tell you an hour, you better make it two. For kicks, we had a bet this evening on how bad Pizza Pit Stop's delivery time is. I ordered a large pizza and a calzone from Pizza Pit Stop. 15 minutes later, my neighbor ordered 2 pizza's and 2 calzones from Mama Alvino's in Aurora. I was told 45 minutes. My neighbor was told 25 minutes from Mama Alvino's. They left (From Bennett) and came back with their pizzas and calzones before my order of a single pizza and calzone arrived from Pizza Pit Stop, 6 miles away. When I called Pizza Pit Stop to inquire why my pizza had taken over an hour and still wasn't delivered after my neighbors drove to Aurora and got one, I was offered a free pizza. Hey owners of Pizza Pit Stop, you really need to rethink your business plan. You got beat by a pizzeria, 20 miles away, that serves pizza better and faster than you do. WAKE UP! read more

The woman who answered left me on hold for about 30 minutes, took walk-in orders while I was on "hold". I hung up and tried calling back but the line was busy because she hadn't hung up the phone and it stayed like that for over an hour at which point I just decided to eat elsewhere. I had never ordered from here so it was a terrible first impression. read more

I was on my way to my far-flung weekly visit to a client, and was running early, so I thought I'd stop in. There's not a lot of eateries along with this stretch of road in this rural town, and I was curious as to what they had to offer. I ended up having a mug of tea, and also a serving of what was billed as "Italian wings," which were wings with mild breading. The food was passable, and the service was polite (other than having to ask for a napkin). The decor is pretty bare, but clean, and I gather that most of their business is through take-out pizza. Maybe, if I visit again, I'll order the small personal pizza to see how it is. read more

Hey guys I really love your pizza I've been coming here ever since I was a kid. I will always choose your business over Domino's I just have one complaint. I always ask for extra sauce on my pizza and sometimes they give it to me but most of the time they don't. Usually if the person reads my order back to me then it is right when I go pick up my pizza but like I said most of the time there is no extra sauce. I don't call back and complain I don't want them to make a new pizza it's not a big deal but it would be nice to have a little more consistency. read more

I got a large pepperoni and sausage. It wasn't the greatest but not a bad pie at all. Wasn't a huge fan of the crust but they put the right amount of sauce and cheese on it to make it good. The prices weren't bad and the service was quick and friendly. I'm not from here but if I was I'd give them another go around. read more

We have not lived in the area long, but as foodies, we have to try all that is around us. We went in late of an evening and the service was great. Nice friendly staff serving up a great pizza. We had the breadsticks & pizza which were both great. Perfect crust and good sauce laid a foundation for the rest of the tasty ingredients. Had not been to the Pizza Shop for years even tho we live in the same town. We had friends visiting and thought we would give it a try. So sorry we did. Service was bad and very slow. Took almost an hour to get our food. We did not have pizza but pasta and calzones. The food was OK but not great. Who serves chicken alfredo on spaghetti noodles?? They do. The girls serving stated that it took so long because they had to make the spaghetti. Really?? Will not be going back. There are other restaurants out here with better service and food. read more

I haven't gotten our delivery yet but, I ordered 2 medium pizzas and an order of bread sticks. SHOCK, it was $48. Really This pizza better be the best ever. I ask why and they said it was because I had one with white sauce.... And!? Well apparently it cost way more for white sauce to make. I have been in the restaurant business for 37 years and this is the first that I have learned about this. It is alfredo vs. tomato. Anyway It may be funny or may be sad. I will let everyone know when I get and eat it. The pizza is wonderful and the bread sticks are nice and cheesy. No complaint on the service and quality at all. They may need to adjust the price to the product. No where near the value of the cost. If white sauce is costing that much to make then I would not offer it. I need to cost compare but most will never charge you for having an allergy to tomatoes and ask if you want white or red sauce. Too sad that I had to pay for your Parm.,cream and cook. It was 8 PM and we decided to go for pizza, called The Pizza Shop to find out when they closed, they said 9 pm, we got there at 8:30 pm, they were closed! Getting back in the car, I heard the door unlock and someone said, "you can come in" (it was 8:30! PM). We went in and ordered Pizza, but it was obvious the employees were not happy about it, they just looked at each other and said nothing. The pizza came out really fast, the cheese was melted, it was kind of warm! The atmosphere was uncomfortable, we knew they wanted to go home, so we asked for a box and went home to cook the pizza. We knew they were not happy, and also knew the COOK was probably not happy, so upon thinking about that fact, we got home and slid the pizza into the trash can, it did look good though!! read more

Great service right on the main street in Strasburg. Our supreme pizza was so loaded my husband could only eat two slices and I could only eat 1. Guess we have Lunch tomorrow.
