This sums it up perfectly.

The picture sums up this experience. I was here during the lunch rush and you think they would plan for it, right? Well no. Lots of empty stuff that stayed empty my whole 40 minutes here. Fried chicken, waffle fries, dessert pizza, good pizza, etc. Recovery was awful at best. Hey, at least they had corn! Mmmm. And what is with Mankato residents and green olives? Good lord, 50% of their choices had green olives. Green olives and pineapple, green olives and pepperoni, green olives and cheese! Who ordered all of this? Because it sat in the line the whole time, no one took the stuff. Eh I've had better experiences at numerous locations. If you can't keep up don't offer it.

I wish I could inject these pizzas into my veins. Especially the chicken bacon ranch. I love it so much and miss it. Never had a bad pizza.

pretty good food, friendly employees. Food hot and fresh. Good place for pigging out. Prices seem rather high

Not the best place to get pizza. It lacks originality. Pre-made frozen crust I'm sure. Its so so.. I try to avoid when co-workers suggest.

You can eat tons of okay food here cheaply. Nothing is very flavorful, including the pizza, but it's cheap and filling.

3 stars for a lack of pizza choices on the buffet. If they could have more options more often, it would be at least a 4.

LOVE this place. If the type of pizza you want isn't on the buffet, you can just request it. So easy, cheap, and tasty!!

Ordered taco pizza for delivery. Paid for sour cream and taco sauce is included in order. Neither came with the pizza.

The standout slices were the cheese stuffed crust pepperoni and the cheeseburger pizza.

Our experience was good…read more Since it was so busy, some food was not replenished as quickly as we hoped and they ran out of many things. I was not a fan of the cream cheese wontons, as the outside used was too thick. The servers were quick and accommodating to our drink requests & cleaning up our finished plates. Beverages are included which was nice. I love getting hot tea. The restaurant was clean & well taken care of. They even have a waterfall with a pond with real fish in it, my little brother loved this. We would definitely come back.

You pay when you first arrive with cash or card (they only take visa and mastercard). Note that if you pay with a card and add a tip, they will just give you cash from the register for the tip amount to leave at your table when you leave. I would bring cash to tip your server with at your table. After paying, you can seat yourself anywhere and a server will come by and take your beverage order. The buffet includes unlimited soft drinks, drip coffee, and hot tea. Their Dr. Pepper is extra syrupy compared to normal fountain drinks, would recommend! Throughout the meal, the server will clear your empty plates and at the end of the meal they will drop off fortune cookies and towelettes. Crab days are Sunday, Monday, Wednesday, and Fridays. During these days they serve lil crabs. There is also a build your own noodle station where you can choose your mix-ins and sauces, and they'll fry it up for you. The fried rice is solid and the garlic toast is shockingly really good. Food is pretty fresh and warm, and there are people constantly refilling trays and cleaning the buffet.

There was no one to greet you, I think this is mostly a take out place on the weekdays. I go into the back where I see a buffet looking area, before that i see that there are two papers on the wall. A price for in-dining, per lb and a price for take out. There is a young man there and I tell him I'm eating in. He takes a plate, and loads it which what I want. It's a shame its by per lb, because there were so many good item so to try, but I could only put so much on the plate. I got greens, yams, black eyed peas, bbq chicken leg and mac n cheese and jerk spaghetti. The food was overall good and I loved the jerk spaghetti and bbq chicken leg the best. I wanted to try some other stuff but I wasn't going to pay another $20 something for it.

*I did not dine at the restaurant*…read more My review is based on my job ordering Mama Sheila's for a BHM luncheon. They ordered bbq chicken, smothered chicken, meatloaf, mashed potatoes, mac & cheese, green beans & cornbread. If i'm being honest none of the food looked appetizing in the serving trays so I was already skeptical. I've always kind of heard mixed reviews about MS but it was still on my list to check it out. My job allowed us 1 meat option, 1 side + green beans and cornbread. I got the bbq chicken and it was sitting in a watery bbq sauce (which was explained by a coworker serving it as it's a bbq gravy?) I got the baked mac and cheese, which a soul food restaurant should be able to deliver... it was just salty! The cheese burnt on top was inedible and it overall it wasn't good. The cornbread was really dry. Overall not good.
