Both vehicles had the check engine light on at the time. Before even scanning the cars, the technician looked at my dashboard, clearly saw the warning light, and still proceeded to run the emission test. As most people know, if the check engine light is on, the vehicle will not pass emissions. What frustrated me is that, as a professional in the industry, he should have advised me to repair the issue first and return after the light was off. Instead, he completed the test on two cars he already knew would fail, and charged me for both. Later, I returned with the check engine light off and asked if I would pass now. His response was, "Hold on, I'm eating," which came across as dismissive and unprofessional. When I then asked why I was charged the first time if he knew I wouldn't pass, the conversation escalated. He became very rude, told me to "go somewhere else," and essentially asked me to leave. Customer service matters--especially for a business like this where honesty and guidance should come first. Based on my experience, I cannot recommend this location.
