A take in bake pizza is perfect why you don't want to cook dinner, but you also don't want that taste of frozen or fast food. They put the baking instructions on each pizza but to get that "crispy" texture I always add 1-2 minutes. So disappointed in the two chicken garlic artichoke bacon pizzas I ordered. There were very little toppings on these pizzas, You could see the dough on the bottom of the pizza with nothing on it, not even sauce or cheese! Large areas along the crust had nothing on it! This pizza used to be one of my favorites and at $18 a pizza, needless to say we won't be going back to Papa Murph's. read more

Ordered a chicken garlic calzone this evening. When you use chicken as your first ingredient you need to put chicken in the calzone. Long on cheese and tomatoes, but way short on chicken. This is my second time coming to this location and I forgot to review the first time so that's my bad. First experience was excellent. Can't beat fresh ingredients on a salad and the price was reasonable as well. So this brings me to my second visit today. In 100 degree whether I want something fresh and what better way to cool off with a refreshing salad. Upon entering I was greeted by a friendly hello by Jazz the cashier, noticed the young man (didn't catch his name again my bad) working on some orders, and some random girl standing there glued to her phone and in normal clothing. Don't know if she was a manager or just a fellow friend back there because she didn't look up not once to recognize someone was by the register let alone in the store. Jazz rang me up for a Caesar salad and a Papa's special pizza with no onions which came out to $20 which is an awesome deal. I decided on a second salad it started out as a garden salad but Jazz offered an Italian salad since I wanted salami and pepperoni. Jazz also gave me some sort of discount for the 2nd salad which I can't give her enough kudos for that. The young man (didn't catch his name again) made my pizza and salad in a timely manner and was super nice and helpful even offering a helping hand to my car. Got home, popped the pizza in the oven, and got to eating our salads. The salads were fantastic, fresh and juicy. I like their salads there because they do not scrimp on the their ingredients. The pizza came out great, the amount of cheese made it even better. The only reason why I did not give them 5 stars was because of the mysterious girl on her phone. Look, I get it we live in a technology aged era and phones are going to be everywhere but please, please, PLEASE for the love of Pete if you're going to be working in the customer service food chain, put your phone away for the 5-10 minutes it takes you to interact with customers. Normally I like this location but today the three people working the counter were really in the clouds. Three customers in the lobby and all three of us had issues with our orders. It was so loud in there with the fridge and music and whatever other noise was in there you couldn't hear each other across the register. My remake still isn't good but I don't have the energy to ask for another. Just not good. I hope this location isn't going down like some of the others. read more

95 degrees outside as I walk in to pick up my online order. Rack of pizzas literally sitting in the (open) doorway at room temperature. Self pickup so that anyone can touch and breath on all the prepared orders. 10 + orders all sitting in ambient temperature of at least 80degrees, not to mention that my pizza isn't socially distanced from others. First off I'm very spoiled with my food. Ok never having a Papa Murphy pie and not able to have dairy this was great, I got to put my own sheep cheese on it! The pie (Pizza) was really good all quality fresh ingredients, and they don't skimp they load it up! Every employee was helpful answering my questions while smiling the whole time. VERY DISAPPOINTED. I will not eat at Papa Murphy's again. I called at 7:45 pm and asked what time they closed. The girl said 8:30 pm. I said may I order a pizza. She asked someone and they said yes. I said okay I told her what I wanted. She said it would be ready in 20 minutes. Just be here before we close. I said okay by 8:15 or at least 8:30 and she said yes. My husband goes down to get the pizza and they are closed. It is 8:20 pm. My husband knocks on the door and they said we are closed. He asked for a manager and no pizza. The manager said the employee is new. They have my phone number and name from the order, because she verified them with me. The MAIN thing in business is customer service. This is the worst customer service! I will not recommend this type of business where the manager blames a new employee instead of making good on what the employee said. read more

I find that Papa Murphy's pizza is hard to beat. You can even buy their dough at $3 for any size, regular or DeLite, and build your creation at home. Their toppings just seem very fresh. The only downside for me is that they do not offer Anchovies. I keep cans in stock at home and just add them prior to baking. read more

Papa Murphy's is awesome if you're not lazy enough to cook your own pizza. Their toppings are always fresh and the pizzas are huge. We usually get to gourmet vegetarian and it's awesome. They have coupons in the mail all the time, so you can get a huge family sized pizza for around $10 with one of those. They also have fresh cookie dough or dessert pizzas. Only cons - they close unusually early for a pizza joint and we've had some problems getting the pizza to bake the whole way through, so we've had to cut it in half and re-bake it. Didn't taste bad, just took a lot of extra effort for a pizza. (Brand new oven, so I know it wasn't that.) read more

I've been going to this Papa Murphys for years and something happened just before Covid. They changed ownership or managership. The last time I ordered a salad it wasn't even full in the container. This time one of the pizzas I ordered was partially correct and partially my fault which I admit,but I had my SIL pick up and one of the female employees yelled at him about why it wasn't right, sticking the reciept in his face to look at it and then throwing the pizza in the trash. They made him another but this attitude is wrong. The last three or four times I've been there they have been rude. I will not be going back to this Papa's again. Next time I'm on the other side of town I'll just get one there. Very disappointed. read more

Pizzas are good, but service was not great. Ordered four pizzas ahead, specifically asking for the $10 special items only (which the employee acknowledged). When got there, the same lady charged me more for them. She actually made the more expensive pizzas. Instead of acknowledging her error, put me at the end of the line to wait for them to be made all over again, which defeats the purpose of preordering. Ok so first time having papa Murphys, I love their dough bread it's so good and their toppings are all fresh. The pizza was still super tasty when it's been refrigerated for a few days after. The reason why it's a 3 star because didn't know it was a take n bake pizza, we weren't told, the ads don't say it, atleast not in Clovis. So when we got a large pizza with the stuffing oh boy it was very complicated to put that in the oven. The dough was stuck to the plastic flimsy plates and pizza was falling apart I had so much troubles. But overall everything else is great!! read more
