A little gem for a great price! This Pizza Hut is a hit. I've only been for the lunch buffet but it sure does draw a crowd. As with most lunch specials, arriving early ensures, good seating and the freshest salad, bar and pizzas. You can't beat the price for all you can eat. The friendly staff really makes the place. Richard, Rebecca, and Ronnie make you feel at home and are very attentive keeping the buffet stocked up and your drinks topped off. I highly recommend. Make it a destination visit. read more

Hands down, consistently one of the best service experiences at a restaurant in Nashville is this hidden gem: the Pizza Hut lunch buffet. I've been gate keeping this spot because I don't want people to find me at my favorite lunch hang on a day off (genuinely, I try to come here even on my birthday), but there's something nostalgic and wonderful about a Pizza Hut buffet. Post 2020, this is the only Pizza Hut buffet left in Tennessee but big is it a gem: warm, friendly service that remembers my drink order and greets me immediately upon arrival. A well-stocked pizza buffet with a variety of pizzas, a pasta option, breadsticks with marinara, cinnamon bread, and of course a glorious, fresh salad bar with all of the fixings. It's very clean, but can get quite busy with local regulars like myself. The buffet is Monday through Friday, 11 am to 1:30 pm, often even open on several holidays. They have the same awesome crew normally holding it down when I come in: a kind older gentleman (the manager), the steadfast dude making pizzas and switching out the buffet seamlessly, a couple individuals bussing tables and making sure there are always clean plates, and the magic of the service team, the woman who greets/helps every guest and will refill your beverage before you even realize it's running low. This spot is always super clean, has easy parking, and at $10.99 for buffet (plus $3.99 if you get a drink), is a steal for a hefty lunch, and this will always remain a Nashville hidden gem to me. read more

The restaurant sent the wrong pizzas--full of pork, and we don't eat it. The girl on the phone was being uncooperative and refused to give the manager's name so I could discuss the issue further. My husband called and was immediately directed to the manager--all of this rigmarole could've been avoided if the person answering the phone had training and common sense. We shall not return--go to the one in Hermitage for better service. read more

I live in Hawaii but my sister is in Nashville and with the current winter storm power outage I was worried about them! I called this Pizza Hut ahead of time to make sure they were open today and even with the local power outages and closures they were able to make the order perfectly and delivered it hot and fresh to a house full of of hungry kids. My boyfriend and I ordered Pizza Hut this afternoon. It was sent through Doordash and we didn't receive our order. I called Pizza Hut and spoke to a woman about the issue. She was SOOO helpful and understanding. She remade our entire order and delivered it to us personally! The food was still hot and delivered very quickly. She deserves the best ! The salad bar is legit - the pizza, not so much. I'm sure they're just tragically shorthanded but don't waste your time hitting up the lunch buffet unless you're just looking for salad, which, to be fair, is massively improved. However the pizza part of the buffet is non-existent. They eventually brought a pizza with pickles and jalepenos and other nonsense but nothing anyone would actually eat. Last night, 6/29/24 I ordered a pizza from the Pizza Hut on Lebanon Road in Donelson for pick-up. As I pulled in to pick up my pizza there were two employees standing just to the right of the front door, both smoking. One a heavy-set white woman with her hair in a bun, the other a skinny white lady with purple hair. The first lady flipped her cigarette right past me as I opened the door and held it for her to walk in. As she walked in, she asks if I was picking up and order? I told her I was and gave her my name. She pulled it up on the computer, told me the total and I paid her, she gave me change then walked over and started looking for my order through the boxes of cooked pizzas. She brought mine to the counter, opened it and ask me how it looked. ALL THIS WITHOUT EVER WASHING HER HANDS FROM SMOKING! Then as I am standing there noticing all this the lady with the purple hair walks in, goes right to the food prep line and starts putting topping on a pizza, WITHOUT WASHING HER HANDS OR PUTTING GLOVES ON! GROSS! On the way home I stopped by Jersey Mike's and got an Italian Sub for dinner instead. Once I got to my house I threw the pizza right into the trash, DID THEY WASH THIR HANDS BEFORE MAKING MINE????? WHO KNOWS????? This review is based on their lunch buffet. I have visited this location for lunch on several different occasions and the pizza is good. The problem is that this place is busy during the 11:00am hour, and they often are not able to keep the buffet stocked with pizza. This could create a hardship for someone trying to eat during a 30 minute lunch break. The waitress, Emily, was very nice and did a great job of keeping up with everyone even though she was the only person working the lobby. To summarize, this is a typical Pizza Hut. If you want good pizza but don't mind jockeying for position in the buffet line, I wouldn't hesitate to try out this location. read more

