Good beer selection, horrible bar food service. There were maybe three tables of people. We sat at the empty bar and still had to flag down someone for a food menu. Bar food is not hard, unless you have a poor kitchen and low quality food. Boneless wings came out cold. We told them, they took our plate back and threw the wings in a microwave and brought them back on what we hope was our same plate, bc it was cold and had ranch drips on it. We come weekly during sports training for my oldest child. We have been doing this for about a year. Last week we got terrible service. The waitress (a blonde) was less than friendly. She would look right at you and not speak or acknowledge. We sat on the patio and had to go to the bar to get each beer. Because this was not the previous experience, we gave them one more shot. It was looking to be the same experience, until Kelsey showed up. She greeted us, asked our names, kept our beers full and was cleaning and moving on the side. I'm not sure what Kelsey is paid, but it isn't enough. She was amazing. She never stoped moving, was training, and paying attention to customers. We asked, she is there on Mondays. Got there and sat for 10 minutes never approached by any wait staff. Had to go to bar to order drinks. Spent over a $100 in drinks while watching a band. Me and my wife just ordered new drinks, got up to dance for one song. When we came back to our table where we left our drinks next to our phones and jackets the wait staff took our drinks. When I asked for new drinks from PJ the owner she asked her staff if they took our drinks and I explained to her we were not at the table how would they know it was our drinks. For the food and beer selections, this place deserves 4.5 stars (great wings, tots, sandwiches); BUT, it is so loud, so dark, and so full of ditsy waitresses (not all, but most) who would rather spend time hanging out rather than actually serving customers that the rating gets knocked down. Although there are multiple events playing (golf, baseball, March madness games, etc.) on the TVs, they'd rather play vulgar jukebox rap than turn on the main event sound. I got The Big Easy. Blackened chicken, pepper jack cheese, lettuce & creole sauce. I added bacon. It was cool. One piece seemed like it wasn't cooked, but outside of that, it was cool. I liked the sweet potato waffle fries. Get their sriracha ketchup, REAL good. I also tried on of their drinks, Carpe Diem. Rum, vodka, OJ, Sprite & grenadine. This is by far one of the worst places to eat in town. From time to time people drag me here. So I've tried several entrees, and all of them are horrible. The food quality is the comparable to Applebee's or McDonald's. It's just frozen heated garbage. The staff is great, and the place is cosmetically appealing, just the food is trash. read more

We tried PJ's this weekend and loved it! Sure, it was loud, but it's a bar and grill so you shouldn't expect differently. They had a huge selection of TV's playing several different college football games. They had at least 10 beers on tap, plus several mixed drinks and bottled beers on their menu. But let's talk about the food. I got the Zac Brown, which is an open faced sandwich with Texas Toast, chicken fried steak, and white gravy along with a side of fries. The sandwich was delicious! The fries were a little salty, but it didn't stop me from eating them. My husband got the Fighting Irish, which was tasty as well, along with the sweet potato fries, which were a little salty also. Terrible. Sat at the bar tonight (9/27/17 from 10pm-midnight) with my brother, wife, and a friend. All of us in our 40s and professional. We were sober, very polite, but our bartender (tab said ALYSSA -she was a cute girl who looked like a weight lifter with broad shoulders with tattoos on her middle back and right shoulder) was incredibly rude. We tried our best to cheer her up and nothing worked. We said "please" and "thank you" every time. She seemed so annoyed every time we ordered a drink. I used to love this place. However after a bad experience with a server, and managers I doubt I wil ever return. On a Friday night I had tabbed out, signed my receipt, and left cash on the table. On Monday I realized that the Server had given herself a $15 dollar tip. I gave them the benefit of the doubt and stated it was most likely a mistake. So I called in, after speaking with a manager, they put my server on the phone who then stated that "she didn't see any money and I hadn't signed my receipt" and here is the most important part THEIR POLICY IS, IF THE BARTENDER DOESN'T GET A "SIGNED RECEIPT" THEY AUTOMATICALLY CHARGE "GRATITUDE" ONTO YOUR BILL, AFTER THEY HAVE GIVEN YOU YOUR TOTAL. The server blatantly told me this on a recorded line, I told her that is illegal, then put me on hold for over 15 minutes and I never heard back from anyone. I have now called 2 days after, and continuously been told that a manager will call me. So not only have I been lied to, but they have been stealing from other people for who knows how long. I will be calling again tomorrow, and if it is not resolved I will be contacting the Police in regards to fraudulent charges and theft. After these event's, I Do not suggest this bar at all. read more
