Far as service, it's always been decent & friendly from what I remember (there's been several times the person taking the order would mess up) the inside has been in good shape & the food has always been good. We have been going to this place to for a while now and we are always happy and satisfied. They always make the pizzas right. I got the veggie one and the pizza it's always covered all around of the toppings. I also got the pineapple a d Canadian Bacon. My family's favorite. The crust is crunchy but at the same time is soft. We really love this pizza place. It is also convenient because it's close to our house and they don't take that long to prepared and have it ready. False advertising. They claim there is a lunch buffet when it actually doesn't exist. I came in paid for buffet and there was zero pizzas on display, just a measly salad bar with wilted lettuce and cheap dressing/toppings. They were so quick to take my money but couldn't have the decency to let me know I would have to wait nearly half an hour just for them to bring ONE pizza out, then again I wasn't even greeted properly to begin with so I'm not surprised . I proceed to force feed myself their salad because , well I'm trying to get my moneys worth and what else am I suppose to do for 30 mins ? Lol. When the pizza finally came out it was burnt, I was so disappointed I was expecting to pay for a well stocked "buffet" and try out an array of their specialty pizzas. At that point all I could think about was how I wish I were at poppolos eating their delicious fresh salad bar or round tables yummy buffet with delicious Maui zaui pizza. People choose buffet for two main reasons: to have a plentiful and fresh selection of items and also because of time constraints. People probably only have half an hour -1 hour lunch break. This place is failing miserably in implementing the concept of a buffet they should honestly just do away with it. This is probably one of the best pizzas I've had in such a long time! If you love Indian food and pizza and are willing to try it together then this is great! The Chicken Tikka Masala and Butter Chicken pizza was AMAZING!!! The pizza was so flavorful and they don't skimp on the toppings! Every bite had chicken, onions and green peppers! I was disappointed that there is an additional fee of $2 for ordering a half and half pizza. As for the customer service, it was okay. We were going to order delivery service but when we called they didn't know when the delivery guy was going to come into work so we picked it up instead. I was really impressed! I ordered take out so I didn't get a chance to sit in the restaurant to take in the atmosphere. We weren't too thrilled with the price because it is a little pricey but we got a bogo coupon from a coupon book so it wasn't too bad. Came here after my wife looked for vegan options in Fresno. First time here. The space is big so it can accommodate large parties. The have about 15 different beers on tap. My wife ordered a pint of craft beer and it was only $3! Best deal in town sure. Not sure if this is regular or it was happy hour. We ordered the veggie with vegan cheese deep dish style. There is a $2 charge for vegan cheese and another $2 charge for deep dish. The restaurant was pretty empty when we came in so the service was fast. The pizza is delicious!!!!! The dough flavor is really good, they added plenty of toppings, and it was cooked perfectly. This is now our favorite pizza. The veggie has many different veggies in it and it's topped with fresh tomato which we both enjoyed. We also ordered the baked samosas which were delicious. The samosas come with two sauces. I just like every bite to have every topping. It could be the mushrooms were cut small. The chicken tikka pizza did not have this problem. Lots of marinated chicken, mushrooms and chilies. Really enjoyed this place last night with the family. The renovations look really nice. Service was excellent. We beat the dinner rush and they opened up the arcade room for the kids which was really cool. All the machines worked and gave out tickets which they redeemed for prizes at the end of the night. While the kids played in the arcade the wife and I played a game of pool which was a lot of fun. The food was excellent. We ordered 2 large and an order of the Indian breadsticks. I went back several times and tried to change the order by adding more sauce and tweaking the pizza a little because the location where I tried this pizza before was a lot more flavorful but that's ok I still supported the new place.
