Out of the 8 years I've been ordering from Domino's they managed to progressively get worse each time. I can't remember the last time I actually had to pay for a pizza because every the manage to screw something up. This time I ordered a Large 1/2 cheese 1/2 extra pepperoni. The crust was hard as a rock and the pizza was a medium. Barely edible. Their fix is another free pizza instead of fixing the issues overall. I will no longer be purchasing from this Dominos at all. This place need to fire everyone and start all over. The managers are horrible and always look like they hate their life. The employees always seem hopped up on something. A week ago the cashier was dragging her arms on the counter trying to grab receipts in a way I only seen the meth heads in town act but at least the pizza was fine. Today I go in and the two employees look like they are drugged up. They actually made my pizza and never put it in the oven. So I had to come back and get it once it was finally ready. Then I come back and the cashier looks like he's ready to end it all. I would feel bad for the owner but if this is what they hire then they deserve to lose business read more

With last minute company the BF and I decided to give Domino's a shot this past Friday, since it just recently opened. We called in an order at 8pm for a large supreme pizza and an order of bread sticks with marinara. Total was $20-ish and were told that it would be approximately a 30 to 40 minutes wait. Lo and behold it was to our front door in about 20 minutes! Awesome! Everything tasted just as I expected. Domino's is Domino's. Not my favorite pizza of all time, but it's nice to see some more options coming out east! read more

When they first opened it was really good. Everything was ready on time and the order was accurate. We have been ordering here every Friday for the last couple months. Unfortunately, it's gone downhill in a hurry. Two of the last 3 orders have been wrong. On this last order (this evening), we ordered 1 pizza with garlic Parmesan sauce. When we got it, the sauce was Alfredo. What's further frustrating is that I ordered the pizza 2.5 hours before my scheduled pickup, so it isn't like they didn't have time to read the order request properly. I'm going to give them another 1-2 shots. If it stays like it is now, I'll go back to running into Aurora for pizza. UPDATE 6/14/17: Placed the same exact order over the phone. It was $19.03 when the carryout special was $7.99 for a 3 topping large. When I asked about it, the employee working the counter (Tyler) claimed that it was because I ordered a different sauce. When I explained to him that I could order the same exact thing online for $7.99, he politely changed the price. However, they made the same mistake again and instead of Garlic Parmesan sauce, the pizza had Alfredo sauce. When I took the pizza back, the guy working the counter had to actually ask another employee what the sauce on the pizza looked like. He clearly had no idea. He offered to make me another one or give me a store credit, however, after telling him I already had a store credit for the previous order that was messed up that they did not honor I would take the refund. It comes down to training. That's on Domino's. They have people there that cannot tell the difference between sauces. The kids working, however, did try to do their best to accommodate me and this is not their fault they were not trained properly. read more

If I say no onions, pretty sure that means I don't want onions on the pizza. Especially when I put no onions in the option. And In the special request box. This domino's sucks, I have had my order messed up and don't even made at times. They just told be they lost my order after I received a text 25 minutes ago saying it was ready. Update: this was on August 31st 2022, the manager was great and made my order right. The rest of the staff seemed to not care that I was waiting 46 minutes after I had received a message says my order was ready. They did not make the food by order number and seemed that they could care less. 5 star for the manager and 0 for the staff. read more

The food is really good. But we live 30 minutes away, so it's not like we're gonna go back when stuff is missing. Tonight, order #504, I picked up curb side, I got about 1/4 of the way home and realized I didn't have the salad we had paid for, so I turned around and went back. Thought I'd check to make sure they had included the 8 garlic sauces and 6 marinera's I had paid for. Looked in all of the boxes....not one single sauce of either kind was included, not even the ones that were supposed to come with the 2 orders of bread twists. The girl who got the salad for me, was very nice but she said I only paid for 4 garlic and 2 marinera's. I didn't have time to argue, so I took what she gave me, and left. When I got home, I reviewed the on line order, and I had paid for 8 garlic and 6 marinera. Every time we order, the dipping sauces are left out. We drive almost 35 miles to pick up our orders and I can't tell you how frustrating this is. If the sauces were no extra charge, it would still be frustrating, but when you pay for them and don't get them, it's unacceptable. @60 cents each it adds up when you don't get them, time after time. read more

The pizza crust is what makes their pizza unedible and is not worth your money do not order pizza from hear.

Robert is awesome! My autistic kid asked him no less than about 500 questions related to making pizza and running the restaurant. This dude wasn't just polite to my son, he seemed more than happy to have the worlds longest pizza related conversation with a 10 year old. The food was good too. read more

I had an issue once where the quality of my meal was.. terrible. I left a review online, and I was contact promptly with an apology. They provided me with a free pizza and dessert the next time I called, which was far more than what I originally ordered. Their delivery is very quick, and they keep their online tracker updated. read more

Whatever has changed recently keep it up!! This was my best experience with Dominos ever, my husband and I ordered a pizza from Robert on Friday night and asked for it well-done.