We ordered delivery to the hotel. Food was what you expect from other Pizza Huts. Our group was happy to eat decent food at great price after spending a small fortune for below mediocre foods at the hotel restaurants. However, I give only 3 stars. I'm familiar with ordering delivery to busy hotels. But it took 2 hours for the foods to get here. If they had been honest, I could've planned ahead for earlier order. I was on PTO today and had some errands in Hermitage. On the way home I decided to stop at Pizza Hut and finally enjoy the 'all you can eat' pizza for lunch as I never have time to drive that far for lunch on a workday. I walked in, the Manager (an older gray haired white man) was sitting at a table eating something; he came over to me as said "The 'all you can eat' lunch special ended at 1:30pm"...... What is going to happen to the uneaten pizza??? A. Will they throw it away B. Will the manager take it home to feed his family C. Will they serve the leftover pizza to full price paying customers Moreover, the Pizza Hut in my neighborhood ends the 'All you can eat' at 2pm...... Not feeling like going again I decided to download the Pizza Hut app and have an order delivered to the hotel. The app was instinctive to use, other than the fact that my order arrived before the tracker advised that it was on the way it was fast and easy to set up an account. As I just said, my order arrived 15 minutes before it was suggested that it would. The pizza was piping hot, looked like it does in an advertisement. Worst experience I have ever had in a restaurant or a Pizza Hut. The servers were rude, the pizza was cold. I went in for the buffet at 1:00pm, first words out of the hostess mouth was they closed in 30 minutes. Then I was seated at a dirty table, no silverware, no napkins and no drink. When I finally did receive my drink it was not refilled for the entire visit. (Other customers were taking their drinks to the cash register to get a refill. Then being treated rudely for doing it.) I was ignored for the remainder of my stay At 1:25 the hostess, Rain, seated two more people then told them she hoped they knew that no more food would be put out on the bar since they closed in five minutes. It was no use to speak with the General Manager, he was behind the counter watching as his employees and hostess were rude and abusive to the customers. As an added bonus, I live less than 3 miles from this Pizza Hut. Both this location and the Murfreesboro Road / Bell Road location refuse to deliver to my house. I've been to the lunch buffet at this restaurant several times. The pizza is cooked to pizza hut standards. I've never seen anything less at this location. If you like Pizza Hut pizza, and I do, they make it well here. The problem is that the lone waitress during the lunch buffet becomes overwhelmed during the rush and can't keep up. She's so busy that her customer service skills go out the window. She needs more help during the rush to keep up and some additional customer service training. read more

This has to be the worst Pizza Hut I have ever ordered from. I ordered a pizza after it snowed last week; requested and paid for extra cheese, then the pizza comes and half the pizza is completely missing cheese. When I try to call to complain and get my order corrected, the phones are off with a message advising they are only taking online orders. So I call the next day and was told my next order would be free. Yesterday I call to redeem my free pizza and was charged a delivery fee and taxes! Taxes on what.. the delivery fee? I am an overnight corporate team leader with a team that earned a Pizza Party for meeting their current metrics and numbers during the month. I was so embarrassed to serve this to my workers. The order was 30 minutes late arriving, when I called the restaurant the person who answered made some mention about 4/20 and it being super busy. She told me in the future do not order food past 9:30pm. When the pizza arrived all the boxes were crushed, the wings were so mangled that there was wing sauce leaking out into all the bags and through the holes in the bottom of the bags. The pizza that had the cheese, had 13 hairs on it, like it was put there on purpose. The Meat pizza was not cooked. The pizza dough was completely raw. The fries were refrigerator cold and soggy. The wings only had 4 in each box, when they should have had 6 each. The brownie was burnt past any semblance of a brownie. The ONLY thing that was decent on this order was the cold mountain dew, which is the one thing this location didn't have to prepare or cook. I tried calling the restaurant back, but it was closed. I ended up ordering from another pizza chain which was such a better experience. I can't imagine how this location is in business. read more

I haven't ordered Pizza Hut in a very long time but got a flyer in the mail. I ordered a pan pizza 2 topping, pepperoni & bacon. Along with a order of boneless Hawaiian teriyaki wings. The cheese on the pizza was thin, only covering about 50% of the pie? The toppings were light as well making it just marginal in quality. To top it off the crust itself was kind of bland and forgettable even though I selected the garlic butter seasoning at checkout. The only saving grace was that the boneless teriyaki wings were delicious, quality meat and the sauce finger licking good. The wings themselves would get 5 of 5 stars. Pizza Hut used to make a great pan pizza, if this is the new norm I'll be ordering from the competitors for now on. read more
