Hot and fresh dishes like Teriyaki Chicken, Beef and Broccoli, Sweet and Sour Chicken and some of the best Hot n'Sour soup I've ever had. Oriental decorations and very comfortable seating. Was greeted promptly and our server kept our drinks filled and checked on us regularly. read more

Asian Buffet Food Coma - love! I liked how close Jasmine Buffet was to Office Max and Walmart. Before coming here, I read exceptional reviews of this place. I had put this on my list of go see places. Asian buffets have always been my favorite places to go, since eating at one can fill my stomach with enough nourishment with delicious all you can eat food for the day at a low price. The buffet was only $8 with an ice water drink. I was very impressed with the options provided. The steamed white jasmine rice was exceptional. Sushi was basic yet satisfactory and fresh. I had two plates full of sushi and a plate filled with zucchinis and mushrooms with rice, fish, and kimchi in small portions. I left in a heady food coma. read more

I grew up military and then married military, so I have eaten all kinds of foods all over the world. I have had probably a thousand different Chinese dishes on three continents (to include Asia). And I've had countless Chinese buffet meals. You would think in a little Podunk town just north of the Tennessee-Kentucky border, the last thing anybody would have that beats the band is Chinese food. This place takes the cake, however. It had high reviews already, which is why we opted to go there. I wish that restaurant were in our hometown in northern Wisconsin, that's all I can say. I highly recommend this place, especially their Mongolian beef, Chinese green beans, butter shrimp, Chinese mushrooms and General Tso's chicken. read more

I came in at 12:45 and the sushi was down to 1 salmon, I asked for more and they don't make anymore than what was out which was very few of different kinds. the choice of food is very limited and not very good. I saw an entire surveying station completely empty and choice of food very limited. I usually eat at a China buffet in Oak Grove but I live here now so I figured I'd try it. Excellent place to dine. My wife and I eat here all of the time. It's usually not crowded and the food is always delicious. Great customer service and good location. Plenty of parking. Most of the food here is typical of any other Chinese buffet, except one thing they stand out for me as the best! I have been all over the US and had buffets all over, but The Jasmine Buffet has the best cream cheese wontons or crab Rangoon's or whatever you want to call them of anywhere. The food is fresh, and the flavors are consistent and yummy. The service is friendly, fast, and we never run out of drinks or have dirty plates sitting on our table long. I'm sad they are closed on Tuesdays now but everyone deserves a break so I understand. Looking forward to my next visit. read more

Food is hit or miss- very good General's chicken, "homecooked" chicken, mei fun, and Mongolian pork. Most other dishes are okay, but i was most disappointed in the hot & sour soup (one of my favorite dishes). All i could taste was Kung Pao peppers. As such, the consistency was oily. The addition of too many mushrooms was also off putting. Overall, mixed impression but i have an extra star because of the price. I picked up a shrimp tempura sushi roll ($5) for a snack this afternoon and it was SO GOOD! I am no sushi connoisseur, but the roll had a warm, crispy center of tempura shrimp, surrounded by cool rice, cukes and seaweed wrap topped with a sweet eel sauce. Plenty of ginger, soy sauce and wasabi on the side. The main hostess was efficient if not warm, but the kid that was helping out was very sweet:) Definitely returning. read more

We eat here on a regular basis, and I'm here to tell you the food is excellent! Staff is friendly and attentive, premises are extremely clean and as I said, the food is top notch. For anyone who thinks the staff is too attentive, I have no doubt you are just looking for something to complain about. I'm a big fan of Chinese buffets, but this one is probably the best around. Very nice atmosphere, friendly employees, and selection is awesome. They actually have a better selection of foods than the normal Chinese buffets. Want mashed potatoes and macaroni with your food? They've got it. A little bland, but that's what salt and pepper are for. Price is only 8 bucks too. Can't beat that. read more
