    Iced Bananas Foster
    Patrice F.

PJ's Coffee was a hit for me solely because of their unique flavors! I stopped by this place twice while i was in town. I went through the drive through. The cashier's were friendly. My ultimate favorite drink was the bananas foster iced latte. It was the perfect balance of sweetness but not too sweet. The pralines and cream latte was good too but i preferred the bananas foster iced latte. I would definitely get that again. My hubby wanted the Voodoo energy drink and he said it was good! I wasn't able to go inside but next time i want to go and try their treats. They all looked so divine. If you're in the area, def give them a try!

My first time trying their coffee and was very pleased! They asked my special mixture on my coffee and they delivered. The young lady that took my order was incredibly kind and helpful. I'll go back as soon as I can

I've been dying to try PJ's for months now and finally had the chance. A super cool coffee shop with outstanding coffee. The seating area could use a little something to increase the New Orleans ambience, but the staff is super friendly and the seating area was spotless. The real star is the coffee and the beignets - I will definitely be back!!

I've been here about 3 times, and it's been nice each time. The first two times were in store, and the third time was through the drive thru. My hubby said that it's a longer wait compared to most coffee places, but we weren't in any hurry. I got the Peppermint Bark Velvet Ice, and he got the Butter Rum Latte. Both were pretty good.

My experience here today LESS THAN A WEEK AFTER THEY OPENED has been excellent. Was service on the slower end as everyone is getting acclimated, sure it was, but that is expected when a place has been open less than a week and all are in learning/training mode. We ordered 3 beignets, a birthday cake granita, and a cold brew with cold foam and sugar free white chocolate. The coffee flavor was excellent, much better than a watered down Starbucks drink. The beignets are amazing, warm, soft, and sweet. The inside is set up great for hanging out, or doing work, and was nicely decorated and clean. There were 2 baristas working. Ryan took our order and was very kind and working hard to keep the place clean and get the orders right. Reviewers, please keep in mind this place is new. Give it a few visits and have some patience before blasting a newly opened business online with negative reviews. My son and I enjoyed everything and will be back.

Ordered a lavender cold brew and beignets for breakfast yesterday, everything was fantastic! Super friendly staff and a nice environment to study in as well.

5$ cup of milk with the word cappuccino on it

The most known coffee drink is a cappuccino! PJ's in NOLA is good. This shop can not even make a simple cappuccino! Its supposed to have equal parts espresso, milk, and foam. I got a cup of milk with a shot of espresso!

Prices that don't make you wince on the way to the register. We sampled our way through like it was our civic duty, and every bite backed up the hype. The Italian cotechino sausage ended up pulling double duty--first in a pot of collard greens that could make a preacher shout, and then in a potato hash that was nothing short of sinful. The olives? Lord have mercy. Worth the stop all by themselves. Now let's talk atmosphere. This place looks like a gas station that found religion and got saved by a butcher block--and I mean that as the highest compliment. The deck is quite enjoyable for a number of reasons. It is shaded and surrounded by lush vegetation and it's much quieter than inside and more conducive to conversation, especially for folks like me who have profound hearing issues. Service is prompt and attentive here. We decided to share the hot pastrami on rye and the antipasto salad. As you can see from the pic the sandwich is ginormous. So good. The antipasto salad here is unlike any I've ever had in my 77 years! It is composed totally of Capicolla, Genoa, and cotto salami, pepperoni, provolone, Swiss and mozzarella cheese, green and black olives, and artichokes marinated in an Italian dressing. There is no lettuce as in all the antipasto salads I've had before. It is absolutely delicious. We were unable to finish our shared portions of the salad and took easily a whole half portion home to enjoy later. As I'm sure I've said before, there's a reason this store is always packed.

I never have a need to get hummus from the grocery store or even make it myself when I'm in Pensacola anymore! The hummus at Chickpea house is so good and super affordable. The menu is super simple. Pita, falafel, fries, hummus, tahini, and a few veggies for salad and to make a sandwich (which is a pita with falafel in it). I would like to say this place is vegan, but since I didn't see it listed anywhere on the menu I'll just say that this place is good for vegetarians for sure. Not gonna lie I love Mediterranean meats and I would love to see kafta or any lamb on the menu. I understand that the simplicity is what makes this non-traditional Palestinian restaurant efficient and fast casual, however! To be honest, the fact that falafel is really the only protein available is probably the only reason why I'm not at this spot once a week while I'm in town. Other than that I highly recommend!

Goat Lips Chew & Brew House feels like the kind of place that was designed after someone said,…read more"What if every room had a different personality and the backyard never ended?" And honestly? The vibe is the star here. This place is wildly eclectic in the best way. A huge outdoor area that feels built for lingering, laughing, and losing track of time, plus a maze of themed rooms inside that make every turn feel like you accidentally walked into a different bar. It's unique, memorable, and exactly the kind of place you want to love before the food even hits the table. The service definitely helped that cause. Friendly, attentive, and genuinely pleasant from start to finish. Then the pretzel appetizer arrived and apparently chose violence. The beer cheese sauce had the consistency of warm yellow water and somehow even less personality. The pretzel itself tasted like it had been baptized in butter but still came out bland, which is honestly an achievement. I didn't know something could be both greasy and forgettable, but here we are. Thankfully, I was aggressively encouraged to order the club sandwich. "You HAVE to get it," they said. For once, the hype mostly paid off. The bread was toasted beautifully, full of crunch and flavor, and the sandwich as a whole really worked. Now, the meat? Let's just say it had strong gas station cold-cut energy. Perfectly edible, nothing offensive, but nobody's writing songs about it. That said, the mayo situation deserves its own fan club. There's some kind of mustard-seasoned magic happening in that spread, and it absolutely carries the whole sandwich across the finish line. Honestly, give me that toast cut into strips and a bowl of that sauce, and I'm a happy man. Forget the turkey, let me dip carbs directly into whatever wizardry they whipped up back there. So where does Goat Lips land? A place with a killer atmosphere, great service, one appetizer that should be investigated, and one sandwich condiment worthy of applause. The experience averages out exactly where the stars do: right down the middle. Three stars. Goat Lips is average food wrapped in an unforgettable setting, which somehow makes the whole thing more fun than it probably deserves.
