Exposed, real old brick that's from god knows when. Lots of copper old fashion coffee roasters. Bespoke bar. I dig the vibe and haven't even tried the patio yet. The Irish latte was delish. The whipped baileys cream on top delightful. My husband had the French 75 which was mildly citrus in such a pleasant way. Zero burn or bitterness for a straight black coffee beverage which impressed me! We had an omelette and the blueberry muffin. Omelette was tasty, fresh, hot and had ample cheese and ham. I liked the Dijon topped on. The muffin was really extra. It was large and it was covered in coffee cake sugar kind of crumble. Really big, generous serving of blueberries. It was super moist. Super cute coffee shop right in the heat of downtown Pensacola! There was a short line on arrival and several smiling faces at tables across the room. The copper espresso machines and coffee bean roasting equipment was unique to see while you waited for your order. The barista had great recs and the menu was diverse. We ordered the Maple Brown Sugar Latte that's made with organic maple syrup from Vermont! It wasn't overly sweet which I appreciated. We also ordered a standard latte that was nice. I went there this morning and it was amazing the service was amazing! However the star of the show was the food I got the Carmel frappe and it was so so good but it was sweet I really do like sweet and I got a the strawberry crepe with whipped cream and it was amazing it was moist and very filling the strawberries were very fresh my sister got the s'more's crepe I didn't taste it but she said it was bus and my aunt liked it too. The interior was so nice it had many comfy couches in the first area but the had a long dining table it was so cute inside. This is a very cute cafe, and while I was in there I was surprised at how big it was. I just got a mocha, but the most memorable item I got was the crepe. Super yummy, even though I ate by myself, I would say it's a cute little sharable dessert. I got the banana and strawberry one, and I'll definitely be back to either get that same crepe, or try a new one. I definitely want to explore for of their drinks as well. The staff were nice, and they seemed very used to the busy nature of the place. I look forward to my next little trip there read more

This coffee shop is located in the touristy part of downtown Pensacola. It's a storefront location so if your driving to it the parking is a nightmare. If your walking around downtown being a tourist it's an easy walk. They also have liquor to put in your coffee drinks there. Not a full bar, just a few liquors for coffee drinks. The interior is very pretty & the coffee is very good. However, the tea menu is very limited & the genmaicha tea I got was not very good. Jitterbug's is way better with way better parking. I had what was the last cup available of the Ethiopian blend. Coffee flavor isn't amazing. Not sure if it's because it was the last of the beans or just that blend. It does take a long, long time to get your cup o Joe... I guess it's expected, but I really just wanted coffee... to sit at a table and the rest of my table-mates had theirs (all served one. at. a. time.... but mine last.) Stopped by during my vacation in Pensacola. And I have to say this is my favorite coffee shop so far in Florida. The staffs are super friendly and will help you decide what your new favorite drink is going to be, don't be afraid to ask! I love my coffee darker and less acidic. The coffee itself doesn't look spectacular like other places but don't let that fool you. The complexity of all the different notes in my iced espresso called Angelina is mind blowing. I did not know coffee can be so complex and beautiful on my taste buds. The indoor is very spacious and beautifully retro decorated. My favorite is to sit in the veranda in the back (it is quite hidden, but keep walking in the back and you will see the sign). Makes me feel like I am sitting in a coffee shop on the street of Saigon with the bamboo background. read more

A cafe of dreams!!!! The coffee is sooo good Ive literally driven out of the way of work to get some in the morning. Also the crepe's are very well done, not too thin but just enough to add a lovely chew to the dish. I get the savory crepe and its actually very filling. The coffee is really good and so is the food. The place is usually kinda busy. There is usually a bit of a wait and the place is usually a little dirty. I think staff don't have time to wipe down the tables. Why two stars, welp the last few times I've been there I've had issues. The girls are touching their clothes/hair and face and continue making drinks without washing their hands. Nasty. Not only that, I've seen them put their fingers INSIDE the cups to move the cups over. What's not to love?! This is a beautiful space in downtown Pensacola, first and foremost. The ornate coffee roasters, high ceilings, and brick walls come together to make a great atmosphere. And much more importantly, the coffee I had here was delicious. I went with a nitro cold brew, and after striking out at other places lately, this one made up for all the competition's transgressions. It was so flavorful, so caffeinated, and so smooth. I coworked here and had breakfast, getting in on a nutella and strawberry crepe that was good as well. Already enamored with the spot, and not being local, I opted to go ahead and grab lunch to go from here as well. I switched to a savory crepe (spinach and artichoke), along with a tea. That crepe was just OK in my opinion, as I think they generously overloaded it too much so that it was not only tough to eat but a bit overkill. Service was nice, and it was easy to find parking outside on a rainy weekday morning. All in all, a great spot an one I'd highly recommend in Pensacola. read more

The crepes took 25 minutes to be prepared and were missing a lot of ingredients, both were basically just crepe, fruit, and a glob of whipped cream - I used a jar of honey they had for tea to give it some flavor. The coffee did not have a good flavor either and took 30 minutes to be prepared. Alas! Found a seat pretty quick and gave our order almost without waiting but then the horrendous wait started. 30 mins for a coffee and 80 mins for a meal? If you are serving only crepes figure out a way to be more efficient? Same goes with coffee.. Don't you think? And not like they were short staffed... Ok - their coffee was definitely better than Dunkin and Starbucks but not worth a 30 min wait. Cappuccino, Americano and Mocha all tasted good - like what I would expect from a coffee shop. And the person making the cafe drinks was personable. Ordered the Crepezilla - which had eggs, bacon, tomato, spinach, mushrooms, cheese. It was loaded. The crepe was made well (not too thick, not too thin) and it held all the contents in well, but I found the filling to be rather unflavorful (no salt/pepper etc). If there wasn't any bacon I would have been disappointed. Also got the Strawberry, Banana, Nutella crepe and the Fromage crepe (berries, lemon-vanilla ricotta). The first was definitely good - their best seller. I didn't care too much about the Fromage - the berries gave it more of a tarty flavor than anything sweet. This afternoon, had a painfully awkward experience when the owner/manager came out back to the outdoor seating area and addresses everybody (about half the seats/tables were occupied) and said "excuse me, who here is waiting on an order of food?" Everybody replied in the negative. He goes "ok well THIS? Is a restaurant. And if you want to sit at our tables and use our space you need to be ordering and eating food and drink." The girl at the table next to me said "oh, we literally just walked in!" He replied "Cool. Go inside and order, then you can come out back and eat." I had already ordered and drank a coffee. I guess that wasn't enough business to warrant sitting and working for a bit on my laptop? In one chair, not even using a table or an outlet? It was a mind blowing poor experience. Wow! Fosko Coffee Barre is hands down my favorite coffee shop I've ever been to. The interior is amazing, very chill atmosphere, but also a great place to go with a group of people and hang out. They have coffee, deserts, and a cocktail menu for those that are looking for something more. I ordered a large caramel latte and my girlfriend ordered a large honey latte. All together the price came out to less than $15 (after tip) which is more than reasonable for coffee of this quality! The baristas that were working were really kind & patient with us as this was our first time here. I can't say enough good things about this place. We plan on going back to enjoy the ambiance, do some work, and treat ourselves to more of their fantastic coffee.
