When our issues were discussed, we asked for the check so we could leave. Burt went to the back for a few minutes, told us he'd covered our tab for the night, and told us to take our attitudes elsewhere and never visit either of his establishments ever again. I know Burt thinks that he banned a table full of out of towners who were never planning to come back, but he's wrong. We frequently made the drive to both Mule Kick and Lefty's to celebrate birthdays and anniversaries. That is not the quality of service I've come to expect from either restaurant, and certainly not the kind of service that the city should be displaying during blossom fest.
