Jose and his team were amazing in deep cleaning my condo! I previously had tenants living there and also had some flooring done, so the place had a lot of hidden and visible dirt/stains. The windows were filled with dust and the bath tub was badly stained. I was actually planning to repaint my bath tub, because of crazy stains but Jose told me to let him try to clean it - let's just say both bath tubs look brand new! The entire place looks spotless and he even pulled out the fridge and stove to clean the back! I was very impressed coming back to a place that is definitely move-in ready and plan to call Jose back for regular cleaning after I settle into my condo! I messaged Jose for a move out clean for a small studio/1 bedroom apartment. I was clear I didn't need a deep clean. He kept talking on the phone until I said " how much, he hemmed and hawed then quoted me $300.00 dollars. I said "are you out of your mind?" And I hung up. This guy is sketchy. I used JM Cleaning Company for a disgusting cleaning job. I had an infestation of mice in a kitchen, bathroom and pantry area. Jose came to my home inspected the area and gave me a fantastic price and said that he would be coming himself personally and bringing another worker to clean up the area. They showed up on time were extremely professional and courteous and the area now looks brand spanking new. It sparkles, it shines and it smelled wonderful!! I called this company on Friday to schedule a deep cleaning of my Quincy Condo before the new tenants move in this week.. using only my description of what I needed and wanted done, Jose gave me a very fair estimate and actually made an appointment the following day to do the job! He and another worker arrived and did an outstanding job! When I returned, the place looked great and he explained how some areas took a little more effort, but all of his effort showed and the bathrooms, fixtures, cabinets, fridge etc looked brand new! I asked him during our original conversation if they did carpet cleaning too.. he didn't, but he gave me a referral and I scheduled to meet a recommendation of his just before he arrived and this company will be cleaning the carpet this week!
