Went from being decent to OK to completely unreliable. They drive out all their good employees over time. No shows, several hours of delay, constant excuses (traffic, they had an accident, someone is sick) and waste hours and hours of your time for mediocre service. Utter incompetence. I got tired of cleaning up my house and my wife just needed a break. I called up pjp and surprised my wife with a spa day and a nice house cleaning. The house looked amazing and when she got home from the spa she was in absolute heaven. She said the floors looked like we just had them laid down again. I just loved seeing her beautiful smile especially since it was from something that was nice and affordable. We recently used PJP Cleaning Services for a deep cleaning of our 3 bedroom, 1.5 bath. The staff were pleasant, professional, and very thorough. The house was cleaned 1 week ago, and it still smells very fresh! Paul was very responsive via e-mail and telephone to our inquiries and is very easy to work with and accommodating. So I was not satisfied with the work that was done. I hired this company for two hours to clean my 2 bed 2bath apartment. It is not very big at all. They showed up and told me they forgot their supplies, they had to go buy new stuff. They only cleaned my bathrooms and kitchen and left everything else a mess. The did not dust a single thing nor did they vacuum. I was very upset with what was done. The owner of the company told me I did not have to pay which was nice but it was such a let down not having a clean place to come home to. Update: The owner of the company offered a free of charge cleaning. I will update in January how the cleaning goes but I'm very happy they are making an effort. read more

Purchased a Groupon and would not use again or recommend. The Groupon was $160 for 5 hours. I was told I could use this for two cleanings of 2.5 hours each. I booked the first cleaning for 3PM and they confirmed. I then got confirmation reminders for 8AM instead at which point I followed their instructions in the email and emailed them asking which it was but did not get a reply. I called and they said it was for 8 despite the time I actually booked. The crew showed up with 3 people and cleaned for an hour and a half and called it 5 hours. Did a decent job but not at all worth the $160 we paid and will never use them again. Buyer beware, this service is not at all what it seems. read more

Bought a LivingSocial for this company, thought I would mix things up and give them a chance since I have a company now and wanted to do a little comparing~~~WOW, never ever would I give this company a chance again. Was the most difficult to get an appointment, I finally get one that was not the best in accommodating my time(1pm). I waited on that day and waited and waited. It was 1:40 and after 4 calls to the "cell phone listed" and the office phone and leaving messages, I finally receive a call back to tell me "the team cannot get to you today, they are running late and got stuck in traffic". Waited a whole day, lost my time and in the end, they never showed up or could care less to at least call me beforehand and tell me their problem. I bought a groupon for them and could not be happier. I got email reminders and this morning a text that they were on their way and then that they were delayed in traffic. I was happy with the communication. Jay and Gil were very professional, thorough, and in my opinion went above and beyond! I felt comfortable not watching them and would switch rooms if they were cleaning the room I was in so it didn't seem like I was watching them. I couldn't believe my sink shines like that! As they were leaving, one of them came back upstairs and said I just want to mop up the entry way. I was impressed, they were already packed up! The previous cleaning service that I arranged to come never showed up. So I had to call around to find a new service to clean the condo before the new tenant moves in in 2 days. I knew it was going to be difficult to find a service last minute. Surprisingly, when the owner Phil answered phone, he scheduled me in for a Sat. cleaning right away. On the day of the cleaning, they showed up on time. Phil took a look at the apartment and gave me a quote for deep carpet cleaning, considering how dirty the carpet was (the previous tenant was a slob and a nightmare) ... the price he gave was very reasonable. So I agreed to have the condo and carpet both deep cleaned. When I returned to the condo a few hours later, I couldn't be happier! They did a wonderful job removing the stains off the carpet, dusted all the furniture surfaces -- even the chair and table legs... they lifted mattress up and vacuumed underneath of the mattress, I was very impressed and gave them a good tip. When the new tenant arrived to the freshly cleaned apartment a couple of hours later, he was very happy as well.
