Why did I wait 10 years to get my windshield replace when All American Auto made it so easy! Called around to other places before settling on All American because they were the cheapest. I had to bring 2 cars to them because why not and they both needed it. They were able to take both cars in 1 day (I make an appointment) and it took about 5 hours all together. It was great! Jay and his team are absolute rock stars and I will definitely be back and recommend this place to anyone needing any glass replacement. I have a Dodge Ram (my husband's pride and joy) and he wanted a legit windshield brand new like from mopar or something. So I asked Jay and he said he could definitely get an original windshield but we would be paying almost double for the Ram logos. So we went with the "basic" (lack of a better word) windshield and I'm so glad we did. You can't even tell a difference, there's no quality difference and it's a windshield. Man I'm worried about the results. I arrived with an agreed upon price of 422. I made an appointment for Monday at noon. I arrived and they tried to charge me mid 500's then they proceeded to tell me that they would honor the original price. Further told me 2 hours repair time. I returned after two hours. They say nothing to me. I proceed to wait another 30 minutes still nothing then they finally come out and tell me that it's gonna be another hour and a half that they have removed my windshield and realize that they did not have the correct one to put into the Vehicle. This became a five hour deal and almost overcharged over $100. Yikes! Not happy. I would think they check before removing the windshield and trapping the customer. We'll update 1 hour later I've now been told it's going to be another hour and a half. I have never experienced such a horrible experience with any business in my life! They have no time est on my car at all! I live 45 min away! Sadly, I was recommended to this place and now after this, we have all decided to take our business elsewhere read more

Had a rock chip my window yesterday morning, hadn't spread yet but I wanted to get it handled ASAP. I originally had scheduled with Safelite (who wound up telling me they couldn't do it because my windshield is tinted). I yelped locally and found All American Auto Glass. Called them up around 4:30pm and asked if I could bring my car in. He said to come on over! I showed up around 4:45 expecting it to be a half hour or more. I really thought I would be satisfied with the service here because of the reviews- I even got quoted prices from 6 different places (including the dealership) but when I say I should have just gone with the dealership for an extra $100 I mean that. I'm honestly beyond annoyed with the way this whole situation was handled. Like others, a rock hit our windshield and within a week the crack grew to half of the windshield size. I went in with a Hyundai Santa Fe 2024. I called and even messaged ahead of time. Got quoted a way lower price on yelp (close to $500) and when I called I got quoted $200 more. Then when I asked why if it's for the sensors and such they said yes. . I'm not going to pretend like I know what to ask-because I don't. I dropped it off- went off without a hitch. Picked it up & then- as I'm driving home I notice my heads up display is looking off...it's like I'm seeing double. So I'm thinking they calibrated poorly- maybe it'll be a quick fix. But My husband calls later and BOOM. We are told it's because it's an after market glass/windshield and that's why the heads up display isn't clear, & he has the audacity to ask "Do you guys even use it" YES. We do- also why not mention any of this beforehand?!!! And whoever he was on the phone with- I'm assuming Jay, the manager because there was only one person we dealt with all day- Said they could see if they could order another..we wait and the only place who will sell them one that isn't after market is...you guessed it the Hyundai Dealership. And we would only get charged for the glass which was about $475 which would've brought my grand total to $1200 after taxes. And once we say "hey-we won't take up the offer of you guys ordering that glass..." he said "ok,but also you know you can turn that of right? I don't know why people drive with it on" That is not the point- the point is- I, the customer who just dropped $700 uses it. DAILY. I honestly feel ripped off. Taken advantage of due to mine and my husband's ignorance but trust me the next time I need a window replaced on my vehicle- I'll just take it to the dealer.
