While I appreciated the size of the chicken breast, I was really disappointed with the flavor. The chicken lacked seasoning, and the mild sauce had no heat or flavor. I was hoping for something that would knock my socks off but it just didn't deliver. Even the waffle fries, though fresh, didn't win me over. However, I was asked to wait another 20 minutes. Though the wait was excessive, the manager was handling all customers with such grace. He wasn't rude, explained to everyone about the delay, and even when he was cursed off by an impatient customer, he kept his calm. I do hope everyone enjoys their meals, and I hope that the restaurant find a way to place the order faster. 4 stars for handling a difficult situation wonderfully, but minus one star for the long wait. The panuozzo bread is almost as if you made naan out of pizza dough, and it keeps everything nicely contained without making the sandwich too bready. The flavors are unexpected but work so, SO well together - truly a work of genius. I paired it with their shake shake fries, which have an awesome seasoning (not spicy, just adds flavor) and a Diet Coke. Service was so kind and helpful, even on a busy Wednesday night. I was able to get in and out within 40 minutes, which was a win for the time crunch I was in but I still felt relaxed to eat my sandwich at my leisure.
