Cleaning legs of chairs & tables!!

Giddy up to this Ranch lil doggies! Salad bar was nicely stocked w/ a wide variety of toppings & dressings. Hot buffet had mashed potato, amazing fried Jojo's, vegetables, fried chicken, hot chicken, fresh chips, etc. pizza side had 8 pies always changing & u could order your own. Mac & cheese pie was the best I ever had by far. Deserts were apple, strussel & awesome blueberry pizza pies. Best was the chocolate chip cookie pie that was perfect & crunchy. Southern Tea topped the included beverages. Most amazing of all was how clean the place was with the bussers actually wiping down the legs and feet of the table and chairs. Place seemed like it was brand new. Wish this place was up north.

I believe this location has been here for a year or maybe two. So, I decided to stop for lunch for some fried chicken, pizza, and salad. The staff was friendly and had lots of selection at the buffet. I had no issues with anything. The pizza was fresh, the chicken wasn't overly greasy, and their salad bar was perfect. Their health department score was 100, which is nice because I didn't have to be concerned about food poisoning. Furthermore, their restrooms were spotless, and like I've always said, if an establishment's restrooms are nasty or trashed and they're in public view, what makes us believe their kitchen area is any different? What's concealed behind closed doors away from the customers? Seriously, think about going to the restroom before dining at any restaurant.

Did you know this is the only location for pizza ranch in Tennessee!? We were shopping nearby and got hungry so we came in to eat. We had never heard of this place before and was surprised to find out this is a chain restaurant and this is the only location in TN so far as of Dec 2022. Who knew! A very solid place, like ceces pizza buffet. We paid roughly $35 for 2 ppl, this include all of the pizzas including dessert pizza, ice creams, fountain drinks, coffee, a full salad bar with pasta! Oh, also their juicy fried chicken was my favorite! Honestly better than a lot of chicken places in Nashville!! However, I did not like their Nashville hot chicken flavor, it was too sweet for me. The service was good, staff were attentive and friendly! The environment was ok, nothing fancy but it's also a family eatery. They also had private party rooms you can reserve for all of your kids birthday parties, I think it's an awesome deal if you like all you can eat pizza!

This just might be my favorite pizza place ever. The food is amazing and the customer service is even better. The manager was super nice and so were the employees and very helpful. The buffet was super clean and the inside was very clean, neat, and peaceful. I will 100% be coming back and the price is very reasonable.

Big fan of Pizza Ranch and have been without for a few years so a small detour on a trip to Louisville was so worth it. Not sure if I like this particular layout but I do like the victuals. there's usually about eight or ten pizzas plus cactus bread plus a chocolatey chip cookie thing on the buffet at any time and if you don't see what you want ask for it and they'll get right on it (and you get first dibs on it when it comes out!) so you can navigate most dietary restrictions and odd cravings. most. hot bar includes mashed taters, gravy, pasta, plus chickens in at least two styles. had a piece of the regular and nashville-hot this time and was quite pleased. is it chicken for the ages? not so much. but is it always good and hot and fried and chicken? absolutely! and that is why it is the country's best fried chicken in the world ever. yeah, fried chickens... :-) salad bar is pretty standard fare where you can start from scratch and build your bowl or you go with the some assembly required (greens come with an assortment of fixings like tomatoe, cheese, and craisins already installed) to satisfy most diners. This Pizza Ranch is currently the one nearest to me, if for no other reason than that it is by far the best Pizza Ranch of them all!

The pizza was ok, but the star of this place is definitely the fried chicken. I'll be ordering that to go next time... Yum

My favorite was a build your own pizza - pepperoni, mushroom, pineapple, hot honey, drizzle and top it off with a balsamic reduction! Excellent!! My family and I have been Mug Club members for over three years across four different locations, and we've visited every TailGate taproom except one. This opinion isn't based on one bad experience, it's a pattern we've seen across the company. As Mug Club members, we've watched the value of the program decline. They advertise 20 oz pours, yet the pours often seem noticeably short. Members were invited to a Mug Club appreciation party that advertised free beer, pizza, and a free t-shirt, only to find the free beer was limited and the "free" shirts cost $20+. On an earlier visit this year, happy hour for mug clubbers was still being advertised until 5pm, but after ordering four more beers we were told happy hour had actually been changed to end at 4 p.m. instead of 5 p.m. without any formal notice, communication to mug clubbers, nothing. We weren't informed until after we were charged full price for not 1, not 2, but 4 beers. Taken together, these experiences leave customers feeling misled rather than appreciated. The most disappointing part is the attitude toward loyal customers. Hearing "you'll be back because you're Mug Clubbers" says a lot about how ownership views the people who have supported the business for years. Loyalty feels expected rather than valued. I also have concerns about how employees are treated. TailGate advertises health insurance, yet many non-management employees reportedly aren't scheduled enough hours to qualify for those benefits. It appears that Wes (the owner) is more focused on controlling criticism and the overall narrative of the company than addressing the issues that generate it, leaving employees/managers to deal with the fallout. TailGate built its reputation on great beer, great staff, and a loyal customer base. The employees continue to deliver on that. Unfortunately, ownership's bait-and-switch approach and apparent disconnect from both customers and staff are hurting a brand that many of us genuinely want to support.

We drove by Jolly Ollie's before, but it was shut down due to repairs from a tornado. I'm happy to say that it's now open with great food, friendly service, and lively music upstairs in the bar. Yelp said that Jolly Ollie's was open until 11pm, but the dining room closes at 10pm. We got there about 9:30pm, but Sydney didn't turn us away. She was friendly and welcoming, and she was very attentive all night. We ordered an appetizer of fried mozzarella and the Southwest egg rolls. The mozzarella was crispy on the outside and gooey on the inside. The egg rolls were just as delicious. For our main dishes, we ordered a large pepperoni and a large meat lovers (aka Shipwrecked). I eat a TON of pizza, and the pepperoni pizza was one of the best pizzas I've ever had. Hands down. The sandwiches, pasta, and other menu items looked good. My son wants to come back for the baked ziti, and my wife wants to try the wings. If you like to play pool, sing karaoke, or want a stiff drink, visit their upstairs bar. Wide open space and well-lit. I hopped upstairs and the people seemed friendly and having a good time. Sydney told us that their outdoor patio has a bar and they have live music on the weekends. Highly recommend checking out Jolly Ollie's. And when you visit, be sure to request Sydney. She'll brighten your day with her positive attitude and excellent service.

While I never had a go-to pizza spot in Goodlettsville, Long Hollow Pizza may be that spot! I popped in recently to pick up a pie, cheese sticks an a salad. Process of ordering and picking up was easy. I went with a large pepperoni and mushroom pie. I definitely underestimated their "large", because this thing was huge! The pizza was excellent. New York style crust, but with a bit more chew a substance. It was a really nice eat! Not sauced too heavily, good spread of toppings and not too greasy...it held its own from pick up to bite, not floppy at all! To go with, I ordered cheese bread with extra marinara. The cheese bread was decently cheesy and the marinara was tasty. The Caesar salad was good size and came with two dressings, which I appreciated. In addition to you standard pizzas, they have a solid selection of specialty pies from chicken and waffle to Nashville hot, cheeseburger and more. Also, they offer a good menu of other things such as wings, sammies, calzones, tots, and a few other specialty items. Service from entry to exit was friendly and helpful. Space was clean and decently kept. A little dated on some aspects, but all in all, decent vibes for a local pizza pub. Overall, really enjoyed the goods from Long Hollow Pizza & Pub!
