    Dirty tables
    Jbrooks351 ..

I will not be back. I've had multiple bad experiences but tonight was the worst. First off the buffet was almost bare at 6pm on a Saturday. Most of the tables were dirty. We sat at one and asked for someone to clean it only to be ignored. Then when we asked someone named Jenn, she copped an attitude and said "well you could have asked before you sat down" ummm no fyi I had open abdominal surgery less than 2 weeks ago and didn't feel like standing with 35+ staples in my abdomen. She begrudgingly took the plates and left the trash on the table. The food was not fresh that they put out....(dried out chicken) and definitely not worth $48 for 2 adults, an 8 year old, and a tip. Not sure what I tipped for nobody took any plates away while we were eating. Staff would walk by look at the plates and not touch them or even ask. When an employee did come to bus I tipped them cash since they were the only one who seemed to care. Small children (younger than my 8 year old) were playing in the buffet and with the ice cream machine. Next time I'll go to an actual restaurant and get fresh food made to order.

Giddy up to this Ranch lil doggies! Salad bar was nicely stocked w/ a wide variety of toppings & dressings. Hot buffet had mashed potato, amazing fried Jojo's, vegetables, fried chicken, hot chicken, fresh chips, etc. pizza side had 8 pies always changing & u could order your own. Mac & cheese pie was the best I ever had by far. Deserts were apple, strussel & awesome blueberry pizza pies. Best was the chocolate chip cookie pie that was perfect & crunchy. Southern Tea topped the included beverages. Most amazing of all was how clean the place was with the bussers actually wiping down the legs and feet of the table and chairs. Place seemed like it was brand new. Wish this place was up north.

I believe this location has been here for a year or maybe two. So, I decided to stop for lunch for some fried chicken, pizza, and salad. The staff was friendly and had lots of selection at the buffet. I had no issues with anything. The pizza was fresh, the chicken wasn't overly greasy, and their salad bar was perfect. Their health department score was 100, which is nice because I didn't have to be concerned about food poisoning. Furthermore, their restrooms were spotless, and like I've always said, if an establishment's restrooms are nasty or trashed and they're in public view, what makes us believe their kitchen area is any different? What's concealed behind closed doors away from the customers? Seriously, think about going to the restroom before dining at any restaurant.

Did you know this is the only location for pizza ranch in Tennessee!? We were shopping nearby and got hungry so we came in to eat. We had never heard of this place before and was surprised to find out this is a chain restaurant and this is the only location in TN so far as of Dec 2022. Who knew! A very solid place, like ceces pizza buffet. We paid roughly $35 for 2 ppl, this include all of the pizzas including dessert pizza, ice creams, fountain drinks, coffee, a full salad bar with pasta! Oh, also their juicy fried chicken was my favorite! Honestly better than a lot of chicken places in Nashville!! However, I did not like their Nashville hot chicken flavor, it was too sweet for me. The service was good, staff were attentive and friendly! The environment was ok, nothing fancy but it's also a family eatery. They also had private party rooms you can reserve for all of your kids birthday parties, I think it's an awesome deal if you like all you can eat pizza!

Big fan of Pizza Ranch and have been without for a few years so a small detour on a trip to Louisville was so worth it. Not sure if I like this particular layout but I do like the victuals. there's usually about eight or ten pizzas plus cactus bread plus a chocolatey chip cookie thing on the buffet at any time and if you don't see what you want ask for it and they'll get right on it (and you get first dibs on it when it comes out!) so you can navigate most dietary restrictions and odd cravings. most. hot bar includes mashed taters, gravy, pasta, plus chickens in at least two styles. had a piece of the regular and nashville-hot this time and was quite pleased. is it chicken for the ages? not so much. but is it always good and hot and fried and chicken? absolutely! and that is why it is the country's best fried chicken in the world ever. yeah, fried chickens... :-) salad bar is pretty standard fare where you can start from scratch and build your bowl or you go with the some assembly required (greens come with an assortment of fixings like tomatoe, cheese, and craisins already installed) to satisfy most diners. This Pizza Ranch is currently the one nearest to me, if for no other reason than that it is by far the best Pizza Ranch of them all!

This just might be my favorite pizza place ever. The food is amazing and the customer service is even better. The manager was super nice and so were the employees and very helpful. The buffet was super clean and the inside was very clean, neat, and peaceful. I will 100% be coming back and the price is very reasonable.

The pizza was ok, but the star of this place is definitely the fried chicken. I'll be ordering that to go next time... Yum

However, beware of places that say they serve several meats and vegetables. We had catfish, chicken tenders, fried chicken, hamburger steak, corn dogs, sweet and sour chicken, chicken fried steak, and chicken livers and several kinds of vegetables. Most items were warm not hot at all. The hamburger steak and the chicken fried steak looked like banquet frozen meal meat and tasted even worse. The chicken livers were inedible. They were pink inside and I have had a lot of chicken livers in my life none like these! The catfish was tough and I couldn't find one thing on the bar that even looked good. Everything is bland and the glazed carrots on the buffet were so tough and shriveled up that looked like they had been sitting for days. None of the vegetables looked good. They have a dessert bar as well with ice cream, but this is where I drew the line. When we walked over there to get dessert there was a piece of chocolate cake sitting there. We almost grabbed it until we see gnats flying out of the cake. They weren't on top of it they were flying from the inside of the cake, almost as if they have been living inside of the cake. If you look at the pecan pie picture you can see the gnat on the plate but the chocolate cake if you zoom in you can clearly see the gnats on it. Disgusting to say the least and regret even stopping in! One of the nastiest buffets I think I have been to and after spending $45.00 we should have just got us a pizza and called it a day! I hate leaving reviews like this but it needs to be said. Stay away from here it is not good at all!!! Marvin's in Fayetteville and Mildred's in Ardmore are some of the best buffets I have ever been to! 10/10 and worth the drive.

The server came back two additional times, asking if she was "sure" the glasses were hers. Again, she confirmed that they were. Xiao's Hibachi is located on the corner of the shopping center shared with Walmart and Petsense. There's plenty of parking. We were greeted immediately and sat at a table. The restaurant is large but the buffet itself is very small. However, the food here is DELICIOUS. I honestly had low expectations due to the poor reviews but Xiao's proved me wrong. All of the food was hot and cooked perfectly, the sushi was cold and surprisingly good for a buffet. When we first arrived, the food was slim pickin's but by our second go-around, the buffet was filled to the brim and fresh. I enjoyed all of what I had except for the butter mushrooms and the honey chicken (it was overcooked). The champagne chicken was amazing and definitely one of my favorite dishes served. I also favored their chicken on a stick, too. The egg drop and wonton soup were nice. The service here is wonderful. Our waitress filled the cups three times before they were ever empty. Our used plates were promptly picked up, too. Our waitress was friendly and hard working. My husband and I came in expecting a low-star experience but we were truly blown away.
