A little more flavor and spice from the meat would have helped pierce through an otherwise pretty average sweet marinara sauce, creating a nicer balance. We almost ate the whole pie, but we were able to get the last piece wrapped in foil to take home with us along with a couple pieces of bubble gum (their fun take on an after-dinner mint/snack). Considering I enjoyed the crust so much, I would be curious to try their NY style the next time we visit.
