The store is clean, well lit, and wide aisles So easy to navigate. Today I stopped in to get a new pair of Hokas and another pair of Oofos slides for the pool. The person working in the sandal department was so helpful and was able to locate the right size when I couldn't find one. There is tons of parking out front. Super convenient in every way.

It's as if they are going out of their way to drive a customer away. Ordered a shifter and brake lever from Universal and the processing and shipping was painfully slow. Once the parts were installed on the bike, noticed the shifter was not working properly. Started a return and the service rep tells me the parts had to be "uninstalled" for them to accept a return and that I should deal directly with the manufacturer of the part for a warranty issue. Keep in mind that this was all within the 30 day return policy. Take your business elsewhere knowing the return policy will always be better than Universal's
